How to cook

  • If you are cooking with onions, heat the oil. Place chopped onion (thin half rings) into it. Fry briefly until the first onion smell appears. And then add hearts.
  • If without onions: pour oil into the bottom of the pan. Place hearts in it. Add 0.5 cups of water. Lightly sprinkle with mint (will remove the characteristic offal smell). Simmer over low heat, covered, for 30 minutes.
