Circular saw stand. Do-it-yourself circular: drawings, video, description. Assembly of the transverse whole part

Content:

In a well-equipped carpentry workshop, equipped in a country house or in a private house, a circular disk mechanism is required to process wood blanks.

Very often used as household woodworking equipment homemade machine made on the basis of manual circular saw or cutting tool with independent drive.

To accommodate any of these mechanisms, a specially equipped table with a surface that provides the convenience of working with wood blanks is required.

Depending on the type of cutting tool, as well as on the material used for the manufacture of the bed, the table for a circular saw can have the following designs:

  • firstly, it can be made in the form of a workbench with legs and a hand-held circular saw fixed to it (lightweight version);
  • secondly, it can be equipped cutting disc structure mounted on a metal frame. The drive part of such a machine, consisting of an electric motor and control circuits, is located in the lower part of the bed (capital option).

Making a table for a circular saw is quite within the power of every craftsman

Design choice

Before you make a table for a circular saw with your own hands, first of all, you need to decide on its design. So, a lightweight version based on plywood and beams should contain the following mandatory elements:

tabletop directly;
plywood body;
support legs for good stability
The structure of the capital structure should include the following nodes:

bed based metal profiles or corners;
upper and lower brackets, necessary to accommodate the cutting blade with a shaft and drive equipment, respectively;
the table itself with a slot for the cutting blade, mounted directly on the metal frame.
The most affordable for manufacturing in living conditions considered to be a wooden table for circular saw(i.e. lightweight design).

A lighter version of a table for a circular saw will look something like this

Preparation of sketch, material and tool

As an example, consider the manufacturing process wooden workbench approximately 100 - 120 cm high. Before making such a table with your own hands, it is advisable to prepare a small sketch, which will display the device of the future design, indicating the dimensions of its main elements.

The exact setting of the table height is made taking into account the growth of the master working on the machine (the location of the working plane at the level of the human hips is considered comfortable).

On preparatory stage you should also decide on the material for the manufacture of the future structure, which, as a rule, is made of beams and plywood with a thickness of 28 mm.
In order to make such a table with your own hands, you will need the following blanks:

  • metal sheet of suitable size;
  • standard sheet of thick plywood;
  • metallic square pipe from which guides are made;
  • a set of clamps in the amount of two pieces.

To assemble the table, you also need a tool kit from the following items:

  • screwdriver and electric drill;
  • electric jigsaw or ordinary wood saw;
  • square, tape measure, ruler (for current measurements);
  • manual frezer

Making a table cover

The procedure for manufacturing this structural element involves the following operations:

Work begins with marking and cutting out a plywood blank, the dimensions of which must correspond to the dimensions of the prepared iron sheet.

After adjusting to size, the surface of the workpiece is carefully polished with an emery cloth.

Then, on the lower surface of the plywood sheet, points of fixation of the actuator are marked with simultaneous marking of the slot for the cutting disc.

To do this, first try on the sole of the circular saw used at the installation site. In this case, it is most convenient to simply remove the disk from it and determine the exact location of the landing points.

Before installing it at the place of attachment, an additional check is made for the correct marking of the slot for the cutting disc.

The marking of the table top is done directly on the sole of the circular saw

At the final stage working surface it is closed with a steel sheet with two guides, which is then fixed with ordinary self-tapping screws.

Subsequently, special markings can be made along the guides from the corners, which increases the convenience of processing wood material.

Additional information: In addition to plywood, plexiglass or fiberglass can be used to equip the operating surface of the table.

Assembling the frame with legs

The base or frame of the table is assembled from a set of transverse and longitudinal wooden beams, which are attached from the bottom of its cover, increasing the rigidity of the entire structure as a whole. For this, four bars with a section of 50x50 mm are quite enough, placed with an indent from the edge of the table of about 7-9 cm.
They are fixed on the bottom of the lid with suitable self-tapping screws in increments of approximately 23-25 cm. On its front side, the fasteners are sunk into the material that completely hides their caps.
The frame can be made stronger by pre-treatment of the joint surface of the bars with a layer of wood glue, which is carried out immediately before they are fastened. After connecting the blanks smeared with glue, the latter are securely fixed with clamps, which are removed immediately after the adhesive has dried. The legs of the structure can be made from bars of the same section as the blanks for the frame (50x50 mm).

The design of the table must be strong and rigid.

