A comprehensive study of the properties of the "behavior" and size of UFOs, regardless of their shape, allows us to conditionally divide them into four main types.

First: Very small objects, which are balls or disks with a diameter of 20-100 cm, which fly at low altitudes, sometimes fly out of objects bigger size and return to them. There were no cases of their landing on the ground, but it was repeatedly observed how small objects separated from them. There is an assumption that large UFOs can fly in space. There are also isolated cases of observation of giant disks with a diameter of 100-200 m.

Such an object was observed during a test flight of the French Concorde aircraft at an altitude of 17,000 m above the Republic of Chad during the solar eclipse of June 30, 1973. The crew and a group of scientists who were on the plane filmed a film and took a number of color photographs of a luminous object in the shape of a mushroom cap 200 m in diameter and 80 m high, which followed an intersecting course. At the same time, the contours of the object were fuzzy, since it was apparently surrounded by an ionized plasma cloud. On February 2, 1974, the film was shown on French television. The results of this study have not been published.

Common forms of UFOs have varieties. Thus, for example, disks with one or two convex sides, balls with or without rings encircling them, as well as oblate and prolate spheres were observed. Rectangular and triangular objects are much less common. According to the French group for the study of aerospace phenomena, approximately 80% of all observed UFOs were round in the shape of discs, balls or spheres, and only 20% were elongated in the shape of cigars or cylinders. UFOs in the form of discs, spheres and cigars have been observed in most countries on all continents. Examples of rare UFO sightings are given below. So, for example, UFOs with rings surrounding them, similar to the planet Saturn, were recorded in 1954 over Essex County (England) and over the city of Cincinnati (Ohio), in 1955 in Venezuela and in 1976 - over the Canary Islands .

A parallelepiped-shaped UFO was observed in July 1977 in the Tatar Strait by members of the crew of the Nikolai Ostrovsky ship. This object flew for 30 minutes next to the ship at an altitude of 300-400 m, and then disappeared.

Triangular-shaped UFOs from the end of 1989 began to systematically appear over Belgium. According to the description of many eyewitnesses, their dimensions were approximately 30 by 40 m, and on their lower part there were three or four luminous circles. Objects moved completely silently, hovering and taking off at great speeds. On March 31, 1990, southeast of Brussels, three credible eyewitnesses observed how such a triangular object six times the size of the visible disk of the moon flew silently over their heads at an altitude of 300-400 m. Four luminous circles were clearly visible on the underside of the object.

Along with the main forms of UFOs, there are many more various varieties. In a table shown at a meeting of the US Congress Committee on Science and Astronautics in 1968, 52 UFOs of various shapes were depicted.

According to the international ufological organization "Contact international", the following forms of UFOs are observed:

2) oblong: rocket-like (with and without stabilizers); torpedo-shaped; cigar-shaped (without domes, with one or two domes); cylindrical; rod-shaped; spindle-shaped;

3) pointed: pyramidal; in the form of a regular or truncated cone; funnel-like; swept; in the form of a flat triangle (with and without a dome); diamond-shaped;

4) rectangular: bar-like; in the form of a cube or parallelepiped; in the form of a flat square and rectangle;

5) unusual: mushroom-shaped, toroidal with a hole in the center, wheel-shaped (with and without spokes), cruciform, deltoid, in the shape of the letter V.

It should be borne in mind that in many cases the readings of observers may not reflect the true shape of objects, since a disk-shaped object may look like a ball from below, like an ellipse from below, and like a spindle or a mushroom cap from the side; an object shaped like a cigar or an elongated sphere may look like a ball from the front and back; a cylindrical object can look like a parallelepiped from below and from the side, and like a ball from the front and back. In turn, the object in the form of a box in front and behind can look like a cube.

Data on the linear dimensions of UFOs reported by eyewitnesses are in some cases very relative, since visual observation can be determined with sufficient accuracy, only angular dimensions object.

