And yet, many users who are adept at online shopping simply keep a table with all their data at hand, which is very convenient. This does not mean that you need to spend an hour taking all the measurements that are described on this page, only the most common ones (chest, waist, shoulder width, etc.) are enough.

A few tips for taking measurements:

  1. For these purposes, it is best to use the classic, well-known measuring tape - a centimeter.
  2. It is better not to try to take measurements from yourself on your own, but to use outside help.
  3. The person being measured should be relaxed, looking straight ahead, standing straight with feet shoulder-width apart. The dress code is as light as possible, without shoes. The process does not tolerate fuss, the person being measured should not change position, turn his head, etc.
  4. When measuring circles, the maximum dimensions are indicated.

ACROSS FRONT AT SHOULDER

From the side of the back, between the top of the shoulder and the armpit, there is a midpoint, both on the one hand and on the other. Then the size between them is measured.
