Another question is whether parents manage to find exactly what they would like in stores, or in fact there is nothing ideally suitable among the assortment. Both reasons that prevent the purchase of a particular product, one way or another, suggest that it would be nice to make it yourself. For example, a high chair - if dad has enough experience with various tools, he may well make it with his own hands.

Peculiarities

Contrary to its seeming simplicity, a do-it-yourself highchair is not an easy task to complete without any preparation. Do not start work until you have a clear understanding of how the end result should look like, and what operations will have to be performed to achieve this.

Also, don't ignore the calculations. Any chair should be strong enough to withstand its “passenger”, and the child, although not heavy, will not sit neatly on it, especially since the dimensions of such furniture are also small.

Strength requirements are relevant not only for basic materials, but also for fasteners, be it self-tapping screws, glue or grooves. In addition, the baby is constantly growing, and it makes sense to make a high chair with a margin of at least a couple of years in advance. For all its strength, the product should be comfortable, that is, approximately correspond to the dimensions of the owner.

Also try to ensure the proper lightness of the furniture being made - it should be convenient for the owner to independently move his chair to where he wants to sit at the moment.

Don't forget to stay safe. Furniture, in any case, cannot be traumatic, and children's furniture even more so. No sharp edges are allowed, and if wood is the main material, as happens in most cases, then it must be carefully sanded to avoid peeling splinters. covering ready product varnish or paint, give preference to natural - children tend to put everything in their mouths, and can be poisoned by a toxic coating.

Finally, remember that this chair is for a child. In addition to suitable sizes, it is also desirable for a piece of furniture to be beautiful. If complex decor is not for you, try to at least paint it in bright colors.

Drawings, dimensions, diagrams

Before proceeding directly to the manufacture of parts, it is necessary to draw up a drawing with dimensions - this is the only way all the components will ideally fit one to the other. You can use one of those ready-made options, which are already posted on the World Wide Web, and draw up a diagram yourself. It is important to note here that there are blueprints and instructions on the Internet explaining how to make a standard look table and chair, so they are usually not suitable for those who want to create something original - for example, an elephant chair.

  • Drawing a table and chairs, which can be made in the form of a kit, it is not necessary to strictly follow the principles of drawing: there are not so many details in them that they cannot be kept in the head. For us, the main thing is to make sure that all dimensions converge, and the parts fit perfectly with each other, but the ways of connecting individual parts must be present on the drawing. In general, it can be presented schematically, without high accuracy of the drawing.
  • Think over the dimensions (or choose ready-made drawings based on them), based on the convenience of the child. Those chairs are considered comfortable, the seat of which is at the level of the knee or slightly lower. In the case of a highchair, it is recommended to make the seat a little higher, because the child will probably still grow. At the same time, do not overdo it: if it is difficult for the baby to climb onto the seat, then the product can be considered unsuccessful.

  • Determining the size of the seat itself, keep in mind that the owner should fit freely on it, but do not make it too big - this will make the chair heavier and difficult to carry. The normal height of the back is about two thirds or three quarters of the wearer's back, making it higher than the neck is already impractical. When determining the thickness of future parts, rely only on the strength of the selected material and the weight of the child.

In terms of ease of processing and environmental friendliness among the materials for the manufacture of children's furniture, wood and its derivatives undoubtedly hold the palm. Therefore, most often you can find a wooden chair. However, you can not choose any tree - here, too, it is worth considering before proceeding with the manufacture. The most popular among all types of wood is beech. They have a strength reminiscent of oak, but are easier to work with and less expensive. In general, exactly hardwoods are considered a priority. Of the inexpensive options, birch is often chosen, you can also consider linden.

from wood conifers spruce and pine are suitable for making furniture, but the resin contained in any such wood is dangerous - it can stain clothes, and it can also pose a health hazard. Regardless of the specific species, choose a homogeneous tree, without knots and cracks, with an even texture.

The material of the seat may be similar to the material of the body, or it may be fundamentally different. In order to save money and achieve greater flexibility, the seat is also made from plywood, and even from chipboard. When choosing them, give preference to only the most durable types, but remember that in any case they are inferior in terms of durability to solid natural wood.

For increased softness, the seat can be additionally equipped with a small foam cushion, sheathed with a fabric that is pleasant to the touch.

There is also such an option for sitting as made from plastic bottles - both whole and chopped. Harmful plastic, present in the form of garbage in any apartment and polluting environment, could get a second life, especially since its strength and durability are very high. This option is still much less common due to the difficulty of securely fastening individual parts, as well as the not very attractive appearance of the finished product.

