All plant equipment is manufactured in a modern workshop in Bogen, which includes CNC processing centers with milling machines CNC, crushing machines, lathing, sewer and wire machines, as well as CNC measuring equipment.

The plant in Bogen has 48 automatic extrusion lines with a total capacity of about 210 tons of profile per day; work is done in three shifts. The applied technology department guarantees maximum support for the processor.

REHAU-Thermo-Design

This is due to the fact that it is difficult to improve the design of windows in Siberia and in the northern regions for economic reasons.

The chosen direction of the development of the regulatory framework in Russia is fully consistent with the general European and world trends. For example, a serious impetus for the development construction technologies in Europe was the adoption of EnEV, the use of which should reduce energy consumption by about 30%. The adoption of the EnEV in February 2002 gave impetus to Germany's transition from three-chamber sash designs with a width of about 60 mm to multi-chamber systems from 70 mm wide. As for steel with thermal breaks, here you can get an increase in heat transfer resistance, but this solution turned out to be too expensive. Therefore, the FAVORITE system has four heat-insulating chambers with a width of at least 5 mm, and, based on the requirements of statics, the size of the fifth, internal chamber under steel is determined. The total required width of the profiles, based on these two considerations, the system turned out to be 71 mm.

The high resistance to heat transfer of the profile system increases the reduced resistance to heat transfer of windows as a whole. According to the calculated data, for the FAVORIT system with identical double-glazed windows and with a ratio of glazing area to product area of ​​0.7, this important indicator increases by 0.03 m2S/W.

This is exactly the same amount by which the requirements of the norms increase. For window manufacturers, this means that without changing the design of double-glazed windows, but using a new window system, they will automatically fit into the new standards without increasing the cost of production.

In practice, the resistance to heat transfer is obtained higher than the calculated values. Based on tests conducted in the Ural region (SpetsRemStroy LLC) (Test Center Building materials, products and structures FGUP GRTs KB im. Academician Makeev V.P.), the following test results were obtained:

  • with a double-glazed window 4M1-12-4M1-12-4M1: 0.66 m2S / W;
  • with a double-glazed window 4M1-12-4M1-12-I4: 0.80 m2S / W;
  • with a double-glazed window 4M1-16-4M1: 0.48 m2S / W;
  • with a double-glazed window 4M1-16-I4: 0.74 m2S / W.
