  • For this, a steel sheet is used, which must have side walls. There are two options here: either simply bend the edges, or weld these same sides. In both cases, you must remember to drill holes. After this, you need to put a piece of wood inside that is suitable in size and fix it through the above holes. Rubber should be attached to the wood, and an eye intended for fastening, as well as stiffening ribs, should be welded to the metal from the bottom. If you did it correctly, then the site is ready.

We continue to assemble the tipper: beams and other necessary parts

It will require two corners, one and a half meters can also be used, maximum 1.7 meters. They are welded into a profile that looks like the letter “P”. A plate is welded inside approximately in the middle to better secure the jack. And finally, a metal plate having the same length and height as the profile is welded to this structure. The result is a rectangular beam - exactly what is needed.