Colors and decor

For all its practicality and convenience, the baby will definitely not like the chair if it cannot be described with the word “beautiful”. No one makes any special chairs for teenagers, and for young children, brightness and attractiveness are very important. Therefore, do not limit yourself to only one colorless varnish or discreet monochromatic solutions. A solid color is generally acceptable only if a light or very bright color is chosen. bright shade- often it is red or yellow, the so-called "warm" tones.

If drawing is not alien to you, please your child with interesting design solutions. You can go the "adult" way, painting the frame in one color, and the seat and back in another, or you can focus on the children's desire for a bright and defiant one. The simplest option is the “rings” on the legs of the chair, any patterns and even just blots are also acceptable - provided that it looks cute and positive. Regardless of how much and what kind of paint you use, do not forget - it should not be toxic.

If you have a creative streak and a desire to complicate the task a little for the common good of the cause, you can perform a more complex decor. As an option, decorate the legs or the back of the chair with carvings, but adults would like this solution more. But for a child, an ornament in the form of one or another animal will be a chic solution. Classic variant- when the back is cut out so as to resemble an elephant, or any other animal that is cute for a child, and then painted to look more like a "cartoon" character.

Covers can also become a kind of decor. In addition to their typical functions, such as simplifying the cleaning of furniture and increasing the comfort of its use, they can also decorate the back of the chair. Ideally, they should depict the child's favorite hero, characters from popular fairy tales, or the same animals. Mom can help with making a cover for dad, especially if she knows how to embroider or has skills in appliqué fabric. If the mother does not have such talents, you can simply change the cover from the clothes on which the necessary pictures were applied by the factory method.

For the youngest children

The youngest children so far sit on the highchair for only one thing - eating. It is important and necessary to teach a child to eat while sitting, and indeed to sit, in particular, at the table. However, the features of its development in this stage do not allow the use of ordinary chairs for this. The problem lies in the fact that a simple chair does not have a back with handles, and a tiny child himself will not be able to sit on it evenly, and will simply fall.

As for highchairs, their dimensions usually do not allow you to choose a normal table for them. In this situation, a special highchair for feeding will be an excellent way out.

Such furniture should be comfortable for both the child and his mother - so far the child cannot eat on his own, so the mother will have to spoon-feed him. For the convenience of this operation, the chair is made at a normal height, or even a little higher - so that the mother does not bend over. The actual period of use of such a chair is about a year, so if you have one child and the family does not plan a second one at all, you can choose not the most durable materials for manufacturing.

In terms of manufacturing, the highchair is perhaps the most complex - it has the largest number of parts. The relatively small seat is raised high above the floor, which makes it necessary to resort to installing additional stiffeners between the legs - for improved structural stability.

Given the specifics of the child of the appropriate age, both the backrest and the railing are simply necessary - they must completely exclude the possibility of the baby falling. Moreover, the barrier must also be in front, although it has another useful feature- it plays the role of a countertop on which food will be placed. The space under the tabletop is left free - the baby will stick his legs in there.

Cutting and assembling such a chair is quite simple. First, according to the drawing, two identical side halves are cut out, which are then interconnected by the seat, backrest and stiffeners using grooves, glue or self-tapping screws. Before assembly, all individual parts should be sanded to a perfectly smooth state, the finished product is varnished or painted - ready.

Models for an older child

The peculiarity of highchairs for children who have finally come out of infancy lies in a significant variety of design options, limited only by the creator's imagination. The back is still considered a mandatory attribute, but the railing is no longer there, as are the front barriers. It is not worth saving on materials in this situation - if the furniture is made with a margin in size, then the child will be able to use his high chair for many years.

The manufacturing process consists of a few simple steps:

  • Think over the design to the smallest detail and draw up a drawing. Decide on the number of body parts - whether it will simply consist of two solid halves or from separate legs and separate supports for the seat, whether the backrest base will be a continuation of the rear legs or it is attached separately, and so on. Calculate everything, including the thickness of the seat and legs, provide stiffeners and additional supports for the seat in advance. Provide grooves, designate places for screws.
  • If doubts about the correctness of the selected parameters still remain, try to assemble a temporary cardboard chair according to the drawing. Unfortunately, it does not have the same strength to test the product from all sides, and it differs in thickness from wood or plywood, which also needs to be taken into account when specifying dimensions, but you will get a visual idea of ​​​​the future product.