The shape of the legs is selected based on the fact that they provide the maximum area of support for the frame part of the base and have a shape tapering towards the flooring. On one of these legs, subsequently, controls are placed to turn the saw on and off, duplicating the buttons located on its body.

You will be able to additionally increase the rigidity and stability of the entire structure with the help of a set of steel angles mounted in the area of its butt joints. To fix them, it is recommended to use standard bolts with washers, which are preferably installed with their heads outward.

Features of the manufacture of a metal frame (bed)

The upper part of the metal base is a welded frame 800x800 mm in size with legs welded at the corners from pipes 220 mm long and with a cross section of approximately 17-20 mm.

On the frame of 25 mm corners, two longitudinal profiles are attached, used to install the shaft on bearings.

The lower part of the frame is welded from corners to ensure greater stability of the structure. bigger size(40 mm) and has two jumpers designed for mounting an electric motor with starting equipment circuits. At its corners, pipes are also welded, having the same length as on the upper frame, but somewhat larger in diameter (23-25 mm).

Closer to the edge of such legs, threaded holes are prepared from pipes, in which special holders are located (they are also called “lambs”). With the help of these winglets, it will be possible to fix the position of the pipes of the upper part of the bed, which is moved in order to regulate the tension of the drive belt.

Functional expansion

In conclusion, let's touch on the topic of expanding the functionality of your working structure. If there is free space on the operating surface, additional woodworking equipment can be mounted ( electric planer or a cutter, for example). The presence of a planer and a wood router will allow you to expand the functionality of the machine and turn it into a full-fledged woodworking center.

In addition to this, such a milling cutter can be equipped with a special mechanism for adjusting the position of its working part, which can be changed within specified limits (the so-called elevator).

Video: Saw table dimensions

A circular saw is a productive, convenient and maneuverable tool with which various construction and Finishing work. If you need to perform large volumes of tasks, work with manual circular pretty hard. In such situations, a table for a circular saw becomes an excellent assistant. It can be assembled independently from boards and plywood. The saw itself will be placed at the bottom of the tabletop, with the serrated disc going into the slot. The saw turns on, the disk starts to rotate, lumber is fed and sawed. If desired, you can collect great table for a circular saw with your own hands. There is nothing difficult in this work.

It is difficult to work with large volumes of wood with an ordinary circular, so it is better to install it on the table.

Circular saw table design

Before collecting circular table with your own hands, you need to carefully consider its design. At this stage, your task is, first of all, to calculate the load that will be placed on the table in the future. When assembling a table for a saw with your own hands, consider the power of the unit. So, for a high power industrial tool, it is recommended to use a reinforced steel welded structure. In the case of a home saw in the device, such powerful design not necessary. It will be enough to assemble a saw table with your own hands from boards and plywood.

When planning to make a table for a saw with your own hands, you need, as already noted, to take into account the power of the tool. In home workshops, saws up to 800 watts are most often used. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the frequency and volume of work performed. For example, when building a house, you will have to cut much more material than under any other conditions. Experts do not advise buying saws more powerful than 1200 watts for home use. In the case of a home workshop, this simply does not make sense.

The higher the power of the circular saw and the higher the volume of work performed, the more reliable, durable and stable the table you create should be. Circular saws of a professional class are established on the bases from a metal profile. In some cases, these tables are even embedded in the floor, because due to vibration, the operator may lose control of the saw for a short time, which will be enough to cause injury. The creation of such a table requires certain skills in working with special tools, welding, etc. Assembling a conventional wooden table For home saw available to almost every person, even if he does not have such experience.

Preparing to assemble the table

Table assembly diagram.

by the most simple option table for a circular is a construction of sufficiently thick plywood and boards. Plywood in this case will be used to make the countertop. Directly the countertop will be stationary. The tool must be installed under it. Previously, a slot is created in the lid along which the saw blade will move.

Choose the size of the table, first of all, with a reference to yourself. You should be comfortable and comfortable to work. The instructions cover the average and most common sizes. You can change them to your liking. The height of the table is 1-1.15 m. Choose the length taking into account the nature of future work. If you tend to cut long boards most of the time, make sure your tabletop is long enough as well. With a table top length of more than 2 m, it is recommended to equip the structure with an additional pair support legs. Without them, the table will vibrate a lot.

The thickness of the plywood used for the manufacture of countertops should be from 5 cm. Plexiglas, fiberglass are suitable for the same purpose. From use chipboard master it is recommended to refrain due to the insufficiently high strength of the material.

