SNiP 12-03-2001 "Labor safety in construction, Part 1. General requirements". SNiP 12-04-2002 “Labor safety in construction. Part 2. Construction production "and other regulatory legal acts Russian Federation, containing state regulatory requirements for labor protection, and is intended for assemblers of steel and reinforced concrete structures(hereinafter referred to as installers) when they perform work in accordance with their profession and qualifications.

1. General safety requirements

1.1. Workers at least 18 years of age who have undergone appropriate training, have professional skills to work as assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures and do not have contraindications on the floor for the work performed, before admission to independent work must pass:

  • mandatory preliminary (when applying for a job) and periodic (during employment) medical examinations (examinations) for recognition as fit for work in the manner established by the Ministry of Health of Russia;
  • training in safe methods and techniques for performing work, in the workplace and labor protection requirements.

1.2. Installers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures are required to comply with the requirements of labor protection and labor safety to ensure protection from the effects of hazardous and harmful production factors related to the nature of the work:

  • location of workplaces at a considerable height;
  • moving structures;
  • collapse of loose structural elements of buildings and structures;
  • falling of upstream materials, tools.

1.3. To protect against mechanical impacts, assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures are required to use the following provided by employers free of charge:

  • cotton suits;
  • mittens with handhelds made of vinyl leather - T intermittent;
  • leather semi-boots with non-slip soles, as well as suits with insulating padding and felt boots for the winter season.

Steel and reinforced concrete erectors must wear safety helmets while on site. In addition, when working at height, assemblers of steel and reinforced concrete structures must use safety belts, and when breaking concrete structures with jackhammers, goggles.

1.4. Being on the territory of the construction (production) site, in production and amenity premises, work areas and workplaces, installers are obliged to comply with the internal labor regulations adopted in this organization.

Tolerance outsiders, as well as workers in a state of intoxication to these places is prohibited.

1.5. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must know:

— instructions on labor protection for the installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures,

labor protection manual,

labor protection manual,

labor protection manual,

labor protection manual,

- rules for the use of personal and collective protective equipment,

instructions for the maintenance and use of primary fire extinguishing means,

- dangerous and harmful production factors associated with the work performed, harmful substances in the air of the working area and the nature of their action on the human body.

1.6. In the course of their daily activities, erectors of steel and reinforced concrete structures must:

  • use in the process of work means of small-scale mechanization for their intended purpose, in accordance with the instructions of manufacturers;
  • maintain order at workplaces, clean them of debris, snow, ice, prevent violations of the rules for storing materials and structures;
  • be careful during work and avoid violations of labor safety requirements.

1.7. Assemblers of steel and reinforced concrete structures are obliged to immediately notify their immediate or higher supervisor of any situation that threatens the life and health of people, of any accident that occurs at work, or of a deterioration in their health, including the appearance of an acute occupational disease ( poisoning).

1.8. For violation of the requirements of this manual, the installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures is liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must know and clearly follow the requirements of the labor protection instructions for the installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures.

2. Safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Before starting work, the installer for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must:

a) present to the work manager a certificate of knowledge of safe work methods and undergo a briefing at the workplace, taking into account the specifics of the work performed;

b) put on a helmet, overalls, special footwear of the established sample;

c) receive a task to perform work from a foreman or work manager.

2.2. After receiving the assignment, assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures are required to:

a) prepare the necessary personal protective equipment, including: a safety belt and a safety rope - when performing steeplejack work; goggles - when punching holes in reinforced concrete structures;

b) check workplace and approaches to it for compliance with safety requirements;

c) select technological equipment and tools necessary for the performance of work, check them for compliance with safety requirements;

d) inspect the elements building structures intended for installation, and make sure that they do not have defects.

2.3. Installers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures should not start work when:

a) malfunctions of technological equipment, protective equipment for workers specified in the instructions of manufacturers, in which their use is not allowed;

c) untimely carrying out of the next tests or expiration of the service life of the protective equipment for workers, established by the manufacturer;

d) insufficient illumination of workplaces and approaches to them.

