2. The Chief of Logistics of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation shall approve the Description of items of special clothing and footwear for military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

3. Make changes to the orders of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation in accordance with the List (Appendix No. 5 to this Order).

4. Consider the Orders of the Minister of Defense of the USSR not valid in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and also recognize the Orders of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation as invalid in accordance with the List (Appendix No. 6 to this Order). 1. Lightweight summer cap

The lightweight summer cap consists of a body covered with a white lining, a removable cover, a band, a visor and a braided cord.

A removable white cover, put on the cap body, consists of a bottom and a crown (walls). Along the edge of the bottom there is a piping made of the same fabric as the cover. The band of the cap is of a protective color (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) color. On the band of the cap for military personnel of the Navy there is a tucked edging and a black ribbon. Above the visor, along the band, a braided golden-colored cord is fastened to two shaped golden-colored buttons. The removable cover is made of lightweight fabric, the band is made of woolen fabric. The visor is varnished and prefabricated in black. On the caps for senior officers of the Navy, there is a golden-colored metal ornament along the outer edge of the visor (for senior officers - sewing). Inside the cap there is a lining made of cotton fabric, the forehead and lining are made of leather.

In front, in the center of the cap band, there is a cockade (in the Navy - a cockade with the emblem of the Armed Forces) framed by a golden-colored emblem (for senior officers - sewing).


2. Summer cap

The beige summer cap consists of a bottom, walls and sides.

On the sides of the cap, in the upper part of the walls, there are three ventilation holes (blocks). Inside the cap there is a beige lining and a leather browband.

In front, in the middle of the connecting seam of the sides, there is a golden-colored cockade (for senior officers - a cockade framed by the emblem), and on the left, at a distance of 25 mm from the front edge of the walls, at the edge of the side, is the emblem of the Armed Forces.


3. Summer jacket (except Navy)

The summer jacket is white with a central side fastener and consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Fronts with a fastening with four uniform buttons, with lapels, with upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with uniform buttons, and with side welt pockets with flaps. The back has a slot at the bottom. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves. The shelves are lined with internal pockets. The shaped buttons are golden in color.

At the ends of the collar are placed: for senior officers - golden-colored embroidery, for other officers and warrant officers - golden-colored emblems for the branches of the Armed Forces, branches of the military (services).


4. Lightweight summer jacket (for the Navy)

A lightweight white summer jacket with an offset side fastener (double-breasted) consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Shelves with three shaped buttons, lapels and side welt pockets with flaps. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, unlined. The shelves are lined with internal pockets. Golden colored shaped buttons.

Shoulder straps are sewn on according to military rank.

On the outside of the sleeves there are sleeve insignia.


5. Summer jacket

A beige summer jacket with a central side fastener consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Shelves with a zipper, with yokes, upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with uniform buttons, and with side welt pockets with leaves. Back with yoke. Jacket with a belt, tightened with elastic bands at the side seams. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves with cuffs fastened with two uniform buttons. In the area of ​​the shoulder seams there are belt loops and loops for attaching shoulder straps. Golden colored shaped buttons.

On the outside of the sleeves there are sleeve insignia.


6. Summer trousers untucked

Summer untucked trousers in white and beige consist of front and back halves and a belt.


7. Short summer pants

Short summer trousers of beige color consist of front and back halves and a belt.

The front halves of the trousers have side pockets. The right back half has a welt pocket and a flap. Belt with belt loops. Pants with a metal hook and loop fastening at the waist and a zipper or buttons located on the codpiece. In front, at the seam of the belt, there is a secret pocket.


8. Long sleeve shirt

A black strap with two golden buttons is attached to the cap, above the visor.

In front, in the middle of the connecting seam of the sides, there is a Navy cockade (for senior officers - a Navy cockade framed by a golden emblem).


13. Jacket with short sleeves

The shelves are fastened with seven uniform buttons, with upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with uniform buttons. Back with yoke. Jacket with a belt fastened with uniform buttons in the area of ​​the side seams. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, short, with straps. In the area of ​​the shoulder seams there are belt loops and loops for attaching shoulder straps. Golden colored shaped buttons.

Shoulder straps are removable according to military rank.


14. Summer trousers untucked

The shelves are fastened with four uniform buttons. On the left shelf there is an upper patch pocket with additional white stitching. Back with yoke. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, short, with straps. Black shaped buttons.

Short summer trousers of blue color are the same in design as for officers, midshipmen and warrant officers of the Navy (clause 15).