Linear dimensions can only be determined if the distance from the observer to the object is known. But determining the distance in itself presents great difficulties, because the human eye, due to stereoscopic vision, can correctly determine the distance only within the range of up to 100 m. Therefore, the linear dimensions of a UFO can only be determined very approximately.

Usually UFOs have the form of metallic bodies of silver-aluminum or light pearl color. Sometimes they are shrouded in a cloud, as a result of which their contours seem to be blurred.

The surface of the UFO is usually shiny, as if polished, and no seams or rivets are visible on it. The top side of an object is usually light, while the bottom side is dark. Some UFOs have domes that are sometimes transparent.

UFOs with domes were observed, in particular, in 1957 over New York, in 1963 in the state of Victoria (Australia), and in our country in 1975 near Borisoglebsk and in 1978 - in Beskudnikovo.

In the middle of the objects, in some cases, one or two rows of rectangular "windows" or round "portholes" were visible. An elongated object with such "portholes" was observed in 1965 by the crew members of the Norwegian ship "Javesta" over the Atlantic.

In our country, UFOs with "portholes" were observed in 1976 in the village of Sosenki near Moscow, in 1981 near Michurinsk, in 1985 near Geok-Tepe in the Ashgabat region. On some UFOs, rods similar to antennas or periscopes were clearly visible.

In February 1963, in the state of Victoria (Australia), at a height of 300 m above a tree, a disk 8 m in diameter hung with a rod resembling an antenna.

In July 1978, members of the crew of the ship "Yargora", following the Mediterranean Sea, observed a spherical object flying over North Africa, in the lower part of which three structures similar to antennas were visible.

Cases have also been recorded when these rods moved or rotated. Below are two such examples. In August 1976, Muscovite A.M. Troitsky and six other witnesses saw a silvery metal object over the Pirogov reservoir, eight times the size of the lunar disk, moving slowly at a height of several tens of meters. Two rotating stripes were visible on its side surface. When the object was above the witnesses, a black hatch opened in its lower part, from which a thin cylinder protruded. The lower part of this cylinder began to describe circles, while the upper part remained attached to the object. In July 1978, passengers of the Sevastopol-Leningrad train near Kharkov watched for several minutes how some kind of rod with three brightly luminous points moved out of the upper part of a motionlessly hanging elliptical UFO. This rod was deflected to the right three times and returned to its previous position. Then a rod with one luminous dot extended from the bottom of the UFO.

Half an hour later, six objects soared up with great speed and disappeared, and one remained for a while. Sometimes such lights are lit and go out in a certain sequence.

In September 1965, two police officers in Exeter, New York, observed a UFO flying about 27 m in diameter, which had five red lights that went on and off in the sequence: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st. The duration of each cycle was 2 seconds.

A similar incident occurred in July 1967 in Newton, New Hampshire, where two former radar operators observed through a telescope a luminous object with a series of lights flashing on and off in the same sequence as on the object in Exeter.

On the same day, engineer Alferlan filmed such an object flying over Brussels for two minutes with a video camera. In front of Alferlan's eyes, the object made a turn and three luminous circles and a red light between them became visible on its lower part. On the top of the object, Alferlan noticed a luminous lattice dome. This video was shown on April 15, 1990 on central television.

Classification of UFOs by type

If we mean by UFO the spaceship of a humanoid civilization, then it is better to classify them in the same way as the ECs themselves do. Ships are divided into five types.

1. Ship of the 1st order or the uterus. Base station in the Galactic sector. The radius of action is the Galaxy. Volume from thousands to tens of thousands of cubic meters. Length is measured in kilometers. Includes all kinds technical constructions, energy reserves and means of basing for thousands of humanoids. The most varied form. Some UFOs like to hide among the clouds. Others use psi-field radiation. This radiation, due to the repolarization of air molecules, creates a psi-field around the object, blocking the radiation of information outside from the side of the ship. Thus, it becomes invisible to the human consciousness, which perceives the object as an insignificant detail of the landscape and therefore does not fix it in the mind. But the camera doesn't care, and it captures all the photons of light that fell on its film. Hence the well-known cases of UFO manifestations on photographic film, which the photographer did not see.