  • Start cutting out individual parts from wood or plywood. It is advised to start with the body. Well, if there are a lot of identical parts in the set, then the subsequent ones can be cut out by simply tracing the already finished first one. If your design allows, don't put off assembly until you've cut everything out - start as soon as you have at least two pieces that need to be connected. This will help you immediately notice any design flaws, if any. After the parts are ready, sand them to a smooth state.
  • When all the elements are ready, proceed to the final assembly. Do not limit yourself to one type of fastener, in particular, glue the grooves - this will significantly strengthen the product and increase its durability. Ensure that the grooves go as deep as possible - tap on the joints with a hammer to make the fastening more reliable.
  • The last step is varnishing and staining.

No matter how detailed and intelligible the theoretical explanation is, it is unlikely to be compared in terms of informativeness with good example It's better to see once than hear a hundred times.

I think it would be superfluous to once again talk about the relevance of the problem of conservation correct posture in children. One of essential conditions is to ensure the correct posture when sitting, which depends on many parameters. Ordinary chairs will not fit. Unfortunately, office chairs with a gas lift are also not able to solve this problem, since they do not have an adjustable footrest or seat adjustment, and seat height and back angle adjustments alone are not enough. In such a situation, a special adjustable chair will be a great solution!

On the Internet you can find many various options for every taste. From all the variety, I chose the design I liked.


The design is not as simple as it might seem at first glance. She is very technical. It is important to take into account the ratio of the dimensions of the elements, their relative position, strength and stability of the entire structure. Of course, no drawings could be found either on the manufacturer's website or on the Internet. Therefore, I had to develop the drawings myself. The more interesting. It took several days to design.

Unfortunately, I do not have a plotter at my disposal to display images. right size, and the program in which I worked does not know how to print large images in parts (or simply could not figure out how to do it). Therefore, we had to solve the problem in a roundabout way. The detail drawings were saved as regular high resolution photos. Further using free program PosteRazor are converted into PDF documents containing drawings in the correct scale and split into separate A4 sheets.

Do I have the right to publish them? Am I violating someone's copyright? After all, I spied a chair on the Internet and someone developed it! Let's figure it out.

This situation can be viewed from two points of view: ethical and legal. We will omit the ethical side of the issue, because here a whole range of well-reasoned opinions is possible and most likely it will not be possible to come to the truth. But from a legal point of view, the search for truth is not so hopeless.

So, legally, a chair cannot be an object of copyright. In this case, according to the Civil Code, it can be either useful model, or an industrial design, which are recognized and protected only on the condition of state registration, on the basis of which the federal executive body for intellectual property issues a patent. There is no mention of any patents on the manufacturer's website, most likely, no one patented this chair. To be honest, I don’t see what can be patented there - in comparison with analogues, neither special novelty nor originality. Although the design is quite successful. And I didn't find it on www.freepatent.ru either. This means that I will not violate anyone's patent rights for lack of such.

But the drawings, according to the Code of Administrative Offenses, are objects of copyright and are protected without any registration by default, as a type of work of fine art (computer programs, by the way, as literary works). The drawings developed by me are not an exact copy of the original, which is not available to me, but are the result of intellectual work and reflect my vision of the design, the general features of which I saw in the photographs. We print them like a regular multi-page document on A4 sheets. At the same time, in the Acrobat Reader print wizard, it is important not to forget to specify the "Actual size" scale. As a result, after gluing individual sheets, we get a drawing of the part on a scale of 1: 1.

We cut out the drawing of the racks along the contour and paste it on a sheet of plywood.

Plywood 22 mm thick was chosen as the material for the racks. Cut out the first part, stepping back from the contour of 5 mm. In general, the quality and accuracy of the cut is not very important. If only there was some reserve.

Now the resulting rough edges of the workpiece must be aligned exactly according to the drawing. I usually use the term "comb" to refer to this action. To do this, we press a flat rail to the workpiece along the line of the drawing and pass along the edge with a copy cutter with an upper bearing. The roundings were processed by guiding the milling cutter by hand, followed by the adjustment of the roundings grinder. You can spend more time on this blank, because. it will serve as a template and the quality of the rest of the racks depends on the quality of its processing.

Now, having a template, we mark and cut out the rest of the blanks for the racks

Next, using self-tapping screws, we fix the template on the blanks. To tighten the screws in the template, we make holes in those places where there will be holes for attaching the seat and footrest. In this case, the head of the twisted self-tapping screw should not protrude from the template.

