Foreword

Alarm systems of the Vista-50 series by Ademco were among the first to appear on the domestic market of foreign technical means of security alarms. High operational reliability and wide functionality, subject to their rational and competent use, are combined in systems with good design and able to meet the needs of most owners. For more than 7 years, Vista-501V has been produced by CJSC MZEP-OKHRANA. Based on the experience of practical operation, this manual systematizes information about the purpose and capabilities of the Vista-501V system, its technical means, and suggests programming methods for individual devices and the system as a whole.

The guide consists of two parts. The first part deals with the issues of installation, configuration and installation programming of the system hardware. The nomenclature of the technical means considered in the manual is determined on the basis of the “List ...” of devices permitted for use at facilities guarded by private security units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The second part of the manual deals with the programming of the Vista-501V alarm system.

The technique of programming using a wired
control panel, the methodology for programming the main system
functions and modes of operation.

The material is presented in a logically consistent form suitable for
to study and may be useful as a reference guide
various categories of employees of organizations dealing with the equipment of facilities with security equipment. As a result of the development
in the production and certification of new Ademco instruments, some of the technical features described in the manual may, over time,
undergo changes.

system"Vista-501V"

The Vista-501V system (hereinafter referred to as the system) can effectively use
use at such facilities as a bank branch, a small structure
a manufacturing or commercial enterprise, a building with a size
schennye in it by several independent organizations or a house on
several hosts. This is determined by the following functional
system capabilities:

  • Three types of signaling are provided: security, alarm and
    fire department;

  • Simultaneously monitors the status of up to 86
    protected areas;

  • Protected areas can be grouped together to form non-
    dependent sections (from 1 to 8), which ensures separate use of the system by several owners;

  • Up to 75 users are simultaneously served with their own
    remote access codes;

  • Users are divided into 7 hierarchical levels with different
    powers;

  • Supports both wired and radio channels
    receiving notifications from protected areas;

  • System management is organized using wired or
    diochannel control panels with keypads;

  • Provides documentation of 224 events that have occurred and
    service messages with display of information on the display of the control panel, computer monitor or printout on the printer;

  • Programmable relay outputs of the system can be used to interface with domestic centralized monitoring panels, turn on sound and light annunciators, as well as devices household purpose;

  • The system has high level information content due to the
    the possibility of transmitting alarming and service information in coded form via a switched telephone communication channel to a post-centralized monitoring and via a modem to an IBM-compatible personal computer;

  • 20 programmable timers are able to provide flexible organization
    nization of the system operation according to the planned time schedule;

  • The system has a test mode on command and self-testing
    a number of parameters;

  • The programmed system configuration is saved when
    prolonged loss or disconnection of the supply voltage;

  • The programmed system configuration can be written
    san on computer media and loaded if necessary;

  • The technical means of the system have a high level of design,
    which allows you to meet the increased requirements of the owners to the interior of the premises.
System Structure

Structural diagram of the security and fire system "Vista-501V" is shown in fig. 1.1.

In the block diagram, you can select the main block - the control
panel, which is functionally analogous to the control panel
device. All hardware connected to the control panel
systems:

  • Radial (wired) alarm loops;

  • Two-wire communication line for connecting addressable
    switches and devices;

  • Four-wire communication line for connecting control panels
    leniya, radio channel devices and relay modules;

  • Serial interface module for printing messages
    or connection with a computer;

  • External sounder.

General information about system programming

The main element of the control panel is the microprocessor.
The work of the microprocessor is under the control of programs, finding--
stored in system memory. The system memory consists of two parts: permanent
memory device (ROM) and reprogrammable memory
device (PROM). The information in the ROM is written to the factory
de-manufacturer and during the operation of the system can only read from the ROM
to be. In PROM, information can be repeatedly written and erased.

During the production of the panel at the factory - the manufacturer in the ROM write
san subroutines for managing all elements of the system, such as
control panels, expanders, relay modules, etc. in ROM and PROM
a number of characteristics of the system are also recorded, which are called “factory
my installations. The system delivered to you from the factory is configured in accordance with
with factory settings, which allows it to be used in some
ry cases, for example, during the initial inclusion and study. However, the factory settings may not be sufficient for operation.

Rice. 1.1. Structural diagram of the Vista-501V system

Systems in the conditions of a particular object, which will require their change.
Setting system parameters for a particular object is called its programming.

Programming can be done different ways:

  1. With the help of an alphanumeric control panel and software
    61391. This is the most affordable and does not require additional
    equipment method. The disadvantage is the duration and small
    visualization of the programming process.