The lid is polished and varnished in several layers. This will ensure the required sliding of the processed materials. The best option is a countertop reinforcement sheet metal. This will increase the reliability of the surface and extend the life of the product as a whole.

Materials and tools for work

A table for a circular saw requires the presence of guides, which will ensure higher accuracy in cutting materials. The guides are cooked from a metal corner. Clamps are usually used for fixing to the countertop. Guides are not recommended to be made stationary. It will be more convenient if in the future you can change their position.

Prepare materials for self-assembly of the table:

  1. Plywood. If you wish, you can use a different material for the countertop.
  2. A metal sheet.
  3. Beam 50x50 mm.
  4. Board 50x100 mm.
  5. Clamps in the amount of 2 pcs.
  6. Metal corner for the manufacture of guides.

Gather all the necessary tools first:

  1. Hacksaw. If possible, it is better to use a jigsaw instead.
  2. Screwdriver.
  3. Electric drill.
  4. Hand mill or machine. If not, you can do without them.
  5. Roulette and ruler for measurements.
  6. Square.

After preparing all the tools and materials, you can start assembling a homemade table. Some craftsmen use old dining and kitchen tables. But you should not count on the great durability of such products. It is better to do everything yourself, "from scratch". So you can assemble a comfortable table that fully meets your needs and requests.

Step by step instructions for assembling the table

Table circular machine from steel plate.

First you need to form the countertop. Take plywood sheet and markup. The edges of the sheet must match the two edges of the lid. Saw the workpiece with a hacksaw or jigsaw. If desired, process saw cuts with a milling cutter. This is optional so you can skip it. this stage. In the case of a table for a circular saw, reliability is more important than beautiful appearance.Rough out the countertop with sandpaper.

At the bottom, prepare a slot for the disk. Measure the base of your circular saw. To make it as convenient as possible, remove the saw blade from the tool and simply circle the desired part of the saw.

After completion of the arrangement seat try on the plate and make the necessary adjustments. Mark the slots for saw blade and fasteners. If the disc is to be raised and lowered, the table must be equipped pendulum mechanism. In this case, the shape of the slot should look like a truncated pyramid. The top of this kind of pyramid should be directed down. For the manufacture of the frame of the lifting mechanism, it is better to use metal corners welded to each other.

Assembly of the frame and installation of legs

The guide carriage of a table for a circular.

Next, you need to make markings for the transverse and longitudinal rails. In the case of such a table, they perform the function of stiffeners. Do it with wrong side. Planks are made from timber. It is necessary to prepare 2 longitudinal ribs. Select the length based on the length of the countertop. It is enough to simply take away from it 8-10 cm on each side. There should also be 2 cross bars. To determine their length, subtract 8-10 cm from the width of the countertop on each side.

Prepare nests for self-tapping screws. The slats are fixed in such a way that the lid protrudes approximately 8-10 cm beyond the edges of the frame. It is important to make the most reliable and durable fastening. Install the first self-tapping screw at a distance of 4-5 cm from the edge of the rail. The self-tapping screws themselves are mounted in increments of 20-22 cm. Details must be drilled through. The heads of the self-tapping screws must be completely recessed into the material of the countertop.

The transverse ribs are attached first. To ensure maximum reliability of the table, you must first coat the edges of the rails with wood glue. Tighten the structure with clamps and fix with self-tapping screws. Leave the table top to dry completely, then install the longitudinal rails in the same way. Pull the frame parts together and install several fasteners on each side. After that, you can remove the clamps.

For the manufacture of legs, use the bars. The height of these elements is selected individually in accordance with the height of the operator. It is more convenient when the countertop is at the level of the hips. Before installing the legs, plan them on 1 side so that the machined side comes off at an angle. As a result, the base of the leg will have a slightly larger area than the top.

To fix the legs, it is best to use metal corners. You need to slightly tighten them so that the base of the homemade table is located at a distance. Thanks to this, the bed will become more stable. Fastening is carried out using bolts with washers. They need to be installed with the hats out. If installed in a different way, you may injure yourself on the protruding fasteners during operation.

This will make the design even more reliable. Reiki should be installed in pairs from the sides of a homemade table.

Carefully polish the surface of the countertop and cover it with several layers of varnish. Instead, you can fix a smooth metal sheet with small self-tapping screws.

Finally, the circular saw is installed in the place intended for it. Additionally, you can apply markings to the surface of the countertop, which will contribute to a more even and proper processing sawn material.