Faults found must be corrected. on their own, and if it is impossible to do this, the installers are obliged to report them to the foreman or work manager.

3. Safety requirements during operation

3.1. In the process of installation of structures, assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must be on previously installed and securely fixed structures or scaffolding.

3.2. For the passage to the workplace, the assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must use the equipped access systems (stairs, ladders, bridges).

The presence of installers on the elements of building structures held by the crane is not allowed.

3.3. Hinged mounting platforms, ladders and other devices necessary for the work of installers at height should be installed and fixed on the mounted structures before they are lifted.

3.4. Workplaces and passages to them, located on ceilings, coatings at a height of more than 1.8 m and at a distance of less than 2 m from the boundary of the difference in height, must be fenced with protective or safety fences, and at a distance of more than 2 m - with signal fences corresponding to requirements of state standards.

3.5. In the absence of fencing of workplaces at a height, assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures are required to use safety belts complete with a safety device. At the same time, installers must comply with the requirements of the labor protection instructions for workers performing work at heights.

3.6. Cleaning of the elements of building structures to be installed from dirt and ice should be carried out before they are lifted.

When slinging building structures, installers are required to comply with the requirements of the labor protection instructions for slingers.

3.7. During the installation of structures, signals to the crane operator should be given by only one person: when slinging products by a slinger, when they are installed in the design position by a foreman or link, except for the “Stop” signal, which can be given by any employee who has noticed a clear danger.

3.8. In the process of moving structures to the installation site using a crane, installers must observe the following dimensions for approaching previously installed structures and existing buildings and structures:

a) the admissible approach of the crane boom is not more than 1 m;

b) the minimum clearance when transferring structures over previously installed ones is 0.5 m;

c) the admissible approach of the slewing part of the crane is at least 1 m.

3.9. Preliminary guidance of the structure to the installation site must be carried out using braces of a hemp or nylon rope. In the process of lifting-feeding and guidance of the structure to the installation site, installers are prohibited from winding the end of the rope around their hand.

3.10. Before installing the structure in the design position, the installers must:

a) inspect the installation site of the structure and check the presence of center and geometric axes on the supporting surface;

b) prepare the necessary equipment for its design or temporary fixing;

c) check the absence of people below directly under the installation site of the structure. It is forbidden to find people under the mounted elements until they are installed in the design position and finally secured.

3.11. When installing elements of building structures in the design position, the installers must:

a) to guide the structure to the installation site without applying significant physical effort;

b) carry out the final alignment of the alignment and geometric axes using an assembly crowbar or a special tool (conical mandrels, assembly plugs, etc.). It is not allowed to check the coincidence of the holes with the fingers.

3.12. After installing the structure in the design position, it is necessary to fix it (permanently or temporarily) in accordance with the requirements of the project. At the same time, the stability and immobility of the mounted structure must be ensured when exposed to mounting and wind loads. Fastening should be carried out for previously fixed structures, ensuring the geometric invariability of the building (structure) being mounted.

3.13. Unslinging of structural elements installed in the design position should be carried out after their permanent or temporary fixing according to the project, subject to the following safety requirements:

a) unslinging of structural elements connected by rivets or bolts of increased strength, in the absence of special instructions in the project, should be carried out after installing at least 30% of the design rivets or bolts in the connecting node, if there are more than five, in other cases - at least two;

b) unslinging of structural elements fixed by electric welding and receiving the mounting load should be carried out after welding with design seams or tacks according to the project. Structures that do not perceive mounting loads are allowed to be unraveled after tacking by electric welding with a length of at least 60 mm.

3.14. Temporary fastening of mounted structures may be removed only after their permanent fastening in accordance with the requirements of the project.