  2. With the help of a PC located at the facility and connected to
    panels through the 4100SM module. This method is clear,
    nako requires the use of special software
    COMPASS.
3. With the help of a remote PC located outside the facility and connected
connected to the panel via a telephone line. This method requires the use
COMPASS software and telephone modem.

Installation and registration of system hardware

The composition of the used devices of the system depends on the specific
tasks. Installation of technical means includes installation and
device connection. To ensure the operation of any device in
the system requires its registration, which consists in assigning it
individual system address and entering into the memory of the system para-
meters of this device.

Further in the manual contains material on how to install and register
stratification of the technical means of the system, which have found the widest practice
tic application on protected objects. Accepted by Ademco
designations of technical means contain a four-digit number, on-
for example, PU 6139. Domestic analogues produced by JSC "MZEP-
PROTECTION ”, in the designations they are distinguished by the addition at the end of the unit number
threads, for example, PU 61391.

1.2. Control panel

Generalinformation

The control panel is understood as the central receiving-contact
roll device system. The scope of delivery includes: mounting box
start with installed printed circuit board and power supply unit; pass-
port; the key to the cabinet door lock; two connecting wires (black
ny and red) with terminals for connecting the battery to the printed
board; 8 resistors with a resistance of 2 kOhm for connection to a wire-
nym alarm loops as terminal elements; factory
installation and programming instructions.

The mounting housing of the control panel serves to accommodate the
circuit board, power supply unit, backup battery, some types
pov system devices, as well as the input and output of cables for connecting
neniya peripheral technical means of the system.

Enclosure mounting

The case is usually installed on the wall of the room. For obes-
security of the system and restricting access to it, this room is
nie must be guarded. In production installation work next-
recommendations should be taken into account:

  • Install the housing using dowels or screws in a clean, dry
    home place. Back wall the housing has 4 holes for this (see fig. 1.2.).

  • All wiring must come out of the plug holes or back wall
    ki body, preferably using metal piping.

  • It is desirable to plug all unused holes with the help of
    shchyu disk plugs and bolts.
Main unit connection

The board is located inside the control panel mounting case.
with a mains switch and a block for connecting the mains cable
power supply, transformer and printed circuit board with electrical radio elements.

On printed circuit board control panel located:

1. Contacts "RED +" and "BLK-" for connecting a backup battery.

2. Terminal block (30 pcs in one row) for connecting low-
voltage output of the mains transformer, radial signal loops
lization, two-wire and four-wire address communication lines, sound-
kovy siren, telephone line and grounding.

    The technical means of the system have a high level of design,
    which allows you to meet the increased requirements of the owners to the interior of the premises.

System Structure

Structural diagram of the security and fire system "Vista-501V" is shown in fig. 1.1.

In the block diagram, you can select the main block - the control
panel, which is functionally analogous to the control panel
device. All hardware connected to the control panel
systems:

    Radial (wired) alarm loops;

    Two-wire communication line for connecting addressable
    switches and devices;

    Four-wire communication line for connecting control panels
    leniya, radio channel devices and relay modules;

    Serial interface module for printing messages
    or connection with a computer;

    External sounder.

However, the factory settings may not be sufficient for operation.

systems in the conditions of a particular object, which will require their change.
Setting system parameters for a particular object is called its programming.

Programming can be done in various ways:

    With the help of an alphanumeric control panel and software
    61391. This is the most affordable and does not require additional
    equipment method. The disadvantage is the duration and small
    visualization of the programming process.

The scope of delivery includes: mounting box
starter with installed printed circuit board and power supply unit; pass-
port; the key to the cabinet door lock; two connecting wires (black
ny and red) with terminals for connecting the battery to the printed
board; 8 resistors with a resistance of 2 kOhm for connection to a wire-
nym alarm loops as terminal elements; factory
installation and programming instructions.

During the production of installation work, the following
recommendations should be taken into account:

    Install the housing using dowels or screws in a clean, dry
    home place. The rear wall of the housing has 4 holes for this (see Fig. 1.2.).

    All wiring must come out of the plug holes or back wall
    ki body, preferably using metal piping.

    It is desirable to plug all unused holes with the help of
    shchyu disk plugs and bolts.

Main unit connection

The board is located inside the control panel mounting case.
with a mains switch and a block for connecting the mains cable
power supply, transformer and printed circuit board with electrical radio elements.

