Submarine. Do-it-yourself submarine: we make a rare type of military equipment with children

The active development of underwater shipbuilding can be attributed to the 17th century, although the idea itself is rooted in ancient times. William Bowry, Cornelius van Drebbel, Robert Fulton proposed new projects for a submarine, tested it and modified it. In practice, the first boats were used by the Americans during civil war at the end of the 18th century. After only two centuries, submarines began to be introduced into the navies of many countries and played an important role in wars, as well as during research. sea depths. We suggest you do original craft submarine with their own hands.

Materials for crafts - submarine:

- cardboard;
- match;
- glue;
- awl;
- cotton swab;
- can of black paint
- a can of beer;
- scissors;
- a plastic ball;
- cracker;
- Rectangular antiperspirant cap.

Master class: do-it-yourself submarine

1) Empty the contents of the cracker. Circle the antiperspirant cap on the surface of the cracker and cut a hole. Glue the cap to the cracker and you will have a felling. You can make holes in the cap with an awl and insert an antenna or a periscope, which are easy to construct from cotton swabs.

2) You need to make a cone out of cardboard so that its base is equal to the diameter of the cracker. This cone will become the stern of our submarine.

3) Cut out the blades for the stern from cardboard, which will act as rudders, as well as bow and stern rudders.

4) Glue the cardboard parts on the cone, you can make slots so that the parts hold more securely. Bow rudders are glued to the bow of the boat.

5) From tin can cut out a propeller with 6 blades and bend them slightly. Make a hole in the center and insert a match into it. Attach the screw to the stern.

6) Now left ready product paint. Very convenient to use aerosol can but acrylic paints are also suitable. The submarine looks original in black, but you can make it gray or green.

7) Draw the tail number in white acrylic paint or corrector. You can also print or cut out the numbers. If you want to give someone a submarine, you can also draw or paste the name of the future owner of the submarine as well as the tail number.

Do-it-yourself submarine is ready, it remains only to wait for the paint to dry. All crafts can be viewed in the crafts section.

Do-it-yourself submarine, military-themed craft

The active development of underwater shipbuilding can be attributed to the 17th century, although the idea itself is rooted in ancient times. William Bowry, Cornelius van Drebbel, Robert Fulton proposed new projects for a submarine, tested it and modified it. In practice, the first boats were used by the Americans during the Civil War in the late 18th century. After only two centuries, submarines began to be introduced into the navies of many countries and played an important role in wars, as well as during the exploration of the deep sea. We suggest you make an original DIY submarine craft.

Do-it-yourself submarine is ready, it remains only to wait for the paint to dry. All crafts can be viewed in the crafts section.

We present you another active toy. As in the previous article, you will see the finished product in action on the video and read the description of the manufacturing process. You will not have any difficulties with manufacturing, even if the mother will make the toy together with the child.
To begin with, about the advantages of do-it-yourself toys:
1. The child learns to work with his hands
2. The child learns to think outside the box and begins to understand that what he will miss in life can be made with his own hands from improvised means.
3. The child will begin to understand that the made toy is more interesting than the purchased one.
4. You will spend time with the child (1-2 hours)
5. The toy does not require money to buy and replace batteries.
6. With a handmade toy, the child will play for a long time.
7. You can take a toy to the sea and forget it there. It’s not a pity to lose, but to make a new one at home.
8. The child learns the principles of elementary mechanics and physics and will then apply them in life and with his children.

You will need: 2 shampoo tubes, 2 paper clips, 2-4 rubber bands, wooden stick. From the tool: scissors, awl, pliers, glue, sharp knife, gloves.

1. We take the first tube for the case (transparent was specially taken) and glue the lid from the second one to it to simulate cutting. Must be glued hermetically, because only the cabin keeps the boat afloat.
2. On the upper and lower sides of the case, we make 2 holes with an awl to fill the water from below and let all the air out of the case.
3. In the front part, we make 2 holes and insert into each one with an elastic band inside the case, so that only the ears remain. We pass a paper clip through the remaining ears, connecting the elastic bands together. If you insert 2 elastic bands into the holes, then the speed and range of swimming will increase.
4. Glue a couple of heavy bolts or nuts to the bottom of the case as a load. Without cargo, the boat will float on its side. The more weight as opposed to the wheelhouse, the deeper the dive will be. You can achieve any depth at which the boat will float without sinking to the bottom. Experiment. We put in a small demo weight so that half of the felling was on the surface.
5. The most difficult thing will be to cut a screw out of wood with a knife. Draw a square in the middle. Put the stick on the cutting circle and cut off the left corner down from the drawn square with a knife. Repeat the operation with the other sides to get two blades pointing in different directions.
6. Make a hole in the middle of the left square of the screw. To do this, heat the awl red-hot over the burner and burn the wood. The process is fast. 3-4 burns are enough. Next to 4 mm, make a second hole.

7. Thread a large paper clip or wire through the center hole of the screw, bend the tip, and insert it into the hole nearby to secure.
8. Bend the other end of the screw clip in the form of a hook, insert it into the case and put both rubber bands on it. Screw on the cap.

After manufacturing, the child paints and complements the boat at his discretion.

What could be a better gift for a sailor on Defender's Day than a ship model? Let the simplest, but made by hand! A chic model of a submarine is easy to make from the simplest and most unexpected materials.

You will need:
- case from a big cracker;
- a smooth plastic ball (Christmas tree, for example), suitable for a cracker in diameter;
- a cap from an antiperspirant (the cap from Mennen Speed Stick is ideal in shape);
- cardboard;
- tin cover from conservation;
- 1 match;
- 1 cotton swab;
- scissors;
- awl;
- glue;
- black paint in a can.

Manufacturing:

The hull of the boat will be a cracker on which all other parts of the submarine are attached.
We cut a hole approximately in the middle of the cracker body into which we insert a cap - a cabin (fencing of retractable devices).
We make the stern of the boat from a cardboard cone. We also cut out rudders, bow and stern depth rudders from cardboard.
You can fix the steering wheels by making protrusions on them and slots in the body: this is more reliable, but more difficult. Easier to fold the edges and glue tail unit to the cone.
From the tin cover with scissors (not manicure, but good scissors for cutting), we cut out the screw. Having bent the blades, we make a hole in the center with an awl and fix the screw on the stern with the help of an axis made of a match. The propeller of the submarine is even spinning! If it's hard to make 6 blades, try three or four.

We glue the aft part with the hull - the most difficult part of the work is done!
The nose part is much easier to make: you just need to put the ball into the cracker body about halfway and fasten it tightly. Get a rounded bow of the submarine.
Stepping back a little, we glue the bow depth rudders.
Having made two holes in the roof of the superstructure with an awl red-hot on fire, we insert an antenna and a periscope made from a cotton swab rod: one is shorter, the other is longer.

The assembly is over, it's time to start painting.
The fastest and easiest way to paint our boat is from a spray can. What a beauty this is! Only the tail number is missing.

It can be written with a proofreader, but it is better to make it clear and beautiful, print white letters and numbers on a black background and stick it on the superstructure of the boat from both sides.
