PURPOSE, PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND CONTROLS OF THE DISHWASHER. The machine is designed for automatic washing of tableware in catering establishments. Intermittent dishwasher, with dishes placed in a special cassette. Washing dishes is carried out in the washing volume of the machine using cleaning solution with temperature ºС. The dishes are rinsed in the washing volume of the machine using a rinsing solution with a temperature of 84 ºС. Washable dishes are located in a plastic cassette measuring 50 x 50 cm. The cassette is installed in the machine and closed with a door. The bathtub is filled with cleaning solution. The cleaning solution level is kept constant using an overflow pipe. IN washing tub there is a heating element (heating element) to maintain the temperature of the solution, a filter to collect washed-off food residues and fat, as well as two types of rotating shower devices for supplying the washing solution and for supplying the rinsing solution. During the automatic washing cycle, the washing solution from the bath is supplied by a pump to the nozzles of the upper and lower washing and showering devices. Under influence reactive force As streams of liquid flow from the nozzles, the showering devices rotate and strong jets of solution wash away dirt and grease from the dishes. At the end of the washing process, the supply of washing solution stops and is supplied to the rinsing and showering devices (under pressure tap water) rinsing solution. The rinse solution is prepared, heated and placed in the boiler of the machine. When rinsing is complete, the automatic wash cycle ends. The machine controls are located on the console on top cover housings. The type of control panels, the purpose of controls, the purpose of light and digital indicators are given below. INSTALLATION AND STARTING OF THE MACHINE. CONNECTION TO THE DISHWASHER AND ACCESSORIES MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED AND AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. INSTALLATION LOCATION. The installation site of the machine must be equipped engineering communications(power supply, water supply, sewerage, ventilation) in accordance with current regulatory documents for washing shops of public catering establishments. Recommended location of the machine with auxiliary equipment and coordinates of the approach points utility networks are presented in Figure 1. 8

Figure 1 Move the dishwasher to the installation site, remove the packaging and check the integrity of the machine and its parts. If damage is discovered, send written notification to the carrier or supplier. Place the dishwasher in the selected location and remove from its surfaces protective film. Level the machine horizontally (using a level placed on the dome of the machine) by adjusting the height of the four legs. THE MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE INSTALLATION PLACE WITH THE SPECIFIED STANDARDS. BEFORE INSTALLATION, ENSURE THAT SURROUNDING OBJECTS AND MATERIALS THAT MAY BE DAMAGED BY WATER VAPOR OR CLEANING SOLUTIONS ARE APPROPRIATELY PROTECTED OR REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. CONNECTION TO WATER PIPELINE. Connect the water supply hose to the machine (at the rear of the machine). The water supply pipe for connecting the machine hose must have a fitting with a 3/4 thread. Connect the machine's water supply hose to the water supply pipe. For normal operation of the machine, the water supply pressure must be between 2 and 4 bar; if the water pressure in the water supply is higher, it is necessary to install a pressure reducer on the water supply pipe. For normal operation of the machine with the specified cycle times, the temperature hot water should be ºС. If the water supply temperature is higher than the specified temperature, then an automatic mixing valve must be installed in the water supply line to lower the temperature to the specified range. If the temperature of the supplied water is below 50 ºС, then the duration of the washing cycle increases due to the increase in the time for heating the water in the machine. There must be a valve on the water supply pipe that shuts off the water supply. The valve must be easily accessible to maintenance personnel. The technical data indicates the duration of the washing cycle when hot water is supplied at a temperature of 50 ºС. CONNECTION TO SEWER. Connect the hose for draining the used liquid from the machine to the machine (at the rear of the machine). Connect the drain hose to a sewer pipe coming from the floor or wall, or run it to a drain. When the machine is operating, up to 3.5 liters of spent solution are drained from the machine for each washing cycle. If the sewer inlet pipe is located above the level of the bottom of the washing bath of the machine, then it is necessary to install a water pump. When connecting the drain hose to the sewer, it is recommended to install a water seal (siphon). CONNECTION TO POWER ELECTRICAL NETWORK. The dishwasher is connected to a 1-phase power supply with a protective (grounding) conductor. Recommended connection options: A. The machine is connected via an individual automatic release and 9

10 1-phase socket installed near the machine. B. The machine is connected through an individual automatic release installed near the machine. It is recommended to use a differential circuit breaker or a circuit breaker combined with an RCD as an automatic release. The automatic release must be located near the machine so as to provide easy access for personnel to turn it on or off. There is an electrical clamp at the lower rear of the machine for connecting the potential equalization wire. PREPARING THE RINSE AID DISPENSER. A rinse aid dispenser is included with the machine. The rinse aid is taken by the machine from the containers in which it is supplied. To do this, there is a transparent colorless hose connected to the dispenser at the back of the machine. A filter and a weighting agent are put on the end of the hose, lowered into the container. There are adjusting screws on the dispenser bodies to regulate dose volumes. The amount of automatically supplied dose of rinse aid must be adjusted so that during operation of the machine, the solution concentrations recommended by the manufacturer of the solution are maintained in these volumes. The first portion of rinse aid will only enter the machine after the first nine wash cycles. This is due to the fact that the dispenser needs to pump the composition through the entire length of the supply tubes. FIRST START AND CHECKING THE MACHINE. Check that the connection is secure and that there are no kinks in the water supply hose. Check that the connection is secure and that there are no kinks in the liquid drain hose from the machine. Open the valve on the water supply pipe and make sure there are no leaks, while: - if using a water automatic mixing valve, check that its settings are correct; - if using a pressure reducer, check that its settings are correct; - if you use a separate water softener to supply water to the machine, make sure there are no leaks on it. The pressure and temperature of the water supplied to the machine must correspond to those specified in the technical data of the machine. Check the presence of the required power supply voltage at the input to the automatic release, which must correspond to those specified in the technical data of the machine. Check the connection of the machine to the potential equalization circuit. Open the machine door, install the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing bath, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing shower devices, which should be easy and unhindered. Close the car door. Switch on the automatic release. Enable On/Off button on the machine remote control, make sure that the indicator of this button is lit. From this moment on, the washing tub and boiler of the machine will begin to fill with water. As soon as the wash tub and boiler are full, the boiler indicator will turn on. Open the machine door and place the cassette in the guides above the washing tub. Close the car door. Wait until the boiler indicator turns off. The time from the moment the machine is turned on until the boiler indicator turns off, the time of initial automatic preparation of the machine for operation is spent on filling and heating water to the required temperatures. If water is supplied to the machine at a temperature lower than that specified in the technical data, the duration of the preparation cycle will increase due to the need to heat the water to the required temperature. Press the button to start the automatic wash cycle. From this moment on, the automatic dishwashing cycle will begin. Measure the duration of the washing cycle, which should be close to 120 seconds. At the end of the wash cycle, the wash mode indicator will turn off and the boiler indicator will turn on. You can open the door and remove the cassette.

