The choice, as always, is yours. Martini is ok (we remember that this is a brand, not a panacea, right?).
7. Bitters. How much in this word ... Angostura something completely rose in price in Lately, so you can try to replace it with analogues from other manufacturers, but it is better to resort to this if you are an experienced player. If you are just starting out, go broke on it too, because the classic taste will settle in your head for a long time and, despite the exorbitant price tag, it lasts for a very, very long time.