3.15. When erecting buildings by raising floors (floors), installers are required to:

a) before starting to lift the floors, remove all protruding parts on the columns that prevent the lifting of structures, and also remove the wedges between the floor slab and the stiffening core;

b) prevent distortions of raised floors due to non-synchronous operation of lifting equipment;

c) at the end of the shift, ensure that the floor being lifted is supported on the building frame or fixed traction supports;

d) to ensure, in the event of a malfunction of the lifting equipment, the support of the floor being raised on the columns of the building frame, on which the failed lifts are fixed.

3.16. When lifting structures with two cranes, installers are obliged to carry out slinging, lifting-feeding and installation of the structure in the design position under the direct supervision of the person responsible for the safe performance of work on moving goods by crane.

3.17. When assembling structures by helicopters, the assemblers must:

a) apply forced guidance of mounted structures to the installation site using special catchers or remote control guidance process;

b) do not allow fastening of flexible guys for previously installed structures.

4. Safety requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In case of detection of a malfunction of the crane, rail track, lifting devices or technological equipment, the installers are obliged to give the crane operator the “Stop” command and notify the work manager about this.

4.2. If an unstable position of the mounted structures, technological equipment or protective equipment is detected, the assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures must notify the work manager or foreman about this.

4.3. If weather conditions change (wind speed increases to 15 m/s or more, with snowfall, thunderstorm or fog) that impair visibility, work must be suspended and reported to the manager.

4.4. In case of an emergency or an accident, the steel and reinforced concrete structure erector must immediately inform the immediate supervisor, provide first aid to the victim in accordance with the "Instructions for first aid in case of accidents at work", if necessary, call the ambulance team, proceed to liquidate an emergency, to ensure the preservation of the situation of an emergency or an accident, if this does not endanger the life and health of people and does not lead to an aggravation of the emergency.

5. Safety requirements at the end of work

5.1. Upon completion of the work, the assemblers for the installation of steel and reinforced concrete structures are obliged to:

a) put technological equipment and protective equipment for workers in the place provided for storage;

b) clean up waste building materials and mounted structures workplace and put it in order;

c) wash hands and face with soap, if possible, take a shower;

d) inform the manager or foreman about all the problems that have arisen in the course of work.

1. General labor protection requirements

1.1. This Instruction provides for the basic requirements for labor protection for installers.
1.2. The installer must perform his duties in accordance with the requirements of this Instruction.
1.3. In the process of performing work, the Installer may be exposed to the following hazardous and harmful production factors:
- moving machines and mechanisms;

