What is the optimal height to install sockets. Installation height of switches and sockets in the apartment. How to arrange sockets in living rooms and bathrooms

The safety and convenience of using household appliances and lighting depends on the correct installation height of switches and sockets, as well as the exact calculation of the number and location of such points. If everything is calculated correctly right away, then in the future it will be possible to avoid overloads, you will not have to use extension cords. An accurate calculation will also allow you to avoid wall chasing for additional sockets or wiring.

Installation Guidelines

The optimal location of sockets and switches on the walls of the rooms is determined taking into account the requirements of the "Electrical Installation Rules" (PUE), GOST R 50571.11-96, SP 31-110-2003 and other regulatory documents. Compliance with the recommended parameters is checked by the relevant authorities when renting housing, commercial or industrial premises into operation. In most cases, the location of electrical appliances is chosen taking into account the following standards:

To connect electrical devices in rooms with high humidity, it is necessary to include appropriate devices in the circuit that ensure the safety of operation (RCD, gas stations, etc.).

Preparing for installation

IN ordinary life people use a lot of electrical appliances that are connected to the household power supply, so the optimal location of the connection points is of great importance. When choosing a sufficient number of sockets, the convenience of working with irons, washing machines, printing and other equipment without connecting extension cords is guaranteed. In this case, you will not have to think about how to hide the wires that will stretch along the floor and interfere with the passage, access to current sources will not be limited.

To pick up best option for an apartment, house or office, you need a responsible approach. Planning and preparation of the scheme for installing switches and sockets according to the European standard:

Planning the location of electrical appliances is carried out as part of the preparation of project documentation before repairing or redevelopment of premises. You can entrust such work to specialists or choose a convenient location for outlets on your own, based on the provisions of the rules and standards.

In addition to the requirements of the standards, there are recommendations for the installation of electrical appliances based on the experience of operating such equipment. These are the average values of the number of points, the height of the switch from the floor according to the European standard, the distance of the sockets from doorways and sources of moisture or gas, which guarantees the maximum convenience of switching on and off electrical appliances. In most cases, the following recommendations are followed:

The choice of places for electrical appliances is carried out taking into account the existing or planned wall decoration, the installation of decorative structures and the location of doorways.

Advantages of accommodation according to current standards

Installation of sockets or switches, taking into account current regulations, is not only a requirement of documents, but also the ability to ensure the optimal distribution of connection points in the room. This approach allows you to take advantage of a number of advantages of such solutions:

Application standard norms placement of sockets and switches at a distance of up to 300 - 600 and 900 - 1600 mm, respectively, makes it possible to choose the option that will be most convenient for the selected room.

Installation of sockets in rooms

The installation of sockets and switches is distinguished by features that are determined depending on the purpose of the selected room. For the safe operation of such connection points, you must adhere to some rules and take into account specifications rooms (humidity, temperature) . In doing so, the following should be taken into account:

Separately provide sockets for turning on air conditioners in living rooms, if this equipment is not connected directly through circuit breakers. The connection point is installed at a distance of up to 300 mm from the ceiling.

Light switches in rooms

In housing, office and other premises, switches are installed with one, two or three keys according to the number of groups lighting fixtures. In addition, to turn on lighting devices, electrical devices are mounted with remote control. You can also equip the premises with devices that are already built into household appliances. The simplest, most reliable and economical option- installation of key switches.

Installation of switches according to the European standard. This option is more modern and for some more comfortable. With the European standard, the switches are installed at a distance of 90 cm from the floor. This allows you to turn the light off and on without raising your hand or just passing by. Installation of switches at the request of the client. The electricians of our company will install the switches clearly in the places where it will be convenient for you. Regardless of any standards and without sacrificing safety.

To understand this issue in more detail, let's start with switches.

There are three options for installing switches:

Soviet. It consists in the fact that switches are installed at a distance of about 160 cm from the floor. For many people, this option was and remains the most suitable. Firstly, people are used to the fact that the switch is at eye level, and secondly, this option is the most rational when there is low furniture near the switch that does not allow the switch to be installed lower. Also quite a few an important factor is the presence of children, kids are very fond of playing with light, and in this option this is impossible.
Installation of switches according to the European standard. This option is more modern and for some more comfortable. With the European standard, the switches are installed at a distance of 90 cm from the floor. The electricians of our company will install the switches clearly in the places where it will be convenient for you. Regardless of any standards and without sacrificing safety.