21. Cotton Panama

A cotton Panama hat of camouflage color consists of a bottom, walls, brim and strap.

On the sides of the Panama hat, in the upper part of the walls, there are three ventilation holes (blocks). The bottom, walls, fields with internal lining are quilted with parallel lines. The brim of the Panama hat has two buttons for fastening them to the sides of the walls and two holes for threading a strap. On the front of the Panama hat, above the brim, a black strap is fastened with two uniform khaki buttons. Inside the Panama hat there is a khaki lining and a leather forehead protector.

In front, on the connecting seam of the walls, a khaki-colored cockade is placed.


22. Jacket with short sleeves

The camouflage-colored jacket with a central side fastener consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

The shelves are fastened with seven uniform buttons, with upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with uniform buttons. Back with yoke. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, short, with straps. Jacket with a belt fastened with uniform buttons in the area of ​​the side seams. Uniform buttons in khaki color.

Shoulder straps are sewn in according to military rank.

23. Trousers untucked

The camouflage-colored trousers consist of front and back halves and a waistband.

The front halves of the trousers have side pockets. The right back half has a welt pocket with a flap. Belt with belt loops. Trousers with a metal hook and loop fastening at the waist and buttons located on the codpiece. In front, at the seam of the belt, there is a secret pocket.


24. Short summer pants

1. Fur hat with earflaps

A black fur hat with earflaps consists of a top, a visor and a back cover with headphones.

The visor and backplate with headphones are made of fur sheepskin. The top, lining of the visor and the backplate with headphones are made of woolen cloth. A ribbon is sewn to the ends of the headphones for tying them. Inside the hat with earflaps there is a black lining, the details of the hat with earflaps are insulated.

On the front, in the center of the visor, is a cockade.


2. Woolen cap

A woolen cap consists of a bottom, a crown (walls), a band, a visor and a strap.

There are white edgings along the edge of the bottom and the upper edge of the band. Above the visor, along the band, a black strap is fastened with two uniform golden buttons. The bottom, crown (walls) are made of black woolen fabric, the band is made of red woolen fabric (for students of the aviation cadet corps - blue). The visor is black plastic. Inside the cap there is a black lining, a forehead and a leather overlay.

On the front, in the center of the cap band, is a cockade.


3. Wool cap

The black wool cap consists of a bottom, walls and sides.

There are white edgings along the upper edge of the sides. The bottom, walls and sides are made of woolen fabric. On the sides of the cap, in the upper part of the walls, there are three ventilation holes (blocks). Inside the cap there is a black lining and a leather browband.

In front, in the middle of the connecting seam of the sides, there is a cockade, and on the left, at a distance of 25 mm from the front edge of the walls, at the edge of the side, is the emblem of the Armed Forces.


4. Cotton cap

A cotton cap of camouflage color consists of a bottom with side walls, a visor and an adjustment unit.

The bottom, walls and visor are made of cotton fabric. In the front part of the side walls there are two ventilation holes (blocks). At the back of the cap there are two khaki-colored straps for size adjustment. Inside the cap there is a khaki-colored lining and a leather browband.

On the front, above the visor, is a cockade.

Note. A cap with a back plate and headphones without an adjustment unit is allowed.


5. Detachable fur collar

The collar is removable in black - made of sheepskin fur, with a loose lining made of woolen fabric and loops for attaching to a winter coat.


6. Winter wool coat

A black winter woolen coat with an offset side fastener (double-breasted) consists of shelves, a back, a collar, sleeves and a strap.

Shelf with three shaped buttons, with lapels, with side welt pockets with flaps. The back has a counter pleat from the waist to the bottom and a vent. On the sides of the back, at waist level, there are shaped posts with a strap fastened with two shaped buttons. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves. The bottom of the coat is cut (without hems). The lining of the coat is black, on the lining of the left front there is an internal pocket. Golden colored shaped buttons. The shelves and back up to the hip line are insulated.

Shoulder straps are sewn on.

On the outside of the sleeves there are sleeve insignia.

For winter uniforms, a removable fur collar can be attached to the coat.


7. Woolen jacket

The black woolen jacket with a central side fastener consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Fronts with a fastening with four uniform buttons, with lapels, with upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with uniform buttons, and side welt pockets with flaps. The back has a slot at the bottom. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves. The jacket is lined in black to the bottom. The shelves are lined with internal pockets. Golden colored shaped buttons.

Shoulder straps are sewn on.

Gold-colored emblems are placed at the ends of the collar.