The controls for such a machine must be moved to the outside of the tabletop. Usually they are fixed on some leg of the table. This stage of work requires some electrical skills. In their absence, it is recommended to contact the appropriate specialist.

Thus, in self assembly table for a circular saw is nothing complicated. It does not require large time and money costs. You will spend much less on materials than on a finished factory table, and the quality of the product, subject to the instructions, will be no worse. Successful work!

It is a convenient and productive tool that is used to carry out construction works. Using this equipment, you have the opportunity to use the qualities of maneuverability, as well as speed. However, when cutting large batches of lumber, it is quite difficult to work with this tool. The table greatly facilitates the task for it can be made without much difficulty.

Execution features

The basis of the design can be plywood or board. In this case, the tool will need to be installed at the bottom of the tabletop, while the toothed disk will need to be located in the hole in the desktop. The element being used for cutting will extend beyond the rectangular hole.

After the saw is turned on, the disc will rotate, and when the material is fed, sawing will begin to occur. The greatest thickness of the processed material will depend on the dimensions of the disk, as well as the power of the tool. When choosing equipment, you need to take into account the thickness of the table top, to which the saw will be attached at the bottom.

Features of the choice of "circular"

If you do not yet have a circular saw available, then it can be purchased, taking into account some characteristics, among which the power of the equipment can be distinguished. If the tool is supposed to be used for household tasks, then a power of 800 watts will be enough to make a table for a circular saw with your own hands. This indicates that the volume of work will be medium.

It is important to pay attention to the depth of cut, the maximum thickness of the processed material will depend on this. Hand saws of semi-professional or professional grade, as a rule, have a cutting depth ranging from 40 to 70 mm.

Work technology

Holes in the surface of the desktop must be drilled through the markup. Marking when you make a table for a circular saw must be done before cutting. The fixation of the ribs to the tabletop is carried out with the help of the elements after the connection must be compressed with clamps. In place, you need to designate the location of the side stiffeners, which then need to be sawn and glued in the same way.

Features of the work

If you decide to make a table for a circular saw with your own hands, you can prepare the drawings yourself. After gluing, the clamps should not be removed immediately; the structure must be additionally fixed with self-tapping screws that are installed in the holes. They need to be prepared from the bottom side so that the fastener caps are recessed into the structure. After the glue has dried, the stiffeners can be removed from the clamps. On this we can assume that the countertop is ready.

A do-it-yourself table for a circular saw should be made using legs, which should be made from a board of 50x100 millimeters. The height of these elements will be determined by the height of the master, as a rule, this parameter is 110 cm. The board must be cut along the axis at a slight angle on one side. Further, the workpiece is applied to the countertop, so that when installing the legs, they turn out to be somewhat spaced. The fastening of these elements must be carried out from the outside of the stiffeners, it is recommended to use bolts.

When making a table for a circular saw with your own hands, a photo of which can be viewed in advance, you need to try to increase the stability of the structure in parallel with the fastening of the legs. To do this, you can make a screed, which is made from a bar with a section of 50x50 millimeters. The hand-held circular saw must be installed in the prepared groove on the underside of the work surface. The sole should be fixed on the bolts, and the toothed disc should be installed in the slot. Markings can be applied to the table, which will greatly facilitate the implementation of cutting materials.

The very surface of the table to protect against moisture can be varnished, which is applied in several layers. When a table for a circular saw is made, after applying the first layer, it is imperative to wait for it to dry completely, only then you can proceed to cover the surface with another layer. This approach will eliminate the effect of sliding lumber on the working surface.

Switching the saw on and off

When making a table for a table circular saw with your own hands, you must last step solve one important issue. It consists in the task of turning the saw on and off. If the master has a sufficient amount of experience and knowledge in electrical engineering, then he can shunt the power key, and then move the control buttons to the outer surface of the stiffener, which is located in front. If this scheme turns out to be too complicated for you, then it will be enough to pull the key using a wire. But you can turn the saw on and off using the power cord.

in the form of a trolley

If you want to make the table mobile, then its upper part can be made in the form of a cart. As its side walls, which will be located behind and in front, you can use chipboard, its thickness can be equal to 16 millimeters. The legs of the table will be bars, the cross section of which is 50x50 millimeters. The supports for the wheels of the structure will be represented by boards, the thickness of which is 35 millimeters. In order to increase the quality of the rigidity of the table, the back and front walls must be reinforced with a board whose thickness is 20 millimeters. All parts must be assembled using self-tapping screws and additional PVA glue. The support boards for the wheels must be fixed with metal squares.