Installing sockets.

Sockets can also be installed at different distances from the floor, but in this case, the European standard for installing sockets is the most rational, since they are installed at a distance of 30 cm from the floor. This is much more convenient than the Soviet version we are used to, when they were installed at a distance of 90 cm from the floor, this allows you to comfortably use household appliances and hide wires. But here, too, you need to remember the purpose of the room in which the sockets are installed, since, for example, in the kitchen, sometimes wires are needed above the table where the equipment is directly used.

And a few words about the technical part of the topic of installing sockets, we all use European standard sockets, since those sockets that were in the recent past do not allow using most household appliances. There is such a thing as adapters, but their use is far from safe, as it can lead to fire. In European standard sockets, the diameter of the pins is 0.8 mm larger than in domestic ones. The distance between them is also different. The current strength in euro sockets is 10 A or 16 A, in domestic ones - 6.3 A or 10 A. That is, in this case, the European standard for installing sockets provides great opportunities for using household appliances.

Eurostandard installation of sockets

The installation of sockets according to the European standard includes a listing of many points that, according to some opinions, are best observed and carried out exactly with the spelling. After all, all the explanations from the manuals for the construction of your own wiring refer to the European standard, which performs the function of your savior.

Despite the favorite statements about the correctness of all the sayings of the European standard, about an established system that should be observed, the installation of sockets according to the European standard can take different kind. The main rule is that the socket must be installed twenty to thirty cm from the floor, you can choose to install both an external and an internal socket, there is not much difference except for ease of use. According to the same European standard, the switches must be at a height of 90 cm. But it should be remembered that the European standard is not always applicable for Everyday life, own comfort and ease of use play an important role. In this case, the outlet can be placed based on your future intentions, because there is always a need for something, it is impossible to install the outlet just like that, without knowing what it will be intended for.
When Western household appliances appeared in the countries of the post-Soviet space, the population faced the problem of connecting these devices to our domestic sockets. For the uninterrupted operation of foreign household appliances and security, it was necessary to install sockets according to the European standard. The adapters that have come into practice have not justified themselves due to fire safety, they became sources of ignition not only for appliances, but also for the objects surrounding them, which endangered the lives of owners of household appliances.

The installation of sockets according to the European standard is carried out taking into account the safety requirements for modern household appliances, including the choice of the optimal height of sockets, and so on.

In euro sockets, the diameter of the pins is 0.8 mm larger than in domestic ones. More and the distance between the pins. The current strength in euro sockets is 10 or 16 A, in domestic ones - 6.3 or 10 A. From this it follows that the installation of sockets according to the European standard allows you to simultaneously use more electrical appliances.

Norms and standards for installing a socket, switch

There is no single norm or standard for the installation of sockets. There is a so-called European standard. According to these rules, there is no difference in which outlet to install (external or internal). Safety and ease of use matters. So, according to the European standard, sockets are installed at a distance of 20-30 centimeters from the floor, and switches in the room - 90 cm from the floor, in the kitchen - 110 cm.

Euro sockets are somewhat different from domestic devices. The diameter of the pins and the distance between them in the euro socket is larger. The current strength is also greater, almost twice: euro - 10-16 A, domestic - 6.3-10 A. Therefore, installing a socket, a switch according to the European standard is more profitable, because. Allows you to connect multiple devices at the same time.

In Russia, for a long time, there was another option for installing sockets and switches. 160 cm height from the floor is the Soviet standard for the location of the switch. A lot of people still consider it the most convenient. The switch is in the field of view of the eyes, allows you to install nearby furniture that will not close it, and is also safe for children who like to “click” the keys.
You can also choose a more original American standard for installing sockets. It provides not only a height from the floor (sink or kitchen table) of 30.5-41 cm, but also a certain distance between sockets in the room - 1.8 m, starting from the doorway.
Installation of sockets and switches in different walls

To mark the outlet, its outline is outlined on the wall. When working on concrete, the hole for the socket box is hollowed out with a puncher with diamond crown. The socket can have a different shape: round or square. For concrete monolithic walls there are also installation boxes. To fix the socket in the wall, gypsum glue is used, ordinary plaster or building plaster.

The block in the socket is attached with sliding legs or screws. A plastic case is attached to it from above.

You can also install a socket or switch in a drywall wall. In this case, the hole is cut using a special tool.

