A website offering killer services or organizing the removal of people into the forest “for a conversation,” registered back in February 2013, has only now attracted widespread public attention. Neither Roskomnadzor nor the police are going to interfere with the activities of people offering these services, since there are no statements from victims, and the site is not registered as a media outlet. State Duma deputy Vadim Dengin intends to write a request to the Investigative Committee asking them to figure out why such a resource exists.
“We are an organization of kind, sincere, sympathetic people who can come to your aid if you need to take someone out into the forest and there to properly trim them or roll them into concrete and leave them in the foundation of one of the remote Moscow construction sites,” they offer on the website and claim that they have a “cover” in law enforcement agencies.
An RBC daily correspondent, as an experiment, “ordered” a friend who owed a large amount of money with a request to take him to the forest, intimidate him, forcing him to dig his own grave, and sent him to the email address of the site owner.

“Unfortunately, the site does not have media registration; we ourselves will not be able to block it or issue a warning, since this is not suicide, not child pornography. Sanctions against this resource can only be adopted by decision of the court and the prosecutor’s office,” Roskomnadzor press secretary Vladimir Pikov told RBC daily.
“We cannot take any action without a statement from the victims. Here the fraudsters are clearly counting on the fact that their clients themselves are asking for illegal actions, so they won’t go to the police,” a source in the Moscow police told the publication.
According to the expert, the offered “services” can be qualified as incitement to commit crimes, as well as the organization and commission of crimes against life, health and freedom (murder, intentional harm to health, kidnapping, etc.). Doctors say that the maniac turned the second hand into a complete mess. The surgeon had to amputate it. It was necessary to sew on the hands. It is impossible to perform such complex operations in Serpukhov. Therefore, Rita Gracheva was taken to Moscow.