Foreword

G. Orionsky cannot be considered the author of the classification of UFOs, in the literal sense of the word, since he did not himself make this classification. It was communicated to him, and he only tried to convey it. But here great difficulties arose: after all, most of the concepts simply do not exist in the earthly language, since humanity has no idea about the energies indicated in the classification.
Modern civilization has recently become acquainted with atomic energy and plasma. Then there were special words denoting these phenomena.
Relatively recently, we learned electricity and named it.
The energies mentioned in the classification are completely unknown to us. They are mentioned here 19. They should have been named somehow, and the author had to use words that at least in some way correspond to a concept unknown to you. In order for the reader not to understand these words literally, in the accepted well-known meaning, the classification for each of its points is provided with comments.
Obviously, even the presence of these comments, written from the words of the author who explained the classification, cannot make it quite clear, since in order for it to become clear, it is necessary to understand the structure of the universe as it is understood by the Higher Mind that gave this classification. Our understanding of the Universe is extremely limited and perverted.
Only in the most last years we began to come closer to the understanding that there is some kind of psychic energy that has tremendous power, for which there is no space and time. This is evidenced by many parapsychological studies, and, in particular, Puthoff's research published in a Soviet journal (Puthoff's book "Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics" was published in the USSR in 1972 in the Mir edition) and Targa "Perceptual channel for transmitting information to long distance” (see TIER, vol. 64, no. 3, March 1976). The authors here, in a carefully designed experiment, investigated and proved the phenomena of clairvoyance and proscopia (vision of the future). But this is only the beginning of comprehending the completely unknown. Gradually, we will understand that the universe is quite different than it seemed to us, than it seems to our geocentric science.
People, including scientists and researchers, have long been convinced that the Earth is flat, covered with a dome, that it is the center of the world, and so on. They were convinced of the atom, as our scientists are now convinced of the immutability of their knowledge, the ancient scientists proceeded from empiricism - direct experience, we - from mediated by devices, but, ultimately, the same empiricism. Involuntarily, our horizons are extremely limited.
And although we will not be able to fully understand the classification, nevertheless, it gives us a general correct idea of UFOs, completely different from the highest degree of primitive idea of \u200b\u200bthem that has developed in ufology - the science that studies UFOs, not to mention the official traditional science, which is only approaching to their study, and about the military, who have long been observing UFOs for their more than special purposes, very far from science.
It is generally accepted - by those who are familiar with the problem (strangers simply deny their existence) - alien ships, if not unknown phenomena of earthly nature. The classification shows a deep fallacy and primitivism of such an interpretation of UFOs.
In 1977-78. one of the most significant ufologists in the world - professor of astronomy, director of the astronomical department of the US Northwestern University D. Since our Earth is a sick "cell" of a single organism, it is given special attention by Shambhala and the Orions, it is being treated. But since the spiritual illness of earthly mankind has taken severe forms and threatening, attention to us, which intensified during the Second World War, has increased in recent years with a particularly noticeable intensity.
1978 is the year of unprecedented UFO activity, observed everywhere and in large numbers.
The number of individual contacts with "humanoids" is increasing. Contact on a more or less global scale is impossible due to the unpreparedness of earthly humanity as a whole.

Analysis of many observations, properties of "behavior" and size of UFOs, regardless of their shape, allows us to conditionally divide them into four main types.

First: very small objects, which are balls or disks with a diameter of 20 cm to 1 meter, which fly at low altitudes, sometimes they fly out of larger objects and return to them. There is a well-known case that took place in October 1948 near the Fargo airbase (North Dakota, USA), when the pilot Gorman unsuccessfully pursued a round luminous object with a diameter of 30 cm, which maneuvered, evading the chase, and sometimes he himself rapidly moved towards the plane, forcing Gorman to dodge the collision.

