Sweet chocolate sausage made from cookies with condensed milk. Chocolate Cookie Sausage: A simple classic step-by-step recipe from childhood. How to make a delicious chocolate sausage from cookies and cocoa, with condensed milk, without butter, with nuts, chocolate, raisins, Snickers

For many, chocolate sausage is the taste of childhood. She has always been tastier than store-bought cakes, even from the most expensive cafes, because she was often made by the children themselves. It's pretty simple, but incredibly delicious!

Now no one can say for sure who first came up with the idea to create such a sweetness. Perhaps she came to the mind of several smart mothers at once that they wanted to please their children with a natural dessert. And at the same time prepare something for tea guests.

The sausage is very similar to the famous Potato cake, which is also made from available products. True, they differ in appearance and, surprisingly, in taste. Even if you make a sausage out of Potatoes, you still get the wrong taste. You can try and make sure!

All sausages are prepared according to the same principle: a thick mass based on cookies, biscuit or other dry sweet component is turned into a roll, which then needs to be frozen. At room temperature, such a dessert will not have a dense shape, so always keep it in the refrigerator.

There are as many recipes for this sweet as there are housewives. Often everything that is in the house goes into it: chocolate, nuts, marmalade, marshmallows, honey, seeds, etc. And no matter what you add, it always turns out incredibly delicious!

You can cook such a sausage even on the basis of custard or any other cream, but the initial recipe is quite simple - from any cookie, preferably shortbread. Usually one part of it is turned into small crumbs, and the second is broken into pieces. In the context, it really turns out a mass that looks like a sausage with pieces of lard. Only sausage is sweet, dark and fragrant.

There are also recipes for similar dietary sausages, but today they are useless. If you want to remember the taste of childhood, then we recommend stopping at nutritious, but so familiar sausages.

The sausage can be decorated. Following the example of rolling in sesame seeds, it can also be rolled in coconut flakes, in an additional portion of cocoa, in nuts, in poppy seeds, in seeds - as your heart desires.

All these ingredients can be put inside. Also, use dry fruits. To do this, it is advisable to pre-soak them in water so that they swell and become softer. Then dried apricots, dried apples or pears, prunes can be chopped into small pieces, and the raisins can be left whole.

Various gummy bears will also look interesting in a sausage, especially if they are colored. Pieces of jelly can also be gently introduced into the mass and then rolled into a roll. In the same way, a small amount of marshmallow is added, but then the mass must be cold, otherwise the marshmallow will simply melt and look ugly, become sticky.

Some experimenters add mint leaves or lemon, orange, lime zest to the dessert. From nuts, you can take absolutely any: cashews, almonds, Brazilian, peanuts. All these products can decorate the dish.

To make the sausage healthier, you can make your own cookies. For example, oatmeal or carrot. Having retained the benefit in these cookies, it will be transferred to a chocolate dessert. It can be served not only with tea or coffee, but also with ice cream.

Chocolate sausage is a great solution, regardless of the occasion. It can be the arrival of friends or guests, and a small home holiday, or just a desire to pamper yourself and loved ones. Sweetness is absolutely always obtained, requiring neither the accuracy of proportions, nor meticulousness in the ingredients, nor special skills. And is there anything tastier than the taste of childhood?

Almost all of us love sweets. However, various sweets and desserts that can be purchased at the store are not always of high quality. In their preparation, a variety of flavors, preservatives and flavors are used. Moreover, they are also not cheap. But it turns out that various sweets for tea can be prepared on your own. To do this, you need to use a minimum of ingredients and not much time. Let's talk about how a sweet sausage is prepared from cookies and cocoa with condensed milk, we will give a proven recipe for such a sweet.

First recipe

To prepare such a sausage, you need to prepare six hundred grams of cookies (Strawberry, Hello or Good Morning cookies are perfect, as well as other similar varieties). In addition, you will need three hundred and eighty grams of unboiled condensed milk, two hundred grams of soft butter and five teaspoons of cocoa powder.

First, break the cookies into small pieces, about half a centimeter in size. Add butter to it, warming it up a little before that at room temperature. Under no circumstances should such a product be melted. Mix these two ingredients well. Then add cocoa to them, then mix again. Combine the resulting mass with condensed milk and mix again.

From the prepared composition, form several sausage bars. You should have five or six sweet sausages. Wrap them tightly with a plastic bag or cling film and put them in the freezer for four hours. Cut the cooked sausage as you see fit.

Some Tips

After the frozen sausage lies for some time at room temperature, it will not change its shape, but it will become pleasantly soft.

The mass used to form the sausage should look loose. The biscuit slices are tied together by condensed milk. In the event that you have purchased too liquid condensed milk, add some more cookies to it. But it is better to mix the condensed milk in small portions in order to get a product of optimal density.

Cooked sausage can be stored in the freezer for quite a long time.

To prepare such a dessert, it is better to use thirty percent cocoa.

Recipe #2

To prepare such a sweet, it is necessary to use three hundred to four hundred grams of shortbread cookies, two hundred grams of butter, one glass of sugar, and three heaping tablespoons of sugar. In addition, prepare five tablespoons of milk or low-fat cream and one glass of peeled walnuts.

Half or a third of the prepared cookies should be crushed using a blender or an ordinary mortar. Pour the resulting powder into a bowl. Break the remaining cookies into small pieces by hand. Coarsely chop the walnuts and combine them with the prepared biscuits.