On the printed circuit board of the control panel are located:

Rice. 1.2. Chassis mounting holes

3. Two terminal blocks (connectors) J7 and J8 for connection
module 4100SM and external switching devices of the sound signal
lization and management.

Connection order:

1. Having unscrewed the two screws securing the AC power supply board, detached
unite it from the body. Remove the plug in the bottom left corner of the case.
It is advisable to introduce the power cord into the housing through the formed
version using a pipe or a metal hose. For network connection
power supply, connect the power cord to the terminal block on the unit board
power supply according to the diagram in the passport (phase wire - to pin 3).

2. To ensure grounding, connect the ground bar at the site
with pin 30 of the power supply board. Ground connection
it is recommended to make a wire with a copper core diameter of at least
1.3 mm and no more than 9 meters long.

3. Check that the low voltage output of the transformer
was connected to pins 1 and 2 on the printed circuit board, and the common wire block
The power cable was connected to pin 30.

Installing a backup battery (accumulator)

The backup battery is installed inside the mounting case
roll panel. The battery type is determined by the selected
the composition of the technical means used in the system (see the section "Reserve-
external power supply"). Do not connect the battery until the
control panel will not connect all devices. And there will be no
but the power supply is 220V alternating current.

1.3. Wired control panels

general information

Wired controllers 61391 and 61281 connect to four -
wired address line, to which may not be connected
more than 16 addressable devices (combination of devices 61391, 61281,
42041, 5800TM1, 58811).

When connecting the remote control, the following notes should be taken into account:

1. Each control panel consumes a certain current (from 40 to
100 mA), so when connecting, you may need an additional
ny power supply, if the source built into the control panel
voltage direct current 750 mA is not enough.

2. The maximum cable length from the control panel to a single
th control panel should not exceed the length specified in table. 1.1.

Table 1.1

wire diameter,
mm

Length,
m

3. The total length of all cables should not exceed 610 meters,
when using unshielded quad cable (or 300 met-
ditch if a shielded cable is used).

4. If several remote controls are connected to the cable, then
the above maximum lengths must be divided by the number of bullets
goods connected to the cable (i.e. the maximum length will be 68.5 meters,
if 2 remote controls are connected to a cable with a conductor diameter of 0.64 mm).

5. Knowing the number of connected remote controls, check
fulfillment of clause 1 and clause 3. If the total current consumption from control panels
control exceeds the permissible one, an additional connection is required
power supply.

Using an additional power supply

The control panel contains an auxiliary (built-in) unit
750 ml power supply for connecting the control panel and other accessories

burs (radio channel receivers, relay modules, etc.). Battery-
The battery will provide power to these devices in case of
network shutdown.

If the load on the control panel's built-in power supply
exceeds 750 mA, you can connect additional remote controls to additional
additional DC power supply with built-in battery
"with a 12 V battery, as shown in Fig. 1.3.

  • Founded in 1977, Ademco, an American security systems manufacturer, quickly became the world's leading manufacturer of innovative security alarm systems. One of the main directions of the company is the production of high-tech control boards/Vista devices.

    Vista control panels (Vista 101 and Vista 501) are designed to implement a security-fire-alarm system both at objects individuals: apartments, country houses and townhouses, and at the facilities of organizations: protection of offices, warehouses, shops.

    Vista control panels (VISTA) on Russian market security systems appeared in the late 1990s. Initially security alarm Vista (Vista 101, 501) were intended for centralized security of premises with connection to the centralized surveillance panels of the territorial police units of the FGKU UVO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow and the Moscow Region. In accordance with the requirements of the FGKU UVO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow and the Moscow Region, the security device was installed in conjunction with the control panel of the Bastion type, UO3K SPI Phobos, etc., which made it possible, using a crossed telephone line, to provide supply voltage control from 48 to 60V. In the absence of this voltage (KTL) security system generated an “Alarm” signal and the control panels of the FGKU UVO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow and the Moscow Region sent police crews to the object. Since the beginning of 2014, MGTS has been working to turn off crossed lines, in connection with which customers of the FGKU UVO of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow and the Moscow Region need to replace the control panels installed in addition to the Vista control panel (Vista 101,501 ) to more modern OPs with the ability to transmit signals about the incident via GSM and Ethernet channels. More detailed information, as well as the cost of replacement, you can contact our phone managers: 8-499-372-02-21, 8-495-648-80-08.

    At the moment, security equipment Vista 101, Vista 501 with additional modules or control panels is compatible with almost all consoles of both private security companies and centralized monitoring consoles of organizations in Moscow and the Moscow region.