Second: UFO egg-shaped and disc-shaped with a diameter of 2 - 3m. They usually fly at low altitude and land more often than other types of UFOs. Small UFOs have been repeatedly seen separating from the main objects and returning back.

Third: the main UFOs, most often disks with a diameter of 9 - 40 m, the height of which in the central part is 1/5 -1/10 of their diameter. Such UFOs make independent flights in any layers of the atmosphere and sometimes land. Smaller objects can also be detached from them.

Fourth: large UFOs, most often in the form of cigars or cylinders with a length of 100 - 800 meters or more. They appear mainly in the upper atmosphere, but do not perform complex maneuvers, and sometimes hover at high altitude. So far, there have been no cases of their landing on the ground, but many times it was observed how smaller objects separated from them. There is an assumption that large UFOs can fly in space. There are also isolated cases of observation of giant disks with a diameter of 100 - 350 in some cases even more than meters. Ufologists suggest that such large UFOs are "mother ships" carrying smaller UFOs on board, and send "UFO scouts" to different parts of our planet.

Common forms of UFOs have varieties. Thus, for example, disks with one or two convex sides, balls with or without rings encircling them, flattened and elongated spheres were observed. Rectangular and triangular objects are the least common. According to the French group for the study of aerospace phenomena, approximately 80% of all observed UFOs were round discs, balls or spheres, and only 20% were elongated cigars or cylinders. UFOs in the form of discs, spheres and cigars have been observed in most countries on all continents. Examples of rare UFO sightings are given below. So, for example, UFOs with rings surrounding them, similar to the planet Saturn, were recorded in 1954 over Essex County (England) and over the city of Cincinnati (Ohio), in 1955 in Venezuela (7) and in 1976 - over the Canary Islands.

A parallelepiped-shaped UFO was observed in July 1977 in the Tatar Strait by members of the crew of the Nikolai Ostrovsky ship. This object flew for 30 minutes next to the ship at an altitude of 300-400 m, and then disappeared.

Triangular-shaped UFOs from the end of 1989 began to systematically appear over Belgium. And then all over the world. According to the description of many eyewitnesses, their dimensions were approximately 30 by 40 m, and on their lower part there were three or four luminous circles. Objects moved completely silently, hovering and taking off at great speeds.

The surface of the UFO is usually shiny, as if polished, and no seams or rivets are visible on it. The top side of an object is usually light, while the bottom side is dark. Some UFOs have domes that are sometimes transparent.

UFOs with domes were observed, in particular, in 1957 over New York, in 1963 in the state of Victoria (Australia), and in our country in 1975 near Borisoglebsk and in 1978 in Beskudnikovo.

In the middle of the objects, in some cases, one or two rows of rectangular "windows" or round "portholes" were visible. An elongated object with such "portholes" was observed in 1965 by the crew members of the Norwegian ship "Javesta" over the Atlantic.

UFOs with "portholes" were also observed in 1976 in the village of Sosenki near Moscow, in 1981 near Michurinsk, in 1985 near Geok-Tepe in the Ashgabat region. On some UFOs, rods similar to antennas or periscopes were clearly visible.

Smells

UFO sightings can be accompanied by smells. Electrical discharges from UFOs generate nitrogen dioxide. It reacts with atmospheric gases to form, for example, nitrobenzene, a poisonous oily substance with a strong smell of bitter almonds.

According to observers, UFOs may have: a sharp, pungent smell; the smell of burning gasoline; the smell of ether mixed with the smell of sulfur; nauseating odor; the smell of nitrobenzene; sulfurous smell; strong smell of balm; strong bad smell; the smell of burnt gasoline; the smell of hydrogen sulfide or rotten eggs; the smell of sulfur; the smell of burnt electrical wiring; a strong smell of molten iron.