When installing a socket in drywall, use a different nozzle for a puncher. The process is somewhat different from installing an outlet in concrete or brick. All holes in drywall are made in advance. Cables are pulled to the place of the holes, which are led out into the prepared holes. Sockets for hollow surfaces such as drywall have special tabs. They hold the socket on the sheet.

Install sockets and switches open wiring electricians happen less and less, because they spoil appearance premises. It is much more pleasant when everything is hidden under the wall, everything is neat and aesthetically pleasing.
Requirements for modern sockets and installation:

When installing a socket or switch, do not confuse the order of connecting the contacts. It is especially important to remember this when connecting a three-prong socket with a grounding contact.
In addition to the fact that the installation height is not standardized by a single standard, the height of sockets that are designed for air conditioners and other appliances with a grounding contact is not standardized either.
Sockets are installed with the expectation of a current of 6 A, one piece per 10 m2 of area - by room, in a kitchen of any size - two sockets.
You can install a socket in the bathroom only at a distance of 0.6 m from the bathroom, and also subject to the following conditions: waterproof sockets are used, they are connected to an SELV or PELV power source or are protected by an RCD.
Do not install sockets in the bathroom under the sink or above it. It is necessary to choose such a wiring scheme that will exclude overload in the network, i.e. it is important to protect against overcurrent, otherwise the main fuse will fail and there will be a short circuit in the device.
The contact of the plug with the socket must not be "loose". Reliable contact will not allow the connector to warm up and will not lead to a fire or damage to the cable.
The current-carrying parts of the socket must be isolated from each other, and also protected from touch.
Some modern sockets have protection against incorrect connection, when only one pin of the plug cannot be inserted into the socket.

Among the many electrical work, installing a socket, a switch is one of the simplest, but this does not mean that it must be done in any way, without observing certain rules.

Processed

When repairing their apartment or building a private house, many people have questions at what height and where it is better to install electrical sockets or switches for lighting.

The answer is simple - do what makes you feel comfortable. But I recommend using euro standards, which are the most optimal ratio of convenience and practicality. For fans of the old Soviet standards, I will also indicate the former state standards.

Bathrooms and baths belong to a special category of premises. They have their own mandatory standards and requirements that should not be neglected, because your health and safety depend on it.

I will not repeat myself - read in more detail in our article "", and in the bath-.

At what height to install sockets.

In the old Soviet times, electrical outlets were installed everywhere at a height of 90 centimeters from the floor, which is not very convenient in most cases.

IN Lately implemented everywhere euro standard installation at a distance of 30 centimeters from the floor. As practice has shown, this is the most convenient option, in which the outlet is hidden under a table, bed, chair, etc. But there are exceptions here too. In the kitchen, for example, it is much more convenient to place sockets above the tables in places where kitchen appliances are directly connected.

On electric stoves according to state standards, sockets are installed at a distance of 0.9-1 meter, i.e. immediately above the stove, this is done with the aim that you can always easily reach out and turn it off. But a large socket spoils the whole view in the kitchen, so I recommend putting it a little lower than the level of the electric stove, but at the same time you don’t move it close to the wall - the socket will interfere. If this does not suit you, then hide it under the table or in a nearby locker.

On exhaust fan , if the electric cable does not run directly into it, install the socket nearby in a convenient place.

At what height should the switches be installed?

When installing switches on fixtures or chandeliers, there are two main options:

  1. In Soviet times, all switches were installed at a distance of 160 centimeters from the floor. And today, especially for the elderly, this is the most convenient option. The switch will not block cabinets and other low furniture and it will be at eye level. And small children can't reach it.
  2. According to European standards, switches are installed at a height of 90 centimeters from the floor level. I, like many others, find this option more convenient and practical, because in this case you can turn the lights on and off faster without raising your hands.

Switches are placed at a distance of 15-20 centimeters from the slope inside the room from the side of the opening handle.

For the kitchen, bathroom and bathroom, it is better to take out the switch and install it outside in front of the door.

Are established near all doors of the room or a corridor.

Mandatory requirements for installation distances.

In principle, you can choose any installation height that suits you. But you must always observe, in accordance with the current regulations and regulations, the following distances from the socket and switch to:

  • gas pipes or heating, including batteries of at least 0.5 meters;
  • to a door or window opening at least 10 centimeters;
  • up to an angle of at least 10 cm;
  • before washing at least 0.8 meters.