For attaching the trolley to support boards you need to make shallow recesses, the radius of which will be equal to the radius of the wheel. To attach the ladders to the table surface, you need to install two elements in the form of inserts, which must be fixed on a single plate. On this, we can assume that the table for a circular saw is made by hand, and it can be used in tandem with the main tool, which at least once was necessary for every home craftsman who loves to work with wood.

Finally

If you decide to make a table for a circular saw with your own hands (DP 2000) using this technology, then the work process will not be accompanied by unnecessary difficulties. Anyone can handle this House master, even one that does not have certain skills in doing this kind of work. If you have a desire to significantly expand the functionality of a desktop designed for a circular saw, then you can increase its safety index. You can make the design more complex, it all depends on your skill, and most importantly, the desire to master new horizons of construction work. Good luck and good luck with your new ventures!

Most people who work professionally with wood would like to have everything at their disposal. necessary machines. But unfortunately, this is not always possible. One does not allow the space of the workshop, others, and I think the majority - money. Any, even the most primitive machine is quite expensive.

But what's stopping him from just doing it himself? Nothing is impossible for a person with intellect. For every carpenter, a circular saw is the main tool. But it happens that only a hand saw is available, and this is not always convenient for large amounts of work. In order not to purchase a separate tool, you can make the mini saw stationary for the convenience of work - make a sawing table (stand) for it.

Circular saw table

When choosing a circular saw, you need to be guided by the following characteristics:

  • Saw power. If the amount of work is quite large, it is advisable to take a tool with a power of at least 1.2 kW.
  • Cutting depth. The thickness of the material to be processed depends on this parameter. At hand saws it is 40–70 mm. But when it is installed in the table, there will be a decrease in the region of 10 mm.
  • Button placement. The design of the sawing table must provide free and safe access to all control buttons, otherwise it will be necessary to modify the control system yourself.
  • Rotational speed. For cutting wood, a high rotation speed is a priority. This affects the quality of the cut. For plastic, for example, this is not very good. From the high speed of the circle, the plastic heats up. It is necessary to choose average characteristics. 3-4 thousand revolutions per minute will be enough.

Do-it-yourself table for a circular saw, installation, fastening

To make the saw table itself, you will need to acquire materials that are sold in any hardware store.

We will need:

  • plywood 15–20 mm thick;
  • timber 50 * 50 mm;
  • boards, approximately 50 * 100 mm;
  • switch;
  • socket;
  • self-tapping screws;
  • PVA glue;
  • rollers;
  • metal corners.

Making a workbench

  1. Mark and cut out the plywood countertop of the desired size. Clean up sandpaper surface.
  2. In the lower part on the tabletop we mark the places for the holes for attaching the saw. To do this, you need to remove the disk and set the saw in the right place, making notes. On the surface of the hole for the bolts, we countersink, and the bolt hats need to be ground.
  3. If the material will be cut at different angles, the disc hole must be made in the shape of an inverted trapezoid.
  4. Apply on the countertop the places where the stiffeners are attached (from below, at a distance of about 8 cm from the edge). The legs must be attached to the ribs. The ribs are screwed with self-tapping screws at intervals of 25 cm and glued with PVA.
  5. The legs are made from a bar 100 cm long. Then a screed is made from a bar for extra strength.
  6. To be able to adjust the height of the table legs, nuts with M14 bolts are attached from below.
  7. We fix the saw from below.
  8. We fix the socket on the inside of the table. From it we pull the wire to the switch.
  9. We make a parallel emphasis. We cut off two strips of plywood, the same length as the width of the table. The width of the strips is 10 cm. We make the corners round. We grind both strips and fasten them with self-tapping screws. Then we cut two strips of the same length, but three times wider. We fasten them. This will be the guide. We fasten the stop and the guide. We set a right angle relative to the disk. We fix the rollers.

Table drawings for a circular saw

There are other ways to make a hand-held circular saw frame with your own hands. Here are two more examples.

Table for hand-held circular saw with lifting mechanism

To change the depth of the cut, you can additionally install a lifting mechanism (elevator).

Myself lifting mechanism we mount from a metal sheet that is attached to the frame on the machine. The rise will take place along the guides by tightening the bolts.