Sounds and noises

Although UFOs usually make sounds and noises, they are often inaudible, because they are on the verge of or even beyond the receptivity of the human ear.
Strong noises. Two types of loud noises can be distinguished in the messages: an instantaneous explosive sound (like a shock wave) and a loud continuous noise. Such noises were heard when “the UFO touched the ground”, “after rising from a low initial altitude”, “within 30 seconds before departure”, and when “departing with a roar and a series of impacts”.
Buzz. It covers low intensity noise that is not audible over long distances. The mention of a noise resembling the buzzing of bees is important in this case because it will give a basis for assessing the frequency or tone of such noise. The buzz of a flying bee is caused by its wings, which oscillate at a frequency of about 270 hertz.
Air gusts. Noise of this type is fairly well identified, but there is no indication of their source. At the current level of knowledge, one can only guess whether this noise arises from the excitation of molecules due to ionization on the surfaces of UFOs. At night, when observing a corona discharge on high-voltage transmission lines, one can notice a glow that becomes audible - a “hissing” noise. Noise such as gusts of air, possibly due to the phenomena of electrical discharge.
coded signals. Of the 447 reports of close encounters with UFOs, there are seven that speak of strange signal-like sounds. Most often they are referred to as beep-beep signals (three reports out of seven).
A ten-year-old boy noticed a bright, silver-colored object on four legs in the field. He heard sounds like "beep-beep" until the moment when the object took off and went up. No radio is mentioned in the report, and it's unlikely that this guy in the field had any kind of receiver.

UFO rays

Among the numerous sightings of UFOs, quite most they are occupied with UFO sightings, when unusual glows or pillars emanating from UFOs were noticed. Light beams from UFOs resemble searchlights and most often they are directed to the ground.
In December 1978, in Moscow, near the Varshavskaya metro station, a silver ball was observed hanging in the dark sky with a visible size slightly smaller than the sun, and eight light rays symmetrically radiating from it in all directions, equal to its diameter.
There were also such cases when the rays emitted by UFOs periodically appeared and went out.
On the evening of December 17, 1989, a number of eyewitnesses in different cities observed an unknown luminous object in the form of a ball, which successively flew over the cities of Surgut, Nefteyugansk, Omsk and over Altai Territory. At the same time, eyewitnesses in Surgut and Omsk claimed that four bright beams emanated from the object, which “turned off” and “turned on” again before their eyes.

In the cases below, the beams emitted by the UFO ended in luminous balls.

One of them is described in the information sheet compiled by the senior navigators of the Ashgabat air squadron Sinashov and Glushchenko. It states that in October 1985, in the Geok Tepe area of the Ashgabat region, a large cigar-shaped object was observed, in which five blue rays fanned out from the nose, ending in spheres of the same color.
These beams can slowly move out of the UFO, and then also gradually retract back. A slow extension of a beam with a blunt end from a hovering unknown object was observed in 1968 over the city of Nevyansk in the Sverdlovsk region and in 1981 in the Vyborg region, and according to Prokhorov's report, in 1975, in Valdai, even three such rays were observed to slowly advance.

According to Hering, the speed of extension and retraction of these beams is 3.5-7 m/s.

The third feature of the propagation of these rays is that they are apparently capable of bending at different angles, up to a straight line. Such cases were also observed both in Russia and abroad.

In September 1978, during a flight between the Afrikanda airfield (Murmansk region) and Kemyu at an altitude of about 9 km, the crew members of the TU-134 aircraft of the Leningrad squadron (crew commander V.N. Gorba) saw a hanging oblong object ahead along the course at an altitude of about 20 km with clear outlines. This object vibrated, from its front part two curved beams similar to pincers began to move towards each other. Then the ends of these beams connected, and in this place a bright glowing ball, which after 3-4 minutes disappeared along with the rays.

In March 1978, a UFO was observed near Zhytomyr, from which 16 rays with pointed ends departed in all directions, resembling a blossoming flower.

These rays are sometimes intermittent or dotted, breaking up into luminous and dark areas, like illuminated advertising.