And with the help copy cutter align the edges of the workpiece according to the template.

Using a milling cutter inserted into the table, we make a groove in which the elements fixing the seat and footrest will move. For simplicity, I decided to call them runners. The depth of the groove is 10 mm, the width of the groove is 24 mm (maybe it would be more convenient to make the width of the groove equal to the width of the existing plywood - 22 mm, but there was no such cutter in the workshop).

In the middle of the groove, we make holes at equal distances. WITH reverse side workpieces at the exit point of the drill, it is necessary to put a bar so that the drill does not break out the lower layer of veneer. It will be extremely difficult to close or mask such a chip.

We do the same with runners. We print the drawing in real size, cut it out and paste it on a plywood sheet. Next, cut out with a margin and "comb" as we did with the stand template.

From the same sheet of plywood 22 mm with a jigsaw, roughly cut out future runners with a margin.

And on milling table using a copy cutter, we align the edges of the blanks according to the template.

Using an edge molding cutter, we round the edges on all the resulting parts. Rounding radius 4.8 mm.

Next, a rail is cut out, with the help of which the runners engage with the chute on the uprights. Rail height 20 mm, width 24 mm. Because I didn’t have either 20 mm or 24 mm plywood, it was decided to make the rail from massive ash. This wood has excellent strength characteristics.

A corresponding groove was made in the runners on the milling table and the slats were glued into it. At the same time, when you make a gutter, you must not forget that the runners are right and left.

After the glue dries, the slats are sawn and ground flush with the body of the runners. Also, holes are made in the runners for fixing them on the racks.

Also in the runners, grooves are milled parallel to the floor. Gutter depth 10 mm, width 16 mm. Seats and footrests will be fixed in these gutters. In the next photo you can see the finished runners.

We do the same with the seat and footrest templates: we print the drawing, glue it on plywood and cut out the blank.

In order to make even roundings, I used a thin rail of 5 mm plywood, passed between the self-tapping screws that set the desired radius. She bends well and creates smooth transitions. How it is done can be seen in the photo:

As a result, we get two templates - footrests (left) and seats (right). Next, we work with them according to an already worked out scheme - we mark the blanks (circle the templates with a pencil) and cut them out using a jigsaw with an indent of 5 mm. 16 mm plywood was used for them, although 22 mm is also possible. We fix the template on the workpiece with self-tapping screws and work out the edges with a copy cutter. With ready-made templates, the whole operation takes a few minutes. The small holes left on the finished parts from self-tapping screws can either be simply ignored due to their small size, or hidden with putty at the grinding stage. Personally, I went the first way. Don't forget to round off the edges with an edge cutter.

The template for the back did "in place". Therefore, there is no drawing of the back. I made the top and bottom edges according to the seat template. Backrest height 100 mm, Width 464 mm (depth of the groove for the backrest in the uprights 10 mm). After the template is ready, we make a couple of backs on it using an electric jigsaw and a copy cutter in a few minutes.

There are three crossbars in the chair. They are made from the same 22 mm sheet. The dimensions of the crossbars that fix the runners are 399x50x22 mm. The lower crossbar (in the lower part near the floor) - 444x30x22 mm. Using a 10 mm straight cutter, we make grooves for countersunk furniture nuts - barrels.

Next, we make a groove for the backrest. The angle of the backrest was chosen in accordance with GOST 19301.2-94. "Children's preschool furniture ..." The angle of inclination of the back along it is at least 5 degrees or more. My chair has an angle of 11 degrees - I find it a very comfortable angle.

We get a small pile of details

Each chair is assembled on hexagon bolts and furniture countersunk barrel nuts. Bolts have dimensions 6x70 and 6x50, nuts - 10x20 and 10x12. The mounting kit is shown in the photo.

Ready. As they say, "it seems to be true." During assembly, the quality of workmanship and fitting of parts is checked, minor flaws are eliminated, and “finishing with a file” is carried out. At this sawing-drilling-milling stage is completed.

The sanding and painting phase begins. Now the chairs are completely disassembled and all parts are sanded before coating. I used paper 180. In some places I had to fiddle with 80 and even 40.

Painting work is a separate discipline. bad top coat can ruin the whole job. Winter on the street and the lack of heating in the workshop made their own adjustments to the usual process. I had to paint the chair right at home. Therefore, neither an airbrush nor multi-component smelly varnishes can be used - only non-stinky water varnish and a brush.