- sharp edges, burrs and roughness on the surfaces of workpieces, tools and equipment;
- increased gas content in the air of the working area (wells, chambers, collectors, etc.);
- increased or decreased temperature of surfaces of equipment, materials;
- increased or decreased air temperature of the working area;
- high humidity air;
- increased voltage value in electrical circuit, the closure of which can occur through the human body;
- increased tension electric field;
- increased tension magnetic field;
- falling from a height (into wells, chambers, collectors, etc.);
- falling objects from a height (when working in wells, chambers, collectors, etc.);
- the danger of exposure to water flows on workers working in wells, chambers and collectors;
- danger of soil collapse;
- risk of collision Vehicle when working on the carriageway of the streets;
- insufficient illumination of the working area;
- physical overload;
- fire hazard;
- explosiveness.
Sources of harmful and dangerous production factors:
- moving mechanisms and machines;
- moving parts of production equipment;
- sharp edges, burrs and roughness on the surfaces of workpieces, tools and fixtures;
- faulty equipment or its incorrect operation;
- faulty electrical equipment or its incorrect operation;
- absence, malfunction, improper use of PPE;
- absence, malfunction, improper operation of lighting devices;
- non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the job description, labor protection instructions, internal labor regulations, local regulations governing the organization of work on labor protection, working conditions at the facility.
1.4. The installer notifies his immediate supervisor of any situation that threatens the life and health of people, of each accident that occurred at work, of the deterioration of his health, including the manifestation of signs of an acute illness.
1.5. To work as an installer, persons are allowed not younger than 18 years old, with professional skills, who do not have medical contraindications and who have passed:
- training in labor protection, checking knowledge of labor protection requirements;
- training in electrical safety rules, testing knowledge of electrical safety rules in the scope of job duties. The installer must have an electrical safety group of at least III;
- training in the rules of work at height, testing knowledge of the rules of work at height in the scope of job duties;
- learning the rules fire safety, checking knowledge of fire safety rules in the scope of job duties;
- training in methods of providing first aid to the victim in case of accidents at work;
- theoretical and practical training in safe work practices;
- verification of knowledge of safe techniques and methods of work performance;
- introductory and primary briefing on labor protection at the workplace;
- internship at the workplace (for 3-14 shifts, depending on the length of service, experience and nature of work);
- preliminary and periodic medical examinations.
1.6. The installer must undergo labor protection training in the form of: introductory briefing, primary briefing at the workplace in the scope of the training program for the profession, including labor protection issues and the requirements of job duties by profession.
An introductory briefing is conducted by an employee of the labor protection service or an employee replacing him, with all those hired under a program approved by the employer.
Primary briefing at the workplace is carried out by an official, determined by order individually before the start of the employee's production activities under the occupational safety program.
In the process of work, the Installer must undergo repeated, at least once every six months, and unscheduled briefings, as well as periodic medical examinations.
An installer who has not timely passed the appropriate training on labor protection and the annual test of knowledge on labor protection is not allowed to work.
1.7. The assembler is provided with overalls and safety shoes in accordance with current regulations.
Issued special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment must comply with the nature and conditions of work, ensure labor safety, and have a certificate of conformity.
Personal protective equipment for which there is no technical documentation is not allowed to be used.
1.8. Personal clothing and overalls must be stored separately in lockers and dressing rooms. It is prohibited to take work clothes outside the enterprise.
1.9. The installer must know:
- Basics of telecommunications;
- organization and technology of work on laying cables in the ground, cable ducts, through water barriers;
- schemes of cable communication lines;
- types and purpose of communication cables;
- rules for laying and fastening cables using a mechanized tool;
- methods of laying cables, wires and cables using machines and mechanisms;
- rules for the use of machines and mechanisms for laying cables;
- types of materials and structures used for fastening cables and wires;
- ways of fastening and protecting cables from mechanical damage;
- types of cable damage and methods for their detection;
- methods for checking cables for tightness, breakage, ground and sound;
- ways to turn on telephones and batteries;
- ways to protect cables from lightning strikes and corrosion;
- requirements for the quality of work performed, for the rational organization of labor in the workplace;
- industrial signaling;
- measures to prevent accidents and eliminate problems that have arisen;
- procedure for liquidation of emergencies;
- the impact on a person of dangerous and harmful production factors that arise during work;
- Appointment of personal protective equipment, be able to use them;
- rules and regulations on labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation;
- internal labor regulations established at the enterprise;
- the requirements of this instruction, instructions on fire safety measures, instructions on electrical safety, be guided by them in their activities;
- be able to provide first aid injured, use fire extinguishing equipment, in the event of a fire, call the fire brigade.
1.10. While on the territory of the organization, in production and amenity premises, at work sites and workplaces, the Installer is obliged to:
- timely and accurately comply with the internal labor regulations, orders of the administration, provided that he is trained in the rules for the safe performance of this work;
- comply with the requirements of local regulations on labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation, which regulate the procedure for organizing work at the facility;
- observe labor discipline, work and rest regime;
- take care of the property of the employer;
- perform only the work included in his official duties, work on the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
1.11. Smoking and eating is allowed only in places specially designated for this purpose. Before eating, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