One of these messages came from the witness Nesterenko. It said that in October 1978, near the village of Shonosha, Arkhangelsk Region, Nesterenko and people traveling with him in a bus observed an object flying across the sky, which then hovered motionless. 15-20 discontinuous rays appeared from it, symmetrically directed in all directions. Each beam consisted of the same light pulses and dark gaps between them, and these pulses ran from the object at great speed, as in a light advertisement, and disappeared after 3-4 seconds.

Some rays can easily pass through various obstacles and illuminate the space behind them. This was the case, in particular, in Trankas, where the beam, having passed through the solid fence of the farm and the walls of the house, was restored again.

A number of reports are also known when rays from a UFO, passing through obstacles, made them transparent.

In April 1967, the director of a school from Jefferson City (USA), returning home, saw that an object similar to an airship was hovering over his car, emitting a strange light that did not linger at all on the roof of the car and made it transparent. The driver saw the engine through the instrument panel, and, jumping out of the car, saw its interior through the body. After the disappearance of the beam, everything returned to its former form.
Such cases were also recorded when the rays emitted by the UFO did not illuminate the surrounding area or the premises into which they penetrated at all. In other cases, on the contrary, they illuminated the surrounding area in some special way, without forming shadows.
Considering the properties of the strange rays emitted by UFOs, the French researchers Scornio and Pian indicate that these are apparently not ordinary light rays, if only because the speed of their extension and retraction has nothing to do with the speed of light. Most likely, it can be assumed that this is a stream of ionizing particles that make the air encountered on their way glow. In this case, it becomes explainable and their passage through the partitions. These particles can be deflected by an electromagnetic field, which explains the existence of curved rays. The flow of these particles can be discontinuous - hence the dotted rays ...

"Angel Hair"

Often during the observation of UFOs or after their passage, eyewitnesses find on the ground the thinnest threads, of unknown origin and composition. Usually they are silvery in color, sometimes luminous, very thin and light, slightly radioactive. They are gelatinous to the touch, quickly evaporate in air.

For the first time, ufologists started talking about them in 1954. On October 27 of that year, two people - Gennaro Lucetti and Pietro Lastrucci, who were standing on the terrace of a hotel in St. Mark's Square in Venice, saw two "luminous spindles" flying in the sky, which left a fiery white trail behind them. Both objects were flying at high speed at a short distance from each other. Then the object flying behind rose to the same height as the leading one; turning around, the UFO disappeared in the direction of Florence.

A few minutes later there was a dramatic break in a football match at the stadium in Florence. 10 thousand surprised spectators, players and referees stood up and stared at the two objects flying over the stadium. In nine minutes - from 14.20 to 14.29 - this pair flew over the city three times. Strange, hair-like fibers fell out onto the football field...

The substance melted in his hands, and only student Alfredo Jacopozzi managed to collect a few fibers in a sealed sterile test tube. Soon the test tube came to the director of the Institute of Chemical Analysis of the University of Florence, Professor Giovanni Canneri. His colleague, Professor Danilo Gozzi, analyzed the mysterious substance and stated: “It is a fibrous material that has significant resistance to stretching and twisting. When exposed to heat, it darkens and volatilizes, leaving a melting clear precipitate. Analysis of the sediment showed the content of boron, silicon, calcium and magnesium. Hypothetically, this substance could be something like boron-silicon glass.

The American ufologist Charles Maney suggested that these are "excess materialized UFO energy." Dissolving, the fibers "return back to their dimension or other space-time continuum." According to another ufologist, the Englishman Brinsley LePoer Trench, “hair” is something like ectoplasm that stands out at seances!

Impact on technology

A wide variety of UFO impacts on different kinds techniques: from the harmless rotation of compass needles to the death of aircraft.

The force fields created by these objects can temporarily disrupt the operation of electric and mechanical clocks, the operation of radio equipment, weapon control systems, and even the power supply of entire cities, cause the internal combustion engines to stop, and, finally, attract heavy objects to the objects.

The impact of UFOs on the compasses of ships and aircraft was expressed in the fact that their arrows sometimes followed objects, as if attracted by them, or continuously rotated.