Do not start the next automatic wash cycle until the boiler indicator goes off (until the required temperatures are reached). Once the check is complete, open the car door. Turn off the power supply to the machine using the “On/Off” button. Remove the basket, filters and overflow pipe. Make sure that the water from the washing tub is completely drained into the sewer. Check for leaks when draining into the sewer. Turn off the machine's circuit breaker. Close the water supply valve to the machine. Reinstall the filters and overflow pipe. 6. OPERATING THE DISHWASHER. ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE MACHINE. PREPARATION FOR OPERATION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WORKING DAY. Connect containers with detergent and rinse aid to the machine in accordance with the instructions given in the chapter “PREPARING THE RINSE AGENT DISPENSER” in section 4 of this manual. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER DETERGENT (HAND DETERGENT, WASH DETERGENT, WASH DETERGENT, ETC.) EXCEPT INDUSTRIAL DISHWASHER DETERGENT. Open the valve on the water supply pipe to the machine. Open the car door. Place the overflow pipe and filters in their place in the washing volume, check the rotation of the washing and rinsing shower devices, which should be easy and unhindered. Lower the car lid. Switch on the automatic release. Enable On/Off button on the machine remote control, make sure that the indicator of this button is lit. Check by the characteristic noise that the machine is filling with water. When filling is complete, the boiler indicator should light up, which also indicates that the boiler heating elements have turned on for heating. When supplying the machine cold water The heating elements of the washing bath are also switched on for heating. Wait until the boiler indicator turns off. This will indicate that the water temperatures in the boiler and in the washing bath have reached the established values (84 ºС and 50 ºС, respectively). Raise the machine cover. Pour detergent into the washing bath in the amount necessary to obtain an initial cleaning solution of the required concentration. (The amount of water in the bath is 28 liters, the required concentration is set by the manufacturer of the detergent on the packaging). The machine is ready for use. 11 PREPARATION OF CASSETTES. The most productive, high-quality and economical work is on a machine equipped with a table for dirty dishes with a receptacle for food debris, a washing bath and showering device, a table for clean dishes, and an optimal number of cassettes (see illustration on the title page). Previously, on the table for dirty dishes, the dishes are cleaned of large and medium-sized food residues and rinsed from the shower head to remove small food residues. After this the dishes

is installed in the cassette. Dishes with dried food require pre-soaking. It is advisable to equip the cassettes with the same type of dishes. Glasses, mugs, cups should be placed upside down on the cassette. Cutlery should be placed in special plastic glasses with the handles down and then the glasses should be placed on the cassette. WORKING ON THE MACHINE. Place (move from the table) the cassette with dirty dishes onto the guides in the washing volume of the machine. Set using the automatic wash switch (120 or 180 sec.). Lower the car lid. the required cycle duration. The washing cycle will automatically begin and the washing mode indicator will turn on. The wash cycle will end when this indicator goes out. The boiler indicator will turn on. Raise the machine cover. Slide the cassette along the guides onto the table for clean dishes, let the dishes drain and reload them onto the rack. Place the next cassette with dirty dishes in the machine. If the boiler indicator remains on, this means that the machine is heating up to set temperature water in the boiler. As soon as this indicator goes out, lower the lid of the machine and a new wash cycle will begin. For machines equipped with detergent and rinse aid dispensers, the machine automatically adds a certain amount of these liquids to the detergent and rinse solution during each wash cycle. 12

ATTENTION! 1. If you lift the lid during a wash cycle, the machine will stop the current wash cycle and will continue the cycle when the lid is closed. 2. In cases of intensive use of the machine during the day, it is recommended to clean the filters after every wash cycle. The filters should be removed so that no greasy residue gets into the holes under the filters. Remove dirt from the filters and rinse them thoroughly. Be sure to remove hardened calcium deposits to avoid their buildup. Do not use sharp or pointy objects, abrasives or chlorine-containing detergents for cleaning. Replace the filters. Turn on the machine with the button. Wait until the washing tub is filled with water to the set level (until the boiler indicator turns on). Restore the required concentration of detergent in the wash tub. Wait until the washing and rinsing solutions heat up (the boiler indicator turns off). Continue the dishwashing process. COMPLETING WORK ON THE MACHINE. When finished, turn off the machine by pressing the On/Off button. Lift the lid of the machine. Remove the overflow pipe and wait until the cleaning solution is completely drained from the wash tub. Remove and wash the filters. Check for dirt on the bottom of the bathtub and remove it. Reinstall the overflow pipe and filters. Turn off the machine's circuit breaker. Turn off the tap on the water supply line to the machine. MACHINE MAINTENANCE. 1.
