  3. Cut the garlic cloves into several pieces with a knife and place them in well-heated oil. Let it sit for a couple of minutes so that it has time to impart its unique aroma to the oil. Don't forget to stir as the garlic starts to burn quickly. Take out the pieces; they won't be needed anymore.