Because the chair was made from the remnants of plywood, some parts were dirty. Unfortunately, it was not possible to completely get rid of them by grinding, so I decided to cover one chair dark color- "mahogany", the second - glossy opaque enamel milky. So far, only the first one is ready. The second, dairy, is waiting for its time.

If, after applying the first layer of varnish, the color lay unevenly, the details are covered with bald spots due to varying degrees of absorption, the pile has risen and the surface has become like sandpaper, and in general it all looks terrible and you want to quit everything, then you are on the right track. After the first layer has dried (after three or four hours), we take sandpaper with a grain size of 180 and grind all the raised pile. Next, we put the second layer, after which the surface became a little better after drying - there is no pile and the color is smoother, but still far from the picture on the label of the varnish can. Therefore, we matte the details with the same sandpaper and put the third layer. Behind him is a fourth. And so on. Continue until you are satisfied with the result. Five layers were enough for me, for which two days were spent.

The growing chair is ready. The cost of two chairs is a sheet of plywood 1500x1500 mm 22 mm thick, fasteners for 50 rubles. and a can of varnish. This also includes electricity, depreciation of fixed assets, the salary of a worker.

I saw similar designs on Amazon for 250 US dollars - not a price, but some kind of tin. We have them, of course, much cheaper.

Despite the questionable design, the design is quite well thought out.
This is not just a children's chair, it's more of an office furniture for a student. Because it is schoolchildren who spend many hours first at home, and then at computer games and for them, the correct comfortable posture is important for posture, less fatigue and preservation of vision. At the same time, students are still actively growing.

For greater comfort, you can make removable soft pads on the seat and back. As an option. But I do not see a special need - usually school furniture without pillows. Armrests are also unnecessary, because during writing or when working on the keyboard, the elbows should lie freely on the table so as not to cause tension in the shoulders. All these calculations are described in a whole set of GOSTs and the growing chair corresponds to them. In general, I am pleased with the result.

I propose to make a children's chair out of plywood. For everyone who already has children, this article will be very interesting, although adults can also use such a chair, since the product is quite durable and light. This chair was made by me in full size, after which I took all the measurements and designed it in the Compass 3D program.

Step one: dimensioning the plywood


For the manufacture of our chair, we will use 9 mm thick plywood, and for one chair we only need to take a piece of plywood measuring 640 mm x 570 mm. I used 9mm plywood, but if you have 8mm or 10mm plywood, that will work too, just need to change some dimensions in the drawings (you need to change the width of all the eyelets on the back, seat and legs, to the width of the plywood you are using ). To begin with, we transfer all the dimensions of the drawing to a sheet of plywood.







Of course, this is not the easiest way to transfer blueprints and here you have to sweat a little. Of course, I provided more easy way transferring the drawing to plywood, and everyone who has a printer at home will be able to do everything much faster, easier, and better. In order to print the drawings on a printer, you will have to install the Compass 3D program on your computer. We hammer in the search engine the name of the program KOMPAS-3D V14 x32 Portable mini and download it from any resource convenient for you. We leave all the settings unchanged and print our drawing, it will require seven standard sheets for an A4 printer. We glue the finished printout along the lines.


Now such a printout can be glued to plywood and cut out everything on it.

Step two: cut out the details from plywood


After dimensioning the plywood using one of the above methods, you can start cutting out our parts. Most available tool which we will use is, of course, a jigsaw. You can use a manual jigsaw, such as children use at school in labor lessons, or a more advanced electric jigsaw. After cutting, we should get these details.


There is also an easier way to get our parts, and this way can be used by those who have a CNC machine or have access to it. Download the same file above, open it in the Compass 3D program, and save it in the required format for software CNC machine. Now our parts will be cut out in a matter of minutes.

Step Three: Preparing Parts for Assembly


Before proceeding with the assembly of the chair, all parts must be properly sanded. We take sandpaper No. 100, and we go through all the surfaces of the parts from all sides, we also knock down sharp edges. It is necessary to check all the connections of the parts, whether everything is connected well, and if you need to immediately adjust the joints to each other. After that, we take sandpaper No. 240, and again we pass along all surfaces of the parts from all sides.

Step four: assembling the chair


After preparing all the details and checking the tightness of the joints, you can begin to assemble the chair. We take two drawers and smear the joints with glue, after which we connect them with the legs of the chair.