The front halves of the trousers have side pockets. Belt with side tabs fastened with buttons and belt loops. Trousers with a metal hook and loop fastening at the waist and buttons located on the codpiece. Along the side seams of the trousers there are red stripes (for students of the aviation cadet corps - blue) stripes.


9. Long Sleeve Shirt

The shirt is cream-colored (for students of the aviation cadet corps - blue) and consists of shelves, back, collar and sleeves.

Shelves with button closure, upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with buttons. Back with yoke. Shirt with a belt, tightened with elastic bands at the side seams. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves with cuffs and vents fastened with buttons. In the area of ​​the shoulder seams there are belt loops and loops for attaching shoulder straps. Plastic buttons in the color of the shirt fabric, for fastening pockets and cuffs with a diameter of 14 mm, the rest - with a diameter of 11 mm with two holes.

The shoulder straps are removable.


10. Short sleeve shirt

The shirt is cream-colored (for students of the aviation cadet corps - blue) and consists of shelves, a back, a collar and short sleeves.

Fronts with button closure, with yokes and upper patch pockets with two vertical folds and flaps fastened with buttons. The left shelf has a bar. Back with yoke. Shirt with a belt, tightened with elastic bands at the side seams. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, short, with straps. In the area of ​​the shoulder seams there are belt loops and loops for attaching shoulder straps. Plastic buttons in the color of the shirt fabric, for fastening pockets with a diameter of 14 mm, the rest - with a diameter of 11 mm with two holes.

The shoulder straps are removable.


11. Tie

The black tie consists of a main part in the form of an elongated trapezoid, ending at an acute angle, and a permanent knot with a clasp for attaching the tie under the collar of a shirt.


12. Tie clip

The gold-colored metal bartack is a curved plate with the emblem of the Armed Forces on the front side. The back of the bartack has a curve that ensures that the tie adheres to the shirt.


13. Winter jacket

A winter jacket of camouflage color with a central internal side fastener consists of shelves, a back, a collar, sleeves and a removable insulation with a fur collar.

Shelves with button closure, with upper patch volume pockets with flaps, fastened with a secret button closure, and side welt pockets with leaves. The left shelf has a windproof flap. Back with yoke. In the upper part of the back, along the neckline, there is a hood sewn in and there is an internal pocket for placing it. Turn-down collar. Sleeves are set-in, with elbow reinforcements. On the outer upper part of the sleeves there are welt pockets with flaps fastened with a textile fastener. There are cords running along the waist and bottom of the jacket to tighten it. Jacket with insulated lining in khaki color, with windproof lining.

The removable insulation of the jacket consists of shelves, a back, a collar made of sheepskin fur or gray faux fur and sleeves with knitted wristbands. On the lining of the left shelf of the removable insulation there is a patch pocket with a flap. Removable insulation is attached to the jacket with buttons.

Shoulder straps are sewn on.

On the outside of the sleeves there are sleeve insignia.

Note. A jacket with side voluminous patch pockets with flaps fastened with a secret button fastening and voluminous patch pockets on the sleeves is allowed.


14. Winter trousers

Straight-cut winter trousers in camouflage color consist of front and back halves, a widened waistband, removable insulation and straps.

The front halves of the trousers have side pockets and voluminous patch pockets with flaps, fastened with a secret button fastening, with folds stitched along the length and reinforced knee pads. The rear halves have reinforced pads in the seat area. Belt with side tabs fastened with buttons, belt loops, metal frames with buttons for fastening the straps. Trousers with a metal hook and loop fastening at the waist and buttons located on the codpiece. Low trousers with straps fastened with buttons and a threaded band to tighten them.

The removable insulation consists of front and rear halves and a belt. There is a ribbon stitched along the bottom of the trousers to tighten them. Removable insulation is attached to the trousers with buttons.


15. Cotton jacket

The camouflage-colored cotton jacket with a central internal side fastener consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Shelves with button closure, with top and side patch volume pockets with flaps fastened with a hidden button closure. Back with yoke. Turn-down collar. Set-in sleeves with cuffs fastened with buttons and elbow reinforcements. On the outer upper part of the sleeves there are patch volume pockets with flaps fastened with a hidden fastener with a textile fastener. At the bottom of the armhole, under the sleeves, there are ventilation inserts made of mesh fabric. There are cords running along the waist and bottom of the jacket to tighten it. The fronts of the jacket are lined in khaki color; the left front is lined with a patch pocket, inside of which there is a pocket with a flap.

Shoulder straps are sewn on.

On the outside of the sleeve pockets there are sleeve insignia.