Often in my practice, when choosing installation locations people do not take into account the dimensions of the furniture, which, after installation, blocks or makes it impossible to connect equipment, so think through everything well and calculate at the design stage. Then, after the repair is completed, everything becomes much more complicated, and in order to move or add an outlet, you will have to spoil and then restore the wall decoration.

There are a number of rules that regulate the height of sockets from the floor. However, they are not strict, thanks to which designers implement many non-standard ideas. Installation parameters are specified in the rules for installing sockets from the floor - PUE.

The installation height of sockets according to the European standard should be 0.3 m from floor covering. This is considered convenient, since all cables are low. They will not spoil the appearance and will allow you to freely arrange furniture in the room without blocking the connector. Cords are located on the floor and do not interfere with the passage.

The installation height of the switches is 0.9 m from the floor. The distance is considered optimal for all family members, since even a child can turn on the lighting at this level. To understand at what height to put sockets and switches, it is necessary to take into account the growth of residents.

Soviet standard for installing sockets and switches

In Soviet times, there was a standard for installing sockets from the floor at a height of 90 cm. The advantage of such standards is that there is no need to bend over. In this case, the places for connecting to the network are above the table, because the height of the workplace according to the standards is 75-80 cm. And the installation height of the sockets allows you to connect all desktop electrical appliances, even if they have a short cable. At the same time, small children could not reach the devices.

According to GOST, the position of the switch was regulated in the same way as the distance from the floor to the outlet. The toggle switch was located at a height of 160 cm, so that it was always at head level. The light switch was easy to find, even if there was furniture nearby.

Features of the location of switches and sockets

When installing the connection points, you should choose the installation height of the sockets that is appropriate for this room. Thus, the European standard provides for the placement of electrical connectors in different parts rooms. This is much more convenient than installing the socket block in one place, since there is no need to use extension cords. In the living room and bedrooms, this option will be the best. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the advantages and disadvantages of each standard in different rooms.

When designing the wiring, the following features should be taken into account:

  1. Set the height of the connectors based on the layout of furniture and electrical appliances in the room.
  2. Ensure free and permanent access to these places. You can not tightly close them with pieces of furniture and other dimensional objects.
  3. The number of outlets must be calculated with a margin.
  4. The distance between them should be such that it is easy to clean with a vacuum cleaner in any part of the room.
  5. The location of switches and sockets is determined by the purpose of the room. If this is a warehouse, then everything should be placed closer to the entrance. If the living room is near the places of rest. And the height is determined by the design of the room and the growth of the owner.

In the corridor

There are 2-3 sockets in the hallway. They are mainly used to power household appliances (vacuum cleaner, shoe dryer, etc.). So that the connected wires do not interfere with moving around the room, the connectors must be at a distance of 20 cm from the floor. Some hallways have shelves for small items. Phones are often placed on them, so 1 connector should be made nearby so that it is convenient to charge the device. If you plan to place a router in the corridor, you need to allocate a separate outlet for it.

The height of the switch is chosen so that it is convenient for each tenant to use the device. The toggle switch is placed mainly at a distance of 75-90 cm from the floor.

In bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a boiler, an electric shaver and a hair dryer. Depending on the configuration of the devices, 2-3 electrical connections are sufficient. The height of the outlets will depend on the connected equipment. So, it is convenient to use a hair dryer and a razor when the plug is turned on near the mirror at waist level. The washing machine and boiler are connected so that the cable reaches the connector. Therefore, for a water heater, the outlet is placed at a height of 140-170 cm.

When installing devices, safety precautions must be observed, so wiring should not be placed too low. So, if a water overflow occurs, the wires will remain unharmed. According to the standards for placement height, they must be installed at least 15 cm from the floor and at a distance of 60 cm from the taps. The switch is taken out into the corridor, since the room has high humidity. It is often combined with a toilet tumbler.

In the living room

In the living room, more often than in other rooms, furniture is rearranged and most electrical appliances are installed. Therefore, the height of the sockets above the floor should be chosen based on their purpose in the range of 15-30 cm. It is advisable to mount them in all corners of the room so that in the future you do not have to pull extension cords.

The main devices in the living room are:

  • TV;
  • home cinema;
  • satellite receiver;
  • sconces or floor lamps;
  • air conditioner;
  • Wi-Fi router;
  • computer;
  • columns;
  • additional devices for a computer, etc.

