Last week, Dana Borisova celebrated two months of staying in one of the rehabilitation centers National Anti-Drug Union in Thailand. Recall that in April, friends of the 41-year-old star, at the initiative of the editor-in-chief of StarHit Andrei Malakhov, sent her to be treated for drug addiction. Dana lives in a villa on Koh Samui, attends special seminars every day and communicates with a psychologist. The schedule is scheduled literally by the minute, it is forbidden to use the phone, but in the dense process of recovery, she still found time and talked to StarHit via Skype. Borisova told how the rehabilitation is going on, what she learned and why she cries all the time and cannot fall asleep.
"Count to a hundred and pray"
Dana, is everything really so strict that even the iPhone was taken away?
He is still under lock and key. For the first two weeks, the inhabitants of the center are without communication at all. And then we are allowed to call relatives from a local cell phone - one for all - a couple of times a week and talk for ten minutes. This is done specifically for the best therapeutic effect from rehabilitation. Yes, it is beautiful here, we were placed in a beautiful villa overlooking the sea, but this is not a sanatorium. In general, now few people understand what it is. They think I'm on drips and doctors are running around. Also not true.
How about in reality?
I am in a group of seven people. We live in the same house, but different rooms. My neighbors are status people and their children. By the way, I'm the only girl. We get up at 8 am. Lately we are awakened by 24-year-old Murat, who has been taking methadone daily for a year and a half. In the mornings, he yells “wake up” so loudly that everyone can hear. Charging starts at 8:30. Then breakfast. Usually they serve porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs. After that, seminars begin with leaders - people who have successfully overcome addiction. We are doing a 12 step program. Everything is tight, like in school. Three "lessons" go one after another. I take notes on what I heard, and also read informational brochures on various topics: how to live without bad habits, stay sober, manage emotions ... If earlier I corrected heavy thoughts with the help of consumption, now I am learning to do it with the help of internal endurance. Lunch is at 2 pm. They are fed with soup, rice, boiled chicken. Then, according to the schedule - classes with a psychologist and video training. After dinner, we watch films about the consequences of addictions. I really like to keep an "analytic" - a notebook where I write down almost everything - thoughts, emotions, feelings, and then I analyze.
Is there any progress? What changed?
Physically giving up bad habits was easy. I don't want anything, not even food. Usually, people in rehabilitation recover from 5 to 20 kg, and I lost almost 7 kg. But mentally it’s hard. I've been crying all the time lately. I can't sleep at night. I asked the consultant Azat - he has 2 years of sobriety - a sleeping pill, and he told me: "Count to a hundred and pray." Now I turn to God, I ask you to send me a dream and well-being in relations with my daughter. But the question of faith for me is still open. In general, at all stages of recovery, Nikita Lushnikov, the chairman of the board of the National Anti-Drug Union, helps me a lot. You can say that he is my spiritual mentor. He regularly visits, explains what I may encounter, and takes an active part in my fate, just like Andrey Malakhov.
Do you communicate with Polina on the phone?
I only spoke to her twice. At the beginning of rehabilitation, I still had the spiritual strength for this, but now ... My daughter communicates very coldly and with memorized, foreign phrases - it is felt that her father and grandmother worked well with her. To my question: “Daughter, when will I see you?” Polina replies: “Well, I don’t know at all whether I want to see you or not.” It's very hard to hear this. I do not disclaim responsibility. Since April 18, Polina has been living with her dad. She herself offered him this option.

Yes. For the first four years he did not appear at all, but now he has inflamed with fatherly feelings. I am grateful to Maxim for being with our daughter. But it still behaves inappropriately. He claims that he paid monthly alimony of 80 thousand rubles, despite the fact that there was not a penny. Now he is preparing a paper for the court, which will indicate that his annual income is 21 thousand rubles, and this person owns a house in Spain ... Maxim is hostile. The last time I texted that my daughter did not want to talk to me.

And what kind of court?
Maxim filed a lawsuit to determine Polina's place of residence for the period of my rehabilitation. I agree that she be with dad while I am being treated, but when I return to Moscow I want to pick her up. Now our lawyers are discussing the details of a possible settlement agreement, but I don't really know. Mom hurriedly spoke on the phone.

I'm not the only one who has a problem in communicating with loved ones. Many of us have lost families to drugs. For example, I hated myself and suffered from low self-esteem, which I raised through use. I had a terrible relationship with my mother. I thought that I would never even talk to her, but everything more or less worked out. Now she has temporarily moved to Moscow, looking after my apartment. Sometimes I miss her, and sometimes I don’t even want to call. Polina, by the way, does not communicate with her grandmother. Maxim does not.

I knew that if he brings me a drug, then this is probably bad, but at the same time I thought that he was a savior, that he was taking care of me, ”said the TV presenter.
Ray showed up at the studio and returned Dana's passport, car keys and pass. The man said that earlier Borisova herself gave it all to him for safekeeping. Ray also said that he paid the TV presenter's bills, picked up her daughter from school when she was unable to. The man denies allegations of supplying drugs.