In 1958, in Kazakhstan, a large disc swept over a group of students sitting by a fire at a height of 3 m, after which everyone's clocks stopped.

In November 1957, at an altitude of 2-3 km above the city of Baskatong (Canada), a UFO hovered, from which a beam of light emanated. All shortwave receivers in the city immediately stopped working, but in some of them some kind of signal was heard, reminiscent of Morse code. When the object disappeared, all receivers started working again.

In our country in October 1977, 260 km from Ryazan, when an unknown ellipsoidal object approached three military aircraft, the ultrashort-wave radio communication of the aircraft with each other and with the ground completely stopped, and with the removal of the object it was restored again.

In Russia in 1981, over the territory of one military unit, located in the Gorky region, flew fire ball, which suddenly reversed direction and hung for 10 minutes. At the same moment, all the spotlights located along the perimeter of the fence went out, and the telephone network stopped working. And when the object was removed, all systems started working again. A thorough investigation of this phenomenon showed that it was not caused by normal malfunctions, and it was not possible to establish its true cause.

However, there were also such cases of power failure during UFO flights, when electric light bulbs in cities continued to smolder, that is, the operation of power plants did not stop, and the relays did not turn off, which indicates some kind of special impact on the part of UFOs.

It has also been noted that when UFOs appear at low altitude, the gasoline engines of cars that are in the immediate vicinity of these objects usually stall, car headlights dim or go out at night, and radios turn off.

According to MUFON, more than 400 cases of car engines stopping during encounters with UFOs have been recorded in the United States. In February 1989, from a large UFO hovering over the city of Progress (Guatemala), a wide beam was directed towards the earth, under the influence of which the engines of hundreds of cars stopped, following the highway connecting Progress with the capital of Guatemala, bearing the same name. Similar cases are known in our country. But it happens that the car turns off either only the engine, or only the lighting, or only the radio, or two of these components.

There are also examples when, under the influence of a UFO, the engines of flying aircraft stopped or began to work intermittently.

An interesting incident occurred in September 1959 in the Newfoundland region, where an unknown object in the form of a saucer 30 meters in diameter with a rotating dome approached an airliner flying from New York to Paris and continued to fly next to the aircraft at a distance of 600 m. Then it instantly approached the aircraft at a distance of 15 m from the left wing, after which interruptions began in the operation of the left wing engines. When the plane turned sharply to the right and took off from the object by about 2000m, the engines started working normally again. But the UFO again followed the plane and now took up a position at a distance of 10-15 m from its right wing, after which the right engines began to work intermittently. The crew's attempts to contact the Earth by radio were unsuccessful, as the radio did not work. The total duration of the UFO's stay near the aircraft was 7 minutes, after which it developed a colossal acceleration and disappeared, turning into a shining dot. Radio contact was immediately restored.

In Russia, there were two crashes of MIG-21 aircraft in the Borisoglebsk region, when radars recorded some unknown objects near them.

Physical impact on people and animals

The impact of UFOs on animals is manifested primarily in the fact that they sometimes sense in advance the approach of these objects. It happens that a few minutes before the appearance of a UFO, dogs begin to bark, and all animals show extreme anxiety. The very appearance of a UFO often causes great fear in animals. Cows and sheep take to a stampede. Horses begin to fight in the stables or rear up. The dogs howl, crawling on their belly and trembling with large shivers. Cats, hissing and snorting, hide under beds, their fur standing on end. Here are some examples: In February 1963, in the Moe region (Australia), farmer Brew and his son saw a disk with a diameter of 7 m with a dome, which approached their farm and descended over the cattle pen to a height of 20-30 m. The English ufologist Le Poer Trench (Lord Clancarty) suggests that the reason for the extreme excitation of animals when UFOs appear may be the high-frequency sound sometimes emitted by these objects, which is not perceived by people, but irritates animals very much.

At the same time, there are cases when animals did not react in any way to the appearance of these objects.

