Faucets use two types of faucet-shower switches: rod (push) and ball (rotary).

When disassembling the mixer, it may turn out that some parts are “stuck” to each other and do not turn. Try lubricating them with special WD-40 liquid. It will dissolve rust, displace moisture, and allow you to disassemble the mixer without damaging it.
