We will need:

  • kefir - 250 ml
  • granulated sugar - 5 tbsp. l
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil for dough - 2 tbsp. l, and for frying separately
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
  • lemon zest - 1 - 2 tsp


Cooking method:

1. Take kefir and pour it into a glass bowl. Add soda to it and mix well. This way the soda will be quenched in the kefir and there will be no unpleasant aftertaste when you eat the finished product. Set the bowl aside for 10-15 minutes just to stand.


2. Meanwhile, break one chicken egg into another bowl. And add sugar, vanilla and salt to it. If you wish, you can take not 5 spoons of sugar, but a little more if you want your buns to taste very sweet :) You don’t have to use lemon zest, but if you do use it, you will definitely get a fragrant taste.   • Kefir – 350 ml

Cooking method:

1. First, sift the flour.

It turns out that this version with sour cream is a recipe called “Lyubasha”. These things bake very quickly, and kids and guests eat them in a matter of minutes.

We will need:

  • egg - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • sour cream (yogurt or mayonnaise, whatever you have in the house) - 3 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar -0.5 tbsp
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • soda - 0.5 tsp and vinegar for extinguishing
  • vodka - 1 tbsp
  • flour vegetable oil for frying
  • powdered sugar

Cooking method:

1. Mix egg, sugar and salt. Beat everything well with a whisk.

  • sugar - 3-4 tbsp.
  • soda - 0.3 tsp

The dough must be airy, otherwise during frying the crumpet will sink to the bottom, stick and burn.

Usually eggs are added to the dish, but you can do without them.

Sour cream, milk, vegetable oil, vanillin diversify the taste of donuts.

They can also be seasoned with a vegetable or meat additive, which is added to the product before cooking. Very tasty crumpets prepared using cottage cheese.

The finished dough is rolled out to a diameter of approximately 10–12 cm and a thickness of one and a half centimeters. Using a mold or glass, it is divided into circles.

The crumpets are fried for two to five minutes on each side. The oil layer is about 2.5 centimeters. Before cooking, the frying pan with fat must be heated.

Donuts will successfully replace bread, since their taste is inexpressive, light and bland.

Ingredients:

375 grams of flour;

A third of a glass of kefir is richer;

Six l. Art. sunflower oil;

0.150 liters of water;

One l. Art. sugar;

Soda on the tip of a teaspoon;

One l. tsp salt;

L. Art. vodka.

Cooking method:

Place the sifted flour in a deep bowl. Season with salt, add sugar and soda. Mix everything, combine the components evenly.

Let's prepare another bowl. Pour water and sunflower oil into it. Add kefir and mix.

Pour in the vodka and stir everything carefully and slowly with a spoon again.

In a bowl with liquid ingredients, gradually add two or three spoons of flour mixed with the remaining ingredients. Let's prepare the dough.

When it starts to clump, transfer it to a floured board and continue working by hand. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your palms and is dense.

We transfer the bun into a separate bowl, cover it with a towel and place it in the corner of the kitchen. We forget about it for a quarter of an hour.

Pour sunflower oil into a deep frying pan and let it heat up.

Roll out the dough and cut out crumpets of the desired diameter with a mold or a glass. Prick with a fork twice or three times.

Place the crumpets very carefully into a frying pan with hot oil. Fry for no more than two minutes on each side.

275 gr. flour;

A third of a glass of kefir (3.2%);

A teaspoon of sour cream;

One egg;

Two l. Art. semolina cereals;

Five l. Art. granulated sugar;

75 gr. sunflower oil;

A pinch of soda.

Cooking method:

Grind the cottage cheese using a sieve and spoon.

0.45 kg flour;

Pour a glass of kefir into a bowl, add sour cream, soda and mix. The mixture should sit for a couple of minutes.

Beat the egg into the mixer bowl. Add vanillin here, pour in vegetable oil, add salt and sugar. Beat the ingredients and move the contents of the mixer into a deep container.

Add flour and lemon zest. Let's start kneading the dough.

Sprinkle flour on the surface of the table. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to half a centimeter thick. Using a cup, cut out circles.

We make six cuts on each donut, leaving the middle intact.

Place the crumpets in well-heated oil and fry them until their surface turns golden. The fire should be medium.

Unusual crumpets will feed you tasty and satisfying. They can be prepared for lunch and served with sour cream as a second course.

Ingredients:

Half a kilogram of white cabbage;

Half a bunch of dill;

100 ml kefir;

Three cups of flour;

Sesame seeds;

100 gr. butter

Cooking method:

Cooking will begin by shredding the cabbage. Place it in a separate bowl.

Finely chop the dill.

Let's simmer the cabbage and herbs for about fifteen minutes in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Add some salt and mix. Covered, it simmers for another three minutes. Then turn off the heat and set aside the cabbage and dill to cool.

After the vegetables have become a little warm, puree them using a blender.

Pass the vegetable mixture through a sieve.

Add softened butter, egg and kefir. Mix everything thoroughly.
