When the thread is fixed, we connect it to a power source, it is better if it is with the ability to adjust the power. At this stage, you already have a product for bending plexiglass.
Now you need to prepare the desired size of the workpiece. Process its ends with sandpaper, this will be the first step. In order to get a really neat edge, use GOI paste and a soft piece of fabric at the final stage of processing. After processing the ends, your workpiece should have neat edges, without notches and hooks.
Next, you need to carefully bend the future stand. It is necessary to place the part on the edge of the bending board, the fold line should be located directly above the stretched wire. Turn on the heating element and wait about five minutes. When the workpiece warms up, proceed to bending.
Important!!! You need to bend the workpiece in reverse side from the heater.
