If the width of the hole or hole is less than 12 mm, then they are sealed with a plaster of fabric coated with Epoxy putty. The patch is applied to the hole, the edges of which are preliminarily cleaned and smeared from above and from the inside with glue so that the seam covers both the patch and the edges of the metal.

As for adhesive tapes, their choice is very diverse.