Pour sugar into a separate bowl, add cocoa to it and mix well. Next, carefully pour cream or milk into this container and mix again. Place cocoa and milk over low heat and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool slightly. Add butter to the resulting mass, cutting it into cubes. Stir the chocolate mixture as thoroughly as possible - until smooth. Next, combine it with cookies and chopped nuts. But pour out not all the ingredients at once, but gradually so that the mass is not excessively thick.

Blend the treat until you have a thick, gooey chocolate mixture.

Spread cling film or foil greased with butter on the table. You can also use parchment paper to make sausages. Pour a portion of the chocolate mass on it and gently level it. Wrap a sheet of foil or cling film tightly around your workpiece so that it takes on the shape of a sausage. Repeat similar manipulations with the remaining chocolate mass.

Put the cooked sausage in the refrigerator or freezer and leave until completely solidified. Cut into slices when serving.

Recipe #3

To prepare this version of chocolate sausage, you can do without condensed milk. You will need one hundred and twenty grams of sugar, four tablespoons of cocoa powder, sixty milliliters of milk, fifty-five grams of butter, thirty grams of dark chocolate. Also prepare eighty grams of nuts (to your taste), eighty grams of cookies, fifty grams of raisins and the same amount of prunes.

Dry the nuts, peel them. Break the cookies. Rinse and cut the prunes, mix them with pre-soaked and dried raisins, as well as cookies and nuts.

Cook the glaze: Combine cocoa with sugar, pour milk into them and place on minimal heat. Melt the butter and pour it into this saucepan. Stir the contents constantly, and after the sugar has completely dissolved, pour chopped chocolate into the container. Bring the composition to a boil and turn off.

Combine the glaze with a mixture of nuts and dried fruits. Mix well. Prepare sausages as described in the recipes above.

Chocolate sausage made from cookies in the classic version with the addition of condensed milk is one of the brightest desserts of my childhood. I was very fond of such a magical delicacy: like a sausage, but sweet, sweet, chocolate-pre-chocolate! And after all, such a miracle is obtained without any participation of units such as an oven or a slow cooker, to which children are usually not allowed by caring mothers. And this means that even a child can prepare a dessert in just a few minutes.

The main thing is to provide the necessary products, tell the procedure and you can relax, calmly drinking tea and watching how your child will create in the kitchen. But be careful, the ingredients are too tempting: here you have cookies, and condensed milk, and cocoa, make sure that they are not destroyed before our dessert comes out of them.

Need Ingredients

  • 300 g shortbread cookies;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (with a slide);
  • 150 g of condensed milk.

From the indicated amount of ingredients, 4 sausages are obtained, about 25 cm long.

Step by step cooking

Finely chop the cookies with a knife. You can place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin (in this case, do not overdo it so as not to turn the cookies into powder). But working with a rolling pin will require some physical effort, while chopping cookies with a knife is easier and faster.

We place the butter in a small deep container and melt it in any way convenient for you: in a water bath or in a microwave.

Add cocoa powder to the butter and mix thoroughly so that the mass becomes uniform, all the lumps are mixed. This process is simple and fast (it will take you just a couple of minutes).

We shift the chopped cookies into pieces in a deep plate or bowl, add butter with cocoa and condensed milk.

Thoroughly mix the mass with a spoon, try to ensure that cocoa with butter and condensed milk are evenly distributed. Mass for sausages is ready.

Now we are preparing parchment for rolling sausages. We cut off pieces of parchment about 25 cm long. Grease about half of the parchment (from one edge) with vegetable oil. We lay out the sausage mass with a long sausage near the greased edge of the parchment, retreating from the edges by at least 5 cm.

We wrap the parchment, all the time pulling it up so that it fits snugly against the surface of the mass. Twist the ends of the parchment tightly at the ends.

Another option is to wrap the future sweet sausage in foil. The foil does not need to be lubricated, but it is harder to unroll it later.

We put the finished sausages in the refrigerator for several hours so that the mass hardens. And then we unfold the package and cut into large rings.

Delicious appetizing dessert - sweet sausage with cookies. A classic recipe with condensed milk and walnuts will help you prepare it. You will need the simplest products - sweet shortbread cookies ("For tea", "Chess", etc.), high-quality butter, walnuts and, of course, sweet condensed milk - condensed milk. The dessert is prepared in less than half an hour, then it will take at least 10 hours for the sausage to freeze in the refrigerator.

It will take 30 minutes to prepare, from the indicated ingredients you will get 12 servings.

Ingredients:

  • cookies - 420 g;
  • butter - 210 g;
  • walnuts - 120 g;
  • cocoa - 30 g;
  • sweet condensed milk - 350 g;
  • cling film, foil;
  • mint leaves for serving and garnish

How to cook sweet sausage on condensed milk

Grind half of the cookies in a blender until fine crumbs are obtained, break the remaining cookies into large pieces with your hands.

My walnuts, dry in a hot frying pan without oil, cool. Then chop the nuts with a knife, add to the rest of the ingredients.

Now put softened butter in a bowl. It is not necessary to melt the butter, it is enough to leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes in advance.

Mix the oil with dry ingredients with your hands until you get a thick mass that easily gathers into a lump.

Mix the mass with sweet condensed milk. By the way, instead of condensed milk, you can heat half a glass of milk and add a glass of sugar to it, stir until completely dissolved and cool.

We lay several layers of cling film on a cutting board, put the chocolate mass on the film.

We fold a tight “candy” from the film, twist the edges with a tourniquet and tie it.

We wrap the sausage in foil, roll it with our hands several times on the board to give the mass a cylindrical shape.

We remove the sausage on the lower shelf of the refrigerator compartment for the night, and preferably for a day.

We remove the film, cut the sausage into thick slices, decorate with mint and serve dessert with tea.
