Diet pancakes with kefir

Kefir, like oatmeal, is a healthy dietary product. It has a beneficial effect on the gastrointestinal tract and normalizes digestion. Oatmeal makes pancakes more fragile, but kefir, on the contrary, makes them soft, fluffy and airy.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 1 cup.
  • Kefir – 0.5 l.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Honey – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Lightly heat the kefir.
  2. Beat eggs with salt.
  3. Melt the honey in a water bath and add to the egg mixture. Stir until smooth.
  4. Mix the sifted flour with soda.
  5. Slowly pour the resulting mixture into the egg mixture, stirring so that there are no lumps.
  6. Pour in kefir and oil.
  7. Mix the dough and let it stand.
  8. We fry pancakes.

Decorate the finished dish with pieces of fruit and berries. For a sweet filling, use cottage cheese in combination with banana, raisins or apples. If you do not add honey to the dough, you will end up with unsweetened pancakes. They can be stuffed or used to make pancake rolls.

Oatmeal pancakes can be made in a hurry. Preparation will not take you much time, but the result will please you. The pancakes turn out to be dietary, tender and very tasty. Well, if you still decide to pamper yourself, serve them with honey, low-fat cottage cheese or fresh berries. You can also use boiled chicken breast or vegetables as a filling.

Diet oat pancakes are easy to fry in a frying pan, do not stick and are easy to turn over. While on a diet, you can eat very tasty and healthy.

Prepare ingredients for making diet oat pancakes.

Place two eggs in a deep bowl and beat slightly with a whisk. Pour in milk (it is better to use skim milk) and mix again.

Add a pinch of salt and vanilla. I used bourbon vanilla sugar.

To stir thoroughly. You can use a mixer. Add oatmeal. If you don’t have flour, you can grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder.

Mix everything again. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps. The consistency of the dough for oat pancakes will be liquid and will not differ much from the dough for pancakes made with milk.

Heat a frying pan well and grease with vegetable oil. It is advisable to use a non-stick pan as this will help reduce the use of oil during cooking.

After a minute, pour a ladle of dough into the center of the frying pan, while keeping the frying pan slightly raised, and turning lightly in a circular motion, distribute the dough evenly.

Fry the oat pancake for about 1 minute (the dough should “set” on top) and turn it over to the other side. Fry also for about 1 minute.

Fry all the pancakes in the same way. Grease the pan with olive oil as needed.