For this you need a large number of sockets to ensure that all devices are powered at the same time. Therefore, care should be taken to place 1-2 outlets on each wall. It is undesirable to install them above 30 cm from the floor covering, so as not to pile up the room with wires and not spoil its appearance. It is necessary to hide them from view as much as possible.

When laying electrical wiring, you need to consider the placement of furniture and the place where the devices will be connected. Some devices require constant power, others are switched on periodically. This should also be taken into account when wiring. You should not place a block of more than 2-3 outlets, so as not to spoil the design of the room. The switches in this room can be installed both according to the European standard and according to the old standards. It all depends on the design of the room.

In the kitchen

Most of the appliances are in the kitchen. As the number of electrical appliances increases every year, it becomes necessary to place and connect them. The main technique is:

  • fridge;
  • microwave;
  • hood;
  • Dishwasher;
  • multicooker;
  • TV.

Often these devices are permanently connected. Additionally used:

  • blender;
  • kettle;
  • toaster;
  • juicer;
  • coffee maker;
  • mixer, etc.

The number of sockets is determined by the frequency of their use. The main condition in this situation is the convenience of access to the network. Therefore, installation is now popular electrical sockets right into the furniture. Thus, they can be hidden from view and made available. But connectors for embedded appliances should be easy to access, as well as switches.

The height of the connection point for the refrigerator is 15-20 cm. If it is planned to install microwave oven, the level is raised to 60-80 cm. When the washing machine is placed in the kitchen, the power cable is laid at a height of no higher than 30 cm. For local lighting fixtures, sockets are installed at a distance of up to 10 cm above them.

If the TV is mounted using brackets, the height of the connection point can be 180-200 cm from the floor surface. And for small devices, sockets are mounted on working surface. For powerful electrical appliances, it is advisable to make a separate power line to prevent the wiring from burning out. The switch key is placed at the level of the belt, so that it is comfortable to turn on each tenant.

In the bedroom

The bedroom has 4 electrical outlets. If it is planned to place a TV receiver in the room, it should be provided for both its power supply and related devices. The height of sockets in the bedroom should not be more than 30 cm from the floor. An exception may be the installation of an air conditioner. For him, it is desirable to make an outlet next to the device.

Often installed next to the bed desk lamp, sconces or floor lamps. Therefore, you need to make 2-3 connectors on each side. If a laptop will be used frequently, a connection point should also be provided. When there is a dressing table in the bedroom, a local lamp is often installed near it and a curling iron, straightener and other appliances are turned on. Therefore, free access to the connectors should be ensured.

For standard bedrooms, choose the placement of the switch at a height of 90 cm. If the room has complex design, it should provide for the installation of toggle switches on several keys or their placement in different parts of the bedroom.

In the nursery

In the children's room, 2-4 electrical outlets should be placed. The main technique is a lamp, and for older children - a computer. Everyone needs to be connected stationary devices and leave 1-2 slots free. Previously, they were made at high altitude so that the child could not reach. Now products are equipped with protective equipment, so they can be mounted according to standards.

The switch should be located at a height of 75-90 cm so that the child can easily reach it. It is important that the wardrobe or open interior door did not shield him. The child should easily and quickly reach the switch, so placement on the same side as the door handle is considered convenient. In the entrance area, a socket for household appliances is placed so that it is closed by an open sash. The connector is used to connect a vacuum cleaner, heater or other devices. The height can be 10-30 cm.

In the office

There can be a lot of electrical appliances here, just like in the living room. On the table are often placed:

  • lamp;
  • computer;
  • columns;
  • scanner;
  • printer, etc.

Additional devices are:

  • air conditioner;
  • sconce or floor lamp.

Therefore, at least 6 power outlets should be installed. It is recommended to mount them at a height of no more than 30 cm from the floor in order to avoid piling up of wires. If a soldering iron and other power tools are used on the work surface, then it is recommended to install the socket at a height of no more than 15 cm above the level of the countertop.

Since there are no clear laws governing the placement of network connection points, they must be installed based on convenience and design.

The height at which the switches are installed must be such that there is no risk of mechanical damage, water ingress and other negative factors.

Installation height of switches from the floor

The issue of designing switches and sockets is a crucial stage of repair.