2. Occupational safety requirements before starting work

2.1. Check the availability and serviceability of personal protective equipment, put them on and the overalls and safety shoes that are required by the standards, put everything in order.
2.2. Fasten the overalls with all buttons, tuck the hanging ends into the belt. Do not keep sharp, breakable objects in pockets.
2.3. Get a task from the manager to complete the work.
2.4. Check local exhaust ventilation. When working in wells, chambers, collectors, check the presence of gas contamination using a gas analyzer.
Do not approach wells, chambers, collectors with open fire until it is established that there is no gas in them.
2.5. Open the hatch of the well with a non-sparking tool (a crowbar with a copper tip), avoiding hitting the neck of the hatch. IN winter time if it is required to remove the frozen manhole cover, it is allowed to use boiling water, hot sand. In the case of using a tool made of ferrous metal, generously lubricate its working part with grease or other lubricant.
2.6. Check the availability and serviceability of tools, fixtures, measuring instruments and other equipment, conveniently place them.
2.7. Check availability, serviceability and sufficiency Supplies(cable, etc.).
2.8. Prepare workspace for safe work:
- inspect it, remove all unnecessary items, without cluttering up the aisles;
- check approaches to the workplace, evacuation routes for compliance with labor protection requirements;
- establish the sequence of operations;
- check for barriers and safety devices;
- check the availability of fire fighting equipment, first aid kit;
- check the serviceability of ladders, ladders, scaffolding, ensure their reliable installation.
2.9. Check by external inspection:
- no hanging bare wires;
- Adequate lighting of the workplace. When working in wells, underground structures, and other places where explosive gases can accumulate, portable explosion-proof lamps should be used for lighting;
- reliability of closing all current-carrying and starting devices of the equipment;
- availability and reliability of grounding connections (absence of breaks, strength of contact between metal non-current-carrying parts of the equipment and the ground wire);
- absence of foreign objects in and around the equipment;
- the condition of the floors (absence of potholes, irregularities, etc.).
2.10. Report all detected malfunctions of equipment, inventory, electrical wiring and other malfunctions to your immediate supervisor and start work only after they have been eliminated.
2.11. When carrying out work related to lowering into wells, chambers, collectors without forced ventilation, as well as other types of work associated with increased danger, undergo a targeted briefing and obtain a work permit.
2.12. The installer should not start work in the presence of the following violations of labor protection requirements:
- if there is a malfunction specified in the operating instructions of the equipment manufacturer, in which its use is not allowed;
- in case of untimely carrying out of the next tests ( technical certification) equipment;
- in the absence or malfunction of tools, fixtures, equipment, measuring instruments;
- in the absence or malfunction of ladders, ladders, scaffolding;
- in the absence or malfunction of personal protective equipment;
- in the absence or malfunction of ventilation;
- in the absence of fences, safety devices, fire fighting equipment, first aid kit;
- if there is a smell of gas in the workplace;
- in case of insufficient illumination of the workplace and approaches to it;
- in case of non-compliance with the instructions of state supervision bodies;
- in the absence of constant control by the responsible persons for the safe performance of work;
- without passing a targeted briefing for the production of one-time work not related to his official duties, as well as work associated with increased danger;
- without undergoing a periodic medical examination.