Next, we glue the legs at the joints with glue and glue the seat, we fasten the back in the same way.







We wipe the glue that came out with a damp cloth, and leave the chair for a day in a warm place.

Step five: painting the chair


The final step in the manufacture of the chair will be its painting. Walk before painting sandpaper No. 240 in the places of gluing, and so go over the entire chair. Now on the market there are many paints and varnishes for painting any surface, and what paint or varnish to use, of course, is up to you.

Conclusion


I did not paint my chair because I made it as a prototype, trying to fit and calculate all sizes. The chair is designed for children under 6 years old, but I designed it in such a way that even an adult with my height (1.80 m) is very comfortable to sit on it. This chair can also be used as a garden chair.

Material

Before you start assembling a chair with your own hands, you should decide on the material. Of course the tree is the best choice It is completely safe and environmentally friendly. What wood to choose? Let's start with beech. Beech is considered a dense and durable tree, and it is easier to work with it than, for example, oak. If you are looking for something more budget, birch and pine - a good option. But before you start work, you should deresin the tree, since the resin, even if it is natural, is unsafe. Also, for the manufacture of a chair, you can choose plywood - good material made from layers of tree veneer. Plywood is not heavy and is easily processed. Chipboard - the most affordable, but at the same time, the most short-lived. It is suitable for making the tabletop of a high chair.

Preparation

You can find material and drawings for children's furniture in any hardware store. Dry the tree by leaving it indoors with room temperature for a day. The wood will become workable.

Regular wooden chair

For a regular do-it-yourself chair, you will need the following parts:

  • 2 short legs, 2 long (53 cm high). Dimensions of 4 legs - 3.8 * 3.3 cm;
  • seat (approx. 30*30 cm);
  • backrest (6 mm thick, 22.5 cm high);
  • bars under the seat;
  • drawing of an ordinary chair.

An angle should be made from the wide parts of the high legs. Align the sides of the short legs and bars with a grinder. Take drilling machine and install a drill with a diameter of 6 mm. Measure a depth of 1.5 cm on the drill and mark it using the drawing. Drill along the long legs at an angle, making 12 holes. We select everything with a chisel from the drilled parts, make grooves. We insert the back into the grooves.

If part of the back rests, cut out a triangle, drive the back into the groove with a hammer. Make spikes from the sides of the bar and round the corners. We make grooves for spikes in the legs. Assembling the frame. If the back is too wide and does not fit into the grooves, measure and cut off the excess. Do not forget to make triangles on the sides of the back so that it sits firmly in the grooves. Do not rush to insert into the rear legs. Make a handle for the chair in the back. Mark the distance and cut a hole for the handle.

Insert the back into the frame. Now we make marks on the seat and cut it out. Sand the seat and insert into the frame.

Lubricate the holes, elements and spikes for fastening with glue, fix with clamps, leave to dry.

Wooden children's chair for feeding

You will have to spend more time and money on a wooden highchair for feeding a child. In order to make such a piece of furniture with your own hands, you will need:

  • bars with a section of 400 * 200 mm
  • board (thickness 20 mm)
  • fibreboard 2000*2100 mm in size.

For the chair you will need: 4 legs, 2 upper crossbars and 2 lower crossbars, 3 crossbars, a tabletop.
For the table: legs, slats, crossbars of 4 pieces, table top

We cut out the parts for the chair from the bars, process them with sandpaper. We cut out the elements for the chair handles from the board. We connect with the help of dowels and glue. Under the dowels, holes with a depth of 30 mm will be needed.

For the sidewall, you will need crossbars, 2 roundings, 2 legs. Lubricate the dowels and holes with glue. First, assemble the bottom bar and legs (the angle should be 90 degrees). Then we collect upper crossbar and two rounds. We tighten everything with a clamp. We leave for one day. The second sidewall is folded in the same way. Make sure they are the same.

Now another one milestone- Assembly of the seat and back. Be careful here, as children are very restless during feeding, so all details must be fixed tightly. You need 6 parts from a plate with dimensions of 300 * 250 mm. Round the corners so that the radius is 50 mm. Next, you need to do the sanding of the ends. Lubricate the parts with glue and press. You can connect the back and seat with screws. We glue the cross-bars with the sidewalls. Then you need to connect the legs with all the planks, attach the sidewalls with crossbars and fix the tabletop on one of the ends. We get a ready-made highchair for feeding.
