In winter, the product is installed in a warm room after 6 hours from the moment the bath is delivered to the client

If a drain or overflow is installed in a manner not provided by the manufacturer, the bath will be void of warranty.

Active substances must not come into contact with the surface of the product. chemical substances that can damage the acrylic layer.

High (above 80C) thermal effects on the surface of the product are prohibited.

Installation (installation) of the bathtub (shower curtain) and the equipment included in the kit is carried out by the buyer with the involvement of specialists licensed to carry out this type of work. The installation warranty is provided by the installer with a note in the warranty card.

Installation of products must allow easy access to components and assemblies attachments, as well as to connecting hoses supply of water and air.

Dear buyer! The manufacturer sets the warranty period for bathtubs to 10 years. This warranty period covers all equipment, except for: drainage and overflow devices, hydromassage, air massage and any other additional equipment (see clause 7, page 1 of this manual), for which the warranty period is 2 years.

• Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:

– non-compliance with installation rules and operating conditions;

– loss of a receipt or warranty card;

– negligent storage or transportation by the owner, trade or transport organization;

– attempts at unqualified repairs;

– mechanical damage, traces of exposure to chemical and abrasive substances during improper care for the product;

– making corrections to the text of the warranty card;

– the RCD (residual current device) is not installed, if there is electrical equipment on the bathtub;

– use of the product for business activities.

The company does not assume responsibility for damage caused during transportation and delivery.

Warranty service does not include reimbursement of installation and disassembly costs.