3. Occupational safety requirements during work

3.1. Perform only the work for which he has been trained, instructed in labor protection and for which the employee responsible for the safe performance of work has been admitted.
3.2. Do not allow untrained and unauthorized persons to work.
3.3. Use serviceable equipment, tools, devices necessary for safe work; use them only for the work for which they are intended.
The technological process must be carried out only on the equipment that is specified in the technological documentation, and according to the technological modes within the permissible parameters without overloading it.
3.4. Monitor the operation of equipment, apparatus and instrument readings.
3.5. Periodically conduct a visual preventive inspection of the equipment.
3.6. If faulty equipment, fixtures, fixtures, tools, other violations of labor protection requirements are found that cannot be eliminated on their own, and a threat to health, personal or collective safety arises, the Installer should inform the management about this. Do not proceed to work until the identified violations are eliminated.
3.7. When working with hand tools, power tools, blowtorch, gas burner and others, as well as measuring instruments, observe the rules for their operation in accordance with the instructions for labor protection.
3.8. Correctly follow the working methods when laying the cable, performing installation work, works in underground viewing devices ah etc.
3.9. These types of work must be organized in accordance with the requirements of the current technological documents (norms, instructions, regulations) approved in in due course.
3.10. When laying the cable manually, each installer must have a cable section weighing no more than 30 kg. When bringing the cable to the trench on the shoulders or in the hands, all workers should be on one side of the cable. Work should be in canvas gloves.
3.11. When rolling a drum with a cable, it is necessary to take measures against its capture by the protrusions of clothing parts.
Before starting work on rolling the drum, it is necessary to fix the ends of the cable and remove the nails sticking out of the drum.
The cable drum may only be rolled on a horizontal surface on hard ground or flooring in accordance with the arrow (marked on the cheek of the drum) indicating the direction of the drum rolling.
3.12. Cable unwinding from moving conveyors (cable carts) should be carried out as close as possible to the trench. The cable must unwind without tension so that it can be picked up, carried up and laid in a trench.
3.13. When cornering, it is forbidden to pull or straighten the cable with your hands, as well as stay inside the corner formed by the cable.
3.14. The inner end of the cable, brought out to the cheek of the drum, must be fixed. The conveyor must have a device for braking the rotating drum.
3.15. When laying the cable in a trench, you should:
- avoid landslides or collapses of the soil;
- know and remember that excavation in excavations with vertical walls without fastening is allowed to a depth of no more than:
- 1 m - in bulk sandy and coarse-grained soils;
- 1.25 m - in sandy loam;
- 1.5 m - in loams and clays.
3.16. In settlements, it is allowed to leave unfilled trenches at night only if there is a fence and light signals.
3.17. During work related to laying cables along the walls of buildings, it is necessary to use serviceable wooden or metal stairs, ladders, scaffolds and aerial platforms (during outdoor work).
3.18. Stairs must be strong and reliable. The wood used for the manufacture of stairs must be seasoned and dry, knotting is not allowed in it.
3.19. steps wooden stairs must be cut into the bowstring and fastened every 2 m with coupling bolts with a diameter of at least 8 mm. It is forbidden to use stairs knocked down with nails without fastening the bowstrings with bolts and cutting the steps into the bowstrings.
3.20. The bowstrings of ladders and stepladders must diverge downwards to ensure stability. Width ladder and ladders at the top should be at least 300 mm, at the bottom - at least 400 mm.
3.21. The lower ends of the ladders must have stops in the form of sharp steel tips when installed on the ground or rubber shoes when installed on the floor, asphalt, etc.
3.22. The total length (height) of the ladder should allow the worker to work standing on the step, located at a distance of at least 1 m from the upper end of the ladder. The length of the ladder should not exceed 5 m.
3.23. Chasing walls and ceilings, in which hidden radio and electrical wiring can be located, should be carried out after disconnecting these wires from the power sources. At the same time, measures must be taken to prevent the erroneous occurrence of voltage.
3.24. When chasing and punching holes in concrete or brick walls ah, gloves and safety goggles with safety glasses should be used.
3.25. Sliding step-ladders must have a locking device that excludes the possibility of spontaneous extension during work on them.
3.26. Before starting work in underground structures, the air in them must be checked for the presence of hazardous gases (methane, carbon dioxide). The presence of gas must be checked using a gas analyzer in the well where the work will be carried out and in nearby adjacent wells.
3.27. If the analysis shows the presence of a hazardous gas, then work in underground facilities should be stopped until the cause of the hazardous gas is eliminated. The brigade leader must immediately notify the head of the organization and the gas emergency service of the presence of explosive gas in an underground structure.
Viewing devices that periodically detect methane and carbon dioxide should be taken into account.
All work to eliminate the gas content of viewing devices with explosive gases should be carried out only by employees of the gas facilities.
3.28. Before starting work in the well where the work is to be carried out, as well as wells adjacent to it, must be provided with natural or forced ventilation.
Duration natural ventilation before starting work should be at least 20 minutes.
Forced ventilation is provided by a fan or a compressor for 10-15 minutes for a complete exchange of air in an underground structure by means of a sleeve that goes down and does not reach the bottom by 0.25 m.
It is not allowed to use cylinders with compressed gases for ventilation.
The well must be ventilated during scalding and soldering of cables.
3.29. Barriers should be installed on both sides of the wells in which work is carried out. If the well is located on the carriageway, the fences are installed towards the traffic at a distance of at least 2 m from the well hatch. In addition, warning signs should be installed at a distance of 10–15 m from the fence towards traffic. In case of poor visibility, light signals should be additionally installed.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The position "Installer construction 4th category" refers to the category "Workers".