One way is to install the adjusting rod with fixation nuts. Instead of rods, we use studs. We make the adjustment handle from a plate welded to the end of the stud. At a distance of 4–5 mm from the center, we make holes for self-tapping screws. We weld a rod to the edge of the plate, with which we will rotate the structure.

Conclusion

From the experience of many people, we can say that although such machines do not look very attractive, but with the right and diligent approach, they are no worse than factory ones, such as Interskol, and have no less service life. The big advantage is that the cost of such a machine will be three times lower. In addition, you can make the machine "for yourself", which will greatly increase labor productivity.

Many joiners have a large number of different saws. Some can work without accessories, but the circular will be difficult to use manually. A table for a hand-held circular saw, made by yourself - this is quite real way save cash and ensure a comfortable cut a large number materials. Moreover, it is not difficult to make it, the main thing is to draw up the drawings correctly and provide yourself with the necessary tools.

A do-it-yourself circular table from a manual circular saw will provide comfort when cutting, as it will be made based on your desires. The work surface will convenient size, which is hard to find in a store where mostly standard countertops. Moreover, there are situations when the need for a router table arises unexpectedly and the purchase option is completely eliminated. Do not despair, using the advice of skilled carpenters, you can create a model that will be no worse than the store version.

Circular saw table features

Making a table for a circular saw with your own hands is very simple, especially if you have at least a little experience in carpentry. Experienced craftsmen can assemble it even without circuits. The design consists of two main parts:

  • legs;
  • smooth work surface (table top).

Additional departments in the form of boxes are not required, but such projects can be created if desired.

1 2

Remember that the saw itself must be securely fastened under the table, and only the blade should remain on the surface. The opening of the table for a circular saw should be a few centimeters larger than the blade so that the sawdust can easily fly down without clogging the mechanisms.

Table for miter saw with your own hands you need to make it as durable as possible. Since the greater the power of the tool, the greater the load will fall on the surface. Be sure to consider this fact when choosing a material and a place for its installation. Knowing how to make a table for a circular saw, you can save a lot of money and please yourself with a more convenient use of the tool.

Inventory and requirements for the work process

Of course, the master himself decides what the table for the miter saw should be like with his own hands. TO mandatory requirements can be attributed:

  • safe and durable fastening of the saw;
  • flat and smooth working surface of the tabletop;
  • Easy access to start and stop buttons.

Homemade table can be made of wood

The stores mainly offer products from of stainless steel. But tables for a milling cutter and circulars made of wood are in no way inferior to them in quality, and the service life of the material does not decrease.

You can make a table for a manual circular saw with your own hands using the following tools in your work:

  • boards for legs and countertops;
  • wood glue;
  • self-tapping screws and a screwdriver;
  • jigsaw;
  • plane.

In addition, you need a tape measure and a pencil, as well as wood varnish for protective properties.

Stages of work

A circular saw is quite a dangerous tool. The saw table must be positioned so that the saw is exactly in the center, without shifting the center of gravity. Based on the diagrams drawn up on the board, markings are made with a pencil, and then the base is cut with a jigsaw. After that, the resulting countertop must be carefully sanded to give smoothness.

After the work done, the tabletop is turned over and on inside markings are applied to deepen under the sole of the circular. The grooves are created with a milling cutter. The saw is installed in homemade table, carefully fastened and tested for strength.

When making a table for a circular saw with your own hands, do not forget about the stiffeners. They significantly strengthen the structure, especially in conjunction with self-tapping screws.

The legs for the manual circular are attached last. The dimensions, as well as the height, depend on the master, the main thing is to fasten them to bolts and self-tapping screws with high quality. You need to put them slightly by surprise, and control the strength with the help of the same stiffeners.

Working with electronics

Making a do-it-yourself circular table with standard drawings is quite simple, but you also need to take care of the power supply. If the master is well versed in electronics, then the best option will bypass the start and stop buttons, and fix them in convenient location. A more simplified option is to pull the start button of the saw blade and turn it on with the power cord. But this method is not very safe, because when emergency appliances will not turn off automatically.

Safety at work

Remember that there should not be any foreign objects on the table on which the cut takes place. If the saw blade is out of balance with your own hands, you should immediately fix the problem.

Be sure to use protective goggles for your safety.

Can't be held wooden material close to the saw blade, it is unsafe. Be sure to wear protective clothing, goggles and gloves for work. Remember that it is not enough to make a circular table with your own hands, you also need to monitor its condition in order to be safe.