Gold-colored emblems are placed at the ends of the jacket collar.


16. Cotton trousers

Straight-cut cotton trousers in camouflage color consist of front and back halves and a belt.

The front halves of the trousers have side pockets and voluminous patch pockets with flaps, fastened with a secret button fastening, with folds stitched along the length and reinforced knee pads. Waistband with side tabs fastened with buttons, belt loops, metal frames and buttons for fastening the straps. Trousers with a metal hook and loop fastening at the waist and buttons located on the codpiece. In front, at the seam of the belt, there is a secret pocket. Low trousers with straps fastened with buttons and a threaded band to tighten them.

18. Waist belt

Waist belt 50 mm wide, made of black genuine leather, with a five-wall, two-pin brass buckle. The belt has holes for the buckle pins and a movable loop.


19. Trouser belt

Trouser belt, 35 mm wide, made of black genuine leather, with a single-pin metal buckle. The belt has holes for the buckle pin and a movable loop.


20. Chrome boots

Black chrome boots consist of vamps, ankle boots, heels, tongues and bottoms (soles and heels).

In the front part of the beret there are blocks for laces. Along the upper edge of the beret there is a soft side. The socks are hard. The inside of the boot is lined with cotton fabric, and the heel is lined with leather.


21. Chrome low shoes

Black chrome low shoes consist of vamps, boots and bottoms (soles and heels).

There are black elastic bands on the sides of the boots. The socks are hard. The inside of the low shoe is lined with leather.


22. High-top boots

Boots, chrome or yuft, black, consist of vamps, ankle caps, blind flaps, rear outer straps and bottoms (soles and heels).

In the front part of the beret there are half rings for laces (blocks). The blind valve has a soft sealing gasket. On the top of the beret there is a soft side. The socks are hard. The inside of the boot is lined with leather. On the inside of the beret, boots may have a zipper.


23. Cotton and wool socks

Black knitted socks have a footprint, a leg and a collar with elastic thread. The toe and heel of the socks are reinforced. Cotton socks with a short or elongated (for boots with high tops) pagolenka, woolen socks - with an elongated pagolenka.


24. Gloves (mittens):

a) woolen (cotton), five-fingered, knitted, black, with wristbands (cotton gloves with wool insulation);

b) woolen mittens, single-fingered, knitted, black, with wristbands.

Removable fur collar, muffler, waist belt, trouser belt, chrome boots, chrome low shoes, cotton and wool socks, wool and cotton gloves, wool mittens are the same as for students of Suvorov military and military music schools, cadet corps - see. section 1.


25. Fur hat with earflaps

The black fur hat with earflaps is the same in design as for students of the Suvorov military and military music schools (item 1), but with the Navy badge.


26. Wool peakless cap

A black wool peakless cap consists of a bottom, a crown (walls), a band and a naval ribbon.

There are white edgings along the edge of the bottom and the upper edge of the band. Along the lower edge of the band there is a tucked edge to support the naval ribbon put on the band. The bottom, crown (walls) and band are made of woolen fabric. Inside the cap there is a black (gray) lining, a forehead piece and a leather overlay.

On the front, on the crown of the cap, is the Navy badge.


27. Summer peakless cap

The white summer cap-peaker cap is the same as the black woolen cap-cap cap (item 26), but with a removable white cotton cover, which is put on the cap body, covered with a white lining.


28. Navy ribbon for woolen and summer peakless caps

Black naval ribbon. Tape width 32 mm, length - 1460 mm.

In the middle of the length of the naval ribbon, the name of the naval educational institution is embossed in golden color, and at the ends there are anchors.


29. Cotton cap

The blue cotton cap consists of a bottom, walls and sides.

30. Winter wool coat

The winter woolen coat is black, but the design is the same as for students of the Suvorov military and military music schools (item 6), but without emblems.


31. Woolen peacoat

A black wool peacoat with an offset side fastener (double-breasted) consists of shelves, a back, a collar and sleeves.

Shelves with five shaped gold-colored buttons and side welt pockets. Set-in sleeves. Turn-down collar. Black lining. There is an internal pocket on the lining of the left shelf.

Shoulder straps are sewn on.

32. Wool flannel

The blue wool flannel consists of a front, back, collar and sleeves.

33. Summer cotton uniform

The white cotton summer uniform consists of a front, back, collar and sleeves.

The front and back are solid. There is a slit in the upper part of the front, in the middle. At the end of the cut, on the inside, there are two buttons, and on the back, near the collar, there is a loop for fastening a uniform collar. Wide turn-down collar.