1.2. Qualification requirements - vocational education. Advanced training and work experience as a construction assembler of the 3rd category - at least 1 year.

1.3. Knows and applies:

- types of prefabricated steel, concrete and reinforced concrete structures;
- methods of assembly and installation of structures made of individual elements and details;
- methods and techniques for assembling, installing rigging, mounting, lifting equipment, devices and mechanisms during the installation of concrete, reinforced concrete structures of medium weight, fittings, reinforcing structures;
- methods of slinging of structures to be mounted;
- rules for the installation of riser supports;
- methods of installation of steel welded railings;
- methods of manufacturing, assembly, installation and disassembly of scaffolds;
- methods of connection and fastening of structural elements;
- ways to install scaffolding during the installation of structures;
- methods and techniques for applying epoxy glue to reinforced concrete structures;

2. Description of work, tasks and job responsibilities

2.1. Performs work of medium complexity during the installation and assembly of structures of buildings and structures from individual elements and enlarged blocks, masonry and repair of stone structures of buildings, bridges, industrial and hydraulic structures, manufacturing and installation of fittings and reinforcing structures; concreting of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures.

2.2. Knows, understands and applies the current regulatory documents relating to its activities.

2.3. Knows and complies with the requirements of normative acts on labor protection and environment, complies with the norms, methods and techniques for the safe performance of work.

3. Rights

3.1. The 4th grade construction fitter has the right to take actions to prevent and eliminate the occurrence of any violations or inconsistencies.

3.2. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to receive all social guarantees provided for by law.

3.3. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to demand assistance in the performance of his duties and the exercise of rights.

3.4. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to demand the creation of organizational and technical conditions necessary for the performance of official duties and the provision necessary equipment and inventory.

3.5. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to get acquainted with the draft documents relating to his activities.

3.6. The 4th category construction fitter has the right to request and receive documents, materials and information necessary for the performance of his duties and orders of the management.

3.7. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to improve his professional qualifications.

3.8. The 4th category construction fitter has the right to report all violations and inconsistencies identified in the course of his activities and make proposals for their elimination.

3.9. A construction fitter of the 4th category has the right to get acquainted with the documents defining the rights and obligations for the position held, the criteria for assessing the quality of the performance of official duties.

4. Responsibility

4.1. The 4th category construction fitter is responsible for non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of the duties assigned by this job description and (or) non-use of the rights granted.

4.2. A construction fitter of the 4th category is responsible for non-compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations, labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

4.3. A 4th category construction fitter is responsible for disclosing information about an organization (enterprise/institution) that is classified as a trade secret.

4.4. The 4th category construction fitter is responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the requirements of the internal regulatory documents of the organization (enterprise / institution) and the legal orders of the management.

4.5. A construction fitter of the 4th category is responsible for offenses committed in the course of his activities, within the limits established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation.

4.6. The 4th category construction fitter is responsible for causing material damage to the organization (enterprise / institution) within the limits established by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation.

4.7. The 4th category construction fitter is responsible for the misuse of the granted official powers, as well as their use for personal purposes.