During the Delphos incident described in the first section of this chapter, dogs and sheep behaved calmly when a UFO approached. A number of cases are also known when UFOs caused temporary paralysis in animals by the action of their rays.

In September 1963, in Trancas, Argentina, three dogs and about twenty domestic birds in a yard were paralyzed for 40 minutes by a red-violet beam directed at the yard from one of the 6 UFOs that had landed nearby.

In another case, which took place in August 1977 in the village of Pelham (Georgia), over a pasture where 40 cows were grazing, some strange round object hovered at a low altitude, under the influence of which not only all the cows, but also those who were nearby two dogs and their owner were temporarily paralyzed.

The physical impact of UFOs on people is manifested only when these objects fly over or hover at low altitude or when eyewitnesses approach the objects that have landed.

For example, isolated cases have been recorded when objects flying or hovering at low altitude, with their fields or rays, caused people to have a temporary paralysis of a special kind, in which they stood rooted to the spot and could not move with full preservation of consciousness and all sensations, that is, their central nervous system remained unaffected. One such incident occurred in March 1967 in the city of Leominster (USA), where the Wallaces saw a shining object in the shape of a flattened egg hovering over a cemetery. After getting out of the car, Wallace extended his hand towards the object and immediately felt a semblance of an electric shock and was paralyzed. At the same time, the car's engine stalled, the headlights went out, and the receiver stopped working. After 40 seconds, the object flew away, the headlights turned on, the receiver worked, and Wallace regained the ability to move.

Cases have been recorded when close encounters with UFOs caused people to lose consciousness immediately.

In March 1965, in Everglade, Florida, Farmer Flynn saw a cone-shaped luminous object 25 m in diameter and 10 m high with four rows of portholes hovering at a height of 0.5 m from the ground. Approaching the object at 2 m, Flynn raised his hand, but from the lower porthole a thin beam of light was directed directly into his forehead, under the influence of which he fell and lost consciousness for a day.

There are cases when heat waves or rays emitted by low-flying UFOs caused people's clothes to catch fire and severe burns. One November night in 1957, a brilliant disk-shaped UFO hovered 60 meters above the Brazilian Fort Itaipu, located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. A humming sound was heard from within, which then turned into a piercing howl, and a wave of searing heat fell on the fort. The two sentries outside fell and screamed in pain and terror. The fort's electric lights went out, emergency lights failed, and telephone service failed. At the same time, sirens wailed. The awakened soldiers of the garrison, mad with fear, rushed through the darkness along the corridors in search of an invisible enemy. Then the light suddenly turned on, and through the windows a brightly glowing orange object was visible moving across the sky. Both sentries received first-degree burns and were sent to a hospital in Rio de Janeiro. The fort was placed under a state of siege and the Brazilian army was ordered to keep the incident secret.

More serious consequences are also known.

In 1946, in the state of São Paulo (Brazil), 40-year-old farmer Prestos was stunned and thrown to the ground by a beam of light from a UFO. No burns were visible on Prestos' body, but within an hour, in front of witnesses, his soft tissues began to fall off from the bones, his teeth and bones were exposed, and after 6 hours he died (Flying Saucers Review. 1973. 4).

The listed cases, and many more could be cited, indicate that the unexpected approach of people to UFOs on the ground can be unsafe.
In fairness, it should be noted that the rays from the UFO did not always cause injury, and sometimes, on the contrary, had a healing effect on people.
The most interesting case of their treatment with UFO beams occurred in November 1968 in the French Alps with Dr. X., who, after a mine explosion in Algiers, had partial paralysis for 10 years right hand and legs. In addition, three days before the encounter with the UFO, he injured his left leg. On the night of November 2, Dr. X. was illuminated by a wide bright beam from a disk-shaped UFO hovering 200 m from his house, of such intensity that he had to close his eyes. Soon the doctor heard a sound and the disk disappeared. After this meeting with the UFO, X. was surprised to find that not only did the wound on his left leg heal completely, but all the consequences of the injury in Algeria disappeared without a trace.
