Now we have new equipment, made of durable wooden cuttings, metal crossbars. I would like to believe that it will serve us for a longer period.

And for many years now, a table in the shape of a ram for drawing with semolina and sand has been pleased with its functionality.

When children are doing creative work at the table, the rest of the children are running around and playing outdoor games. In order to be able to organize construction games at the same time, the idea came to make another table. And do you know what we made it from? From a wooden reel with wires on it. We dug one part of the coil into the ground, painted the top part, and made flowers on the surface of the table using colored self-adhesive paper. Our table turned out to be large.

There is an opportunity for everyone to gather behind it to play Board games. There are plans to make a bench so that we don’t have to take chairs out of the group every day.

This is more serious, you just need to make a slight slope so that the water rolls off it during rain. Some people simply install rubber mats, which are replaced as they wear out.

Another solution is to fill the entire area with fine, sifted sand. It will need to be leveled and topped up periodically, but this is perhaps the most practical solution.

To create such entertainment, you do not need many materials: chains or ropes on which the seat will be attached.

If you use ropes, you need to regularly check their condition: they become less durable from exposure to the sun and can fray. Chains are more reliable in this regard: they can withstand heavy loads, but they pose another danger: when the chain links move, they can pinch the skin. It is very painful and results in large bruises. But there is a way out. In order to hold on safely, hoses are put on the chain in those places where they are grasped with hands. Their shell protects the hands of children and adults who swing the swing (or ride themselves).

You can make rope steps: they are harder to climb, but they develop coordination well.

Education

Most of the problems with good taste in our country are due to the fact that we do not have a design culture. In turn, there is no culture, because there is no professional education. The British Royal School of Art was founded in the mid-19th century and is already 150 years old. Moreover, it was originally called the State School of Design. Over the years, the UK government has understood the importance of design in the lives of its citizens.

We have crafts instead. I don’t know a single graphic designer who graduated from our art universities and was satisfied with the result.

There are no museums of modern art in Uzbekistan. Occasionally, some week-long exhibitions are held, but there is no place where you can come and see thousands of interesting works, exchange opinions, and communicate with colleagues. There is no center of gravity for design.

Standards

Making normal playgrounds is not much more difficult than painting them in all colors (yellow and red are especially popular) and - most importantly - doing it with the hands of builders, nannies and anyone else who does not know how to combine colors and maintain taste.

For some reason, it is generally accepted that everything that concerns children should have as many different saturated colors as possible. Also a prerequisite is a high contrast between the selected colors - everything should be colorful in the eyes. I don’t know what asshole decided that children need clown designs, but it instills bad taste in them. There is no need to treat children as if they are abnormal if everything is fine with their heads.

What should they be?

I am a supporter Scandinavian design, it is based on economy, useful functionality, environmental friendliness and restraint.

Look at the example above - it's beautiful kindergarten. A lot of wood was used in construction. The site looks like a natural environment, it does not resemble Chinese plastic construction sets. The bright spots in the frame are the children themselves. They are dressed in colors so that it is difficult to lose sight of them and life does not seem dull to them. Children are the main thing, the environment is secondary.