The type of room, the arrangement of furniture, the number of switches, the height above the floor should be taken into account. Recommendations on the number and location of switches in the apartment are given by the PUE, there are no strict requirements.

How was it installed before?

In the Soviet Union, there was a standard for installing sockets and switches. According to it, the switches had to be placed at shoulder level (160 cm from the floor), and the sockets - at a height of 90 cm. This standard is still used in some rooms because of its convenience - it is in plain sight, and you can not plug the plug into the socket bending over. Also, the convenience was the possibility of arranging furniture anywhere, which is important for small living conditions.

Existing European standards standards: is there such a thing?

The terminology "Eurostandard" began to be used together with the concept of "European-quality repair". In fact, there is no such term, because each European country uses its own regulations for the location of food outlets. The European standard is the following values: the installation height of switches from the floor should be 90 cm, sockets - 30 cm. Such an arrangement can be comfortable for children who can independently reach the switch and turn off the light.

Currently, Russia has its own standards that recommend where to put power points. Such documents are PUE, GOST Z 50571.11.96, SP 31-110-2003.

At what distance from the floor are switches and sockets hung

The height of the installation is not strictly regulated in the documents, the rules for the installation of electrical installations give only recommendations on the location. Adhere to them or not, the landlord decides.

PUE standards recommend installing switches at a distance of no more than 1.7 m from the floor. This is in line with Soviet standards. Currently, the location of food outlets is determined by the convenience and design of the premises. It is assumed that the height of sockets can be at a distance of 30-40 cm from the floor, and switches - from 80 to 100 cm.

In the kitchen and bathroom

The feature is high humidity. The height of the power points should be chosen based on the requirements of the guests of the PUE. The switch must be placed outside the bathroom. Electrical outlets should be located no closer than 60 cm from the water source. Recommended height for household appliances:

  • for a boiler 1.5 m;
  • for a hair dryer, a razor - 1 m;
  • For washing machine not less than a metre.

It is undesirable to place products below 15 cm. A bathroom is a room where water can occasionally appear on the floor. It can get into the outlet and become a threat to life.

In the kitchen, electrical products should be located at a distance of 60 cm from gas pipelines and water sources. Given the furniture height standards, electrical outlets can be installed at three levels:

  • 10-15 cm from the floor - power points of the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine;
  • 110-130 cm - for a kettle, microwave oven, multicooker and other household appliances that are placed on the work surface;
  • 200-250 cm - for hood and lighting.

The dimensions are chosen taking into account the convenience of access to sockets.

In the children's room and bedroom

Fewer food outlets are traditionally installed in the bedroom. The switch from the main chandelier is installed near the door from the side of the handle at a height of 90 cm. Near bedside tables, one electrical outlet is traditionally made on each side at a height of about 70 cm. An additional socket for 2-3 sockets is placed near the desktop at a level of 30 cm from the floor. If there is a TV in the bedroom, it is better to hide it behind the case.

In the children's room, the switch should be installed at such a height that the child can reach it, 70-90 cm will be optimal. The socket, preferably equipped with protective shutters, should be placed near the crib and next to desk at the same height as in the bedroom.

In the hallway and living room

In the living room, several electrical outlets are installed behind the TV at a level of 1 m from the floor. Additionally, they make power points for lamps, music systems at a comfortable height. The switch is installed alone, near the front door from the side of the handle. For rooms with multi-level complex lighting, you can put switches on several keys.

The corridor is equipped with one switch next to front door. The socket is also made one next to the sconce at a comfortable height.

Before starting the installation of electrical wiring in the house, it is recommended to do the following:

  • draw up a diagram on which the location of all the furniture in the room should be marked;
  • mark the location of household appliances on the diagram, write down their power;
  • mark the places where there is a gas pipeline and water supply;
  • mark windows, doors.

Following, it is worth choosing the most comfortable height of the products. If you do not create an accurate scheme and put electrical outlets at random, some of them may be hidden by massive objects and become unusable.

If, when installing electrical outlets, the part was still not comfortable to use, you can use an extension cord.

After completing the installation of power points, it is advised to carry out voltage measurement work. This will secure the operation of the devices and help extend their service life if a problem is found.

Installing power points and switches in the apartment is crucial moment laying electrical wiring. Fixing at an uncomfortable height will not allow the maximum use of electrical mechanisms. To select the optimal distance, there are PUE standards, it is also advised to rely on the size and location of furniture and electrical appliances.
