  • mixed minced meat - half a kilo;
  • yeast puff pastry - half a kilo;

  1. Mix minced meat with onion, garlic and re-pass through a meat grinder. Salt, add pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain all the water, add nutmeg, pepper, grated cheese, yolk (1 pc.). Mix everything well.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, use a pastry bag to squeeze out small roses.
  4. Lubricate the blanks with the remaining yolk.
  5. Bake in a very hot oven for 15-17 minutes.

Stuffed "Peking"

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage - 1 fork;
  • cottage cheese of medium fat content - 300 - 350 g;
  • high-quality gelatin - 10 g;
  • drinking water - 60 ml;
  • colored salad peppers - 150 g;
  • fresh parsley - 10 g;
  • garlic, salt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
  2. Finely chop parsley and garlic, mix with cottage cheese.
  3. Cut lettuce peppers into small cubes. Add to curd. Salt and pepper everything.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in the microwave, send to the filling.

Casserole with potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • raw potatoes - 1.5 kg;
  • peeled fresh mushrooms - half a kilo;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • lean mayonnaise, vegetable oil and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Fully boil the peeled potatoes. Turn into a puree with the remaining water after cooking. Salt. You can add spices.

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 1 head;
  • white rice - ½ tbsp.;
  • carrots and onions - 1 pc.;
  • ketchup - 5 dessert spoons;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • mushrooms - 1 tbsp.;
  • oil, salt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Separate the cabbage into leaves. Each wash and cook in boiling water for 3 minutes until softened. Cut off thickenings from them.
  2. Rinse rice and cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Wild mushrooms are also pre-boiled. Mushrooms - just finely chopped.
  4. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, chop finely.
  5. Mash the garlic.

  • onion - 1 head;

  • pickled seaweed - 100 - 150 g;
  • lean mayonnaise and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Chop all vegetables (both boiled, and fresh, and salted) into cubes.
  2. Drain liquid from peas. Cut olives into slices.

2. Sweet and tea

  • Tangerines or seasonal fruits - 2-4 for each guest;
  • from a purchased ready-made meringue with banana cream (you can use the usual one in butter and powdered sugar);
  • Drinks: tea - a pack, coffee - a can, 1 can of compote or juice (3 liters), mineral water and alcoholic drinks - optional);
  • Sugar - 0.5 kg or a pack of refined sugar.

Cutlery

  • Tablecloth and paper napkins (2-3 for each guest). Some require napkins or towels on their knees so as not to get dirty (keep 1 per guest on hand, they will suddenly ask).
  • Dinner and dessert plates for the cake, cups, glasses for compote or mineral water, wine glasses, forks, teaspoons - only 1 for the number of guests; table spoons - 1 in each dish that needs to be applied, a knife and a slicer for the cake.

Cooking order

In fact, you only have to cook 6 dishes (or 7, if you yourself want to pickle cucumbers in a bag, this is fast). Everything else is already ready (home-made canned food or bought in a store) and it needs to be cut or simply laid out.

In advance (the day before the holiday) you can cook:

  • Red fish (clean and pickle);
  • Cutlets;
  • Cake (you can also do it on the day of the celebration, it’s quick. Or you can prepare the cream in advance, and collect the cake 1 hour before the arrival of the guests so that the oil has time to harden);
  • Boil vegetables in uniform (Olivier) and eggs (Olivier and tartlets).

On the day of the holiday

  • Thighs (salt, put on a baking sheet, grease with mayonnaise and take out when baked) = you can put in the oven for 1-1.5 hours before guests arrive;
  • Boil potatoes - peel in advance and put on fire 1-1.5 hours before the guests arrive (simultaneously with the thighs);
  • Cut the Olivier salad (you can not season it, but cover and refrigerate. And season with mayonnaise just before serving).
  • Make a fish salad and set aside the fish tails for tartlets (also put in the fridge for now, and transfer to tartlets 10-15 minutes before the guests arrive).

Tomatoes with cheese and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into rings, put grated cheese with garlic and mayonnaise on top.

Liver plates. We make a liver pate: 0.5 kg of boiled or fried liver, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 0.5 packs of plums. oils, salt and spices to taste. Scroll the liver with vegetables in a meat grinder, mix everything. Then put on "wheat plates", tartlets or bread.

Salo. Salo can be used both as a cut, and make a kind of snack by chopping it together with garlic and pepper in a meat grinder. Then spread this mixture on bread. It turns out especially tasty if such sandwiches are slightly warmed over a fire on a grate.

It is more economical when using an abundance of seasonal ingredients: in the presence of freshly picked or canned, frozen mushrooms, we cook dishes with them, in the season of an abundance of fresh vegetables, we use them to the maximum, etc.

Chicken breast fritters. Finely chop the raw chicken breast, 1 onion, salt, pepper, mix with mayonnaise and fry in a pan.

Chicken cutlets. We scroll the chicken breast, add a small piece of bacon or pork, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, a little milk, bread or potatoes. Mix thoroughly and fry.

Liver pancakes. Grind 0.5 kg of chicken liver in a meat grinder or blender, 1-2 eggs, 2 tbsp. spoons of milk, onion, 100-200 gr. flour. Mix thoroughly until thick sour cream and spread the pancakes on a preheated pan.

Fish in sauce. Ingredients: 3 large pollock, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 gr. milk, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream, salt, pepper. Put the fish in a hot pan, fry on both sides, add chopped carrots and onions, simmer for 5 minutes, add milk, sour cream, seasoning, simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

Boiled rice with fried mushrooms. Separately, cook the rice and fry the mushrooms with onions, then mix or spread the mushrooms on top of the rice.

Chicken wings baked in the oven. A few hours before baking, soak chicken wings in sauce: sour cream or mayonnaise, salt, pepper, spicy seasoning. Then spread on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.

Potato casserole. We wrap it in thin pita bread, laying it out in layers: mashed potatoes, minced meat or stew, fried onions, cheese, sour cream.

Warm meat salad. Fry separately: finely chopped chicken breast, a little beef and vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, onions. We spread it on a plate, serve it short.
